Habe noch selten ein so zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt. Wir waren mit allem durch und durch hervorragend bedient. Die Lage und die Villa sind ein Traum. Kommen ganz bestimmt wieder ;o)

great stay by the sea

Being right by the water

rooms were small, bathroom was incredibly tiny. the hotel felt more like a 4 star than 5 star and definitely did not reflect price paid. we expected a little more from a Belmond having stayed at a few other properties on our trip. both my partner and I couldn’t stand up straight in the shower bc of how short the fixtures were (I’m 5’9). bathroom was so tiny to move around.

I literaly loved it. Service, ambiance, hotel decorations, cleaning, breakfast was perfect. I think this hotel is the best one in Taormina.

Only little comments is that car park/valet service is 50 euro each day, car park should be complementary in such places.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful grounds, great set up at the beach. Good food.

The front desk forgot to mention about complementary boat trip that’s been offered to other guests at the hotel, front desk has to make a better offer to explain about shuttle services, etc . Need more English speaking help.

The best hotel in Taormina without question

This is a supreme area of Taormina to be near the sea. If your idea of Taormina is up the mountain, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to their sister hotel at the top next to the Greek theater. Hotel Timeo is the sister hotel if you would prefer a more Italian village experience. If you want the seaside, you can't go wrong with Sant'Andrea.
