Je ne recommande plus, vieux et très froid

Emplacement et la vue

Je suis enceinte au 9eme mois. Je suis venue plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, mais cette dernière était catastrophique. Le chauffage ne marche pas. J’avais très froid. On nous a changé de chambre, mais même dans la nouvelle il faisait froid. Apparemment ils n’allument le chauffage qu’à partir de 19h, et il l’éteint à minuit. Donc j’étais morte de froid toute la nuit, heureusement que la réceptionniste nous a ramené un chauffage d’appoint. Deux jours après j’ai mal à la gorge et je tousse. Étant enceinte, ca compliqué ma situation… Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette hôtel, je ne le recommande pas non plus. C’est cher et vieillot pour le prix que j’ai payé

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, habitación muy amplia y acogedora, el personal muy amable. El desayuno buffet muy completo.

Un punto a mejorar sería el baño, un cambio de bañera por plato de ducha no estaría nada mal

Todo en orden!

Acostumbrados a hoteles con grandes buffet libre vienes aqui y te das cuenta que es mejor menor cantidad de comida 100 veces mas buena a mucha cantidad de comida de calidad mediocre.

Court séjour reposant , dans un hôtel propre et agréable.

Très bonne situation , vraiment centre ville , idéal pour tout faire à pied. Parking payant sur place. Chambre très spacieuse, insonorisée , literie et oreillers de qualité. J’ai passé une seule nuit , car j’étais de passage à Andorre ; j’ai eu une chambre à l’arrière du bâtiment. Certes, aucune vue mais pour une nuit je ne trouvais pas ca trop gênant et j’ai apprécié le calme et le repos . Je pense que sur le devant de l’hôtel , qui donne sur une route qui circule , ça peut etre plus bruyant. Restaurant et bar dans l’hôtel ; très pratique aussi .

La ubicación del hotel...................................................................

La bañera es muy alta y cuesta entrar para tomar una ducha. El secador de pelo es terrible, Con temperatura mínima la potencia es mínima y si pones el máximo, se para a los 2 minutos. Tengo el cabello fino, ni quiero imaginar alguien con mucho volumen de cabello. Por favor, cámbienlos, son patéticos. En la cafetería puedes tomar sandwiches pero tienen la cocina en otra planta y te llegan totalmente fríos. El bikini casi no tocó la plancha, el pan sin tostar y sin mantequilla, aunque indica que lleva. Terribles por 5 euros.

I would stay just because I liked the location.

Excellent location. It was a little tricky getting there at night. But after going thru the 3km tunnel and back, we found it on the second try. It’s a very narrow road next to the tunnel road. Also it has parking, narrow spots but we made it.

It was great for a one or two night stay. It’s not anything fancy.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Andorra la Vella

The hotel is centrally located by the main street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is breakfast and dinner at the hotel that you don't have to prebook (at least in summer/autumn). The buffet had lots of different options.

It was hot outside when I visited, but the aircon in the room did not seem to change the temperature (just blasted room temperature air into the room). There are no drinks included with the dinner at the hotel (not even tap water) which was a bit of a shame. There is a very small gym available to use free of charge but the room is not well ventilated.

Good location for a one-night stopover en route from France to Spain

View from room over the river. Room was a very generous size. Breakfast offered a good choice of items.

Bathroom appeared a little "tired" Car park was very tight for size of modern cars.

Definitely not for me.

Breakfast was okay. The view from my room overlooking the river and fountains was nice.

Very weak wifi. Even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise coming in from the outside. The bed was not comfortable for me, too short and kept an odd shape after sitting down on it. The garage was very narrow for a decent size cat let alone a van like mine.

Exceptional

Modern hotel, big enough, right in the centre, close to everything, Very friendly staff, Large rooms, with coffee, very large beds, very clean, good soundproofing, Secure parking (of course, not easy for parking if your car is not small). It was a wonderful surprise to watch the evening fountain show from the balcony.
