ZONA COMODA MA POCA SOSTANZA

Aspetto generale, ampio parcheggio e ascensore comodo se si hanno molti bagagli.

Stanza fredda e piccola per 3 letti, poco spazio attorno e poco spazio dove riporre i bagagli e i vestiti, siamo arrivati e il riscaldamento era spento e c'erano 17 gradi, su mia segnalazione hanno accesso il termo-arredo in bagno e si è scaldato bene ma in camera c'era un piccolo convettore tipo "da ufficio" che scaldava poco la stanza ed era rumoroso. Colazione con 3 brioche contate che sembravano vecchie ( non fresche e non buone ). C'erano delle squisite sfogliatine con la marmellata ma erano poche e sono finite subito e il secondo giorno non erano più presenti c'era anche una sola fetta di pane in cassetta e non hanno avuto nessun altro rifornimento quando lo abbiamo chiesto nuovamente ( penoso). La tessera elettronica per l'apertura della nostra camera aveva qualche problema perché la porta si apriva con grande difficoltà. Anche se su Booking c'è scritto check-in dalle 15:00 in realtà nei giorni festivi il check-in è dalle 17:00 e anche questa cosa non mi è piaciuta anche perché è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa simile. Personale freddo e a colazione poco presente. Non consiglio questa struttura

1 night stay with friendly and nice hosts and sublime rooms.

Hospitality, pool and playground made the place superb for a 1 day stay for a family of 3.

beautiful surroundings, atmosphere, nice stuff, although they forgot to bring extra blanket…

blanket not covered all around - not hygienic… room was a bit cold… at breakfast bread and croissants were not fresh - not same day baked.

Good, but noisy rooms

The wine tasting and wines available were great. The swimming pool was good, fine size and good amount of beds. Parking underneath the solar panels is great.

The rooms are very noisy, you hear everything from your neighbors and the hallway. the bedsheets are uncommon to us, we 'lost' the top layer often. Unfortunately we did not sleep well here, that's a real shame because it's the main thing you go for. The garden is nice and big but very empty, lots of opportunities for le favole.

The possibility to taste and buy wine made by Le Favole directly in the hotel shop is nice.

The location was not great for us: next to a big passing road, and not really in the middle of the vineyard like we had hoped.

Great quality price!

There was a beautiful garden and everything was in pristine shape. The service was helpful and friendly. It was very clean and comfortable.

Very good

The breakfast as good and plentiful. The staff very helpful and the property very pretty. Disappointing that COVID made it not possible to have the wine & restaurant but I will return when they are in full operation as it is a lovely place.

I got a single room so I was fine with a twin bed but it was the smallest twin bed I have ever been in. I felt like a child at Grandma's house and worried I would fall out. And, only one small pillow and no where to plug the phone near the bed. It is nice and clean but I would never take that tiny bed in room 11 again. Never the less, I will visit them again.

A perfect little date night getaway!

Excellent customer service. It was super convenient that their Wine shop is attached to B&B. They opened a bottle for us & provided glasses for us to enjoy it in our room. Prepared a table in the dining area for us to have our "delivery pizza" meal. Very clean, cozy room. Amazing breakfast in the morning!

Cozy hotel Staff is extremely polite and helpful Nice view to the vineyard from the room Breakfast was served at the table which I loved Unfortunately I had no time to try out the pool which looked super good
