The hottest spot in Amsterdam and chill at the sametime. Dam square is at five minutes walking distance, Central Station 5 minutes. Old Dutch style architecture with state of the art interior and amenities. The place is very close to the train station (5 minutes' walk), to Anne Frank's House, to the Red Light District, to shopping, to coffee shops, and - well - basically everything. The place to be!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful part of Amsterdam! We were able to walk everywhere! Lots of space and everything we needed!

The property was exactly as descibed. It was on on quiet street, but only a couple of bocks from shopping and nightlife. We had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This canal-side apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Nice accommodations in city center canal district, close to restaurants, museums, and shopping. Felt as though we were living like the locals, which is exactly what we had in mind. Did a lot of walking and also rented e-bikes. Would definitely like to visit again sometime.

Excellent location, just a few blocks from Central Station. Friendly hosts, who work in the basement of the building and are easily accessible if you need anything. Full kitchen. Two bathrooms. Great views of the canal. Would definitely recommend.

The living/dining/kitchen area is splendid. Everything you need and wonderful comfy couch to lounge on. Clean as can be with great, quick support when we had a question or two. The second bedroom is down a steep, narrow staircase with an unusable railing (we hope they fix soon) which may be challenging for some w luggage etc. Also there is no window downstairs but it was still pleasant. Both shower/bath rooms are open to the bedroom but work wonderfully. The quality lotions, bottle of Prosecco and sirop cookies were appreciated. Location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam easily. Highly recommend.

Apartment exactly as described. Victoria & Victor were a pleasure to deal with, check in was a breeze. Apartment is clean, quiet & comfortable and is definitely a home away from home. Excellent location. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful space - steps away from shopping and eating, but quiet and peaceful enough to feel like a bit of a getaway. Lovely touches like personalized recommendations for enjoying Amsterdam, an extensive guide to the property, and a bottle of Prosecco on the table upon our arrival were much appreciated. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Super easy check out process. Also: Greenwoods across the canal was fantastic for breakfast!

We had such a lovely stay. Victor and Victoria responded immediately to all my questions. The area is within walking distance to most of the Amsterdam sights. But you still get to enjoy the neighborhood feel. Great hosts!

The apartment we rented from Victoria and Victor is located on the Singel canal, quite close to the Central Station and two tram lines. The apartment has a high ceiling and is spacious--and has the advantage of being on he main level of the house, so no struggle to take suitcases up steep and narrow stairs! The apartment was well-furnished and very comfortable, with a second lower-level bedroom and bath. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in the beautiful light filled canal view apartment located directly on the Singel in one of the best locations in Amsterdam. Easy access to Central Station as well as Dam square, Jordaan and the best parts of the city center. Well equipped and good communication by the hosts. Would not hesitate to reccommend and stay here again on our next visit.

I don't usually write reviews, but this property deserves 5 stars. Check in was helpful with many great suggestions for food ect. The home is spacious and beautiful. The two bathrooms are a plus for our happy marriage. The ceilings high, the views out of the windows are awesome. The couch so comfy. I sat for hours watching the snow and sipping my coffee. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Wonderful property in an incredible location. The huge windows and canal views are even better than in the listing. The location is excellent - close to nearly everything you could want or need, but low key and not super touristy.

This apartment is well sized and in a very nice part of town. It was clean and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed with my daughter and her husband. Two bedrooms and two baths allowed for each couple to enjoy their privacy. The downstairs bathroom's open concept design took a bit to get used to as the floor seemed to be perpetually wet. But, it is uncommon to find two full bathrooms in an apartment of this size. Overall, it was a very nice to place to come home to each day and I would recommend it.

The apartment is in an excellent location, walkable to most city sites and neighborhoods. It's the first and lower floor of an old mansion (fewer stairs) with canal views right outside the huge living area windows. Quite a way to spend the mornings as the city wakes up!
It's well-appointed with a large living area. The kitchen is a good size with lots of amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice. Overall, we loved this apartment as home base for our week in Amsterdam.
We had one issue while staying, but the owners were very responsive and quick to remedy the situation.

Only good things to say about this property. The location is perfect. Sarah was in charge of check in and was communicating with her was easy and effective. She gave us good recommendations for eating nearby and solving all daily needs. The apartment is as spacious as it looks in the pictures, clean and has all you need for a pleasant stay. Check out process easy. I will definitely rent this property again.

Lovely place to land at the end of the day.Comfortable spacious and the local was perfect.Lots of sweet finds in the neighborhood and never anything short of a beautiful view. The proseco was a thoughtful touch although no back stock on soap or toilet paper which was quickly remedied.5 ⭐️

My husband, adult son and I loved Amsterdam! We found the apartment to be in a perfect location!!! It was very nice that property manager met us and showed us what was available close by. We had easy communication with Victor and Victoria - they were helpful. I enjoyed the large living room windows which made for a beautiful scene each morning and through the night. I'm up at all hours. (For this reason it would be very nice to have a lamp near the sectional so as to not depend on the ceiling lights nor the gorgeous chandelier.) At night the canal was stunning! The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. (I'd like to see two more pillows with cases in addition to the pillows that were covered with shams.) The kitchen, and bathrooms were contemporary and newer! We found that the kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances, some spices, and new kitchenware. Nice to have the coffeemaker and Nespresso! Returning back to the apartment one evening my adult son commented, "This was a good find, Mom." We would love to visit again!

The check in process was fantastic and we were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in which was greatly appreciated!
The communication throughout the process with the property manager was very quick and helpful.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home within moments. From the backlit stained glass interior window to the variety of genuine paintings on the wall, you definitely don't feel like you are living in an IKEA (as many VRBOs do.) The living area is large, with a high ceiling. The comfortable couch is a great place to watch the bustle of the innermost canal area.
The location is ideal. So much of the city is within a 15 minute walk, from cute shops to the grocery to Dam Square. We really appreciated being able quickly stop back at "home" for a snack and a brief rest between adventures.
The check-in was the most informative and thorough I have ever had. Sarah spent 30 minutes making sure that we knew where everything was in the apartment and in the surrounding neighborhood. In addition, the owners left three booklets of information that answered any additional questions.
Remember, though, you are staying in a centuries old house converted to modern life which requires some compromises. The water closet is small, the stairs to the second bedroom require your full attention and the large windows encourage people to look back as you gaze out.

We couldn’t picture a better location! Our host was communicative and responsive. Sarah, the property manager was very helpful and took the time to acquaint us with the city, giving many recommendations for activities and dining. Overall, the apartment was lovely. A few notes: the basement bedroom is down a very steep flight of stairs and gets very stuffy. It could use a ventilation upgrade. The linen quality (sizing as well) isn’t what was expected from listing photos or a place of this price.

The entire process (which was our first with VRBO) was absolutely perfect. The hosts and the check-in manager were amazing - very communicative and clear. The location is exactly (if not better!!) than the photos. Walking distance to everything including Anne Frank House, Rijk Museum (just about 1 mile away), Red light district, Nine Street shopping, etc.
The place itself is beautifully appointed and the hosts have provided everything you can possibly need.
My familys consists of a very picky husband and two teen/adult girls. Everyone agrees we would stay here next time we visit.

We had 4 nights in this apartment and it was perfect for us. A great location, right on a canal (although it was undergoing major works at the time, but it didn't really affect us) and we could walk to everything. Only 10mins walk to the Central Station. The apartment had everything for us, and was very comfortable. Only downside is the small and slightly smelly bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom, but we put the teenagers in there! Most places don't seem to have a second bathroom, so this was still a bonus.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It's a terrific location, convenient to lots of amenities and sites as well as the central train station. The communication with the host was very prompt and responsive before and throughout our stay. The on-site property manager was also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately there was major canal renovation work going on when we arrived, but that was out of the host's control. The apartment is well-supplied, has comfortable furniture and beds, and is spacious.
One note is that one of the bedrooms is in the basement down a steep flight of stairs, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The bathroom/shower layout in the basement lacks ventilation, leading to a mild mildew smell after showering there. Fans are provided but perhaps the ventilation can be improved in the future.
