Hyvä majoitus - suosittelen

Viikon parhaat unet. Prätkät sai takapihalle hyvin parkkiin. Erittäin hyvä aamupala ja kaikki toimi hienosti. Hyvä keskeinen sijainti. Tullaan varmasti uudelleen :)

Wc kaikui :) pikkusen akustoivaa levyä seiniin niin mukavampi käydä.

Hyvä yhden yön yöpymiseen.

Hotelli sijaintsee keskustassa hyvällä paikalla. Sisään- ja uloskirjausärjestelyt olivat sujuvat ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala oli yllättävän hyvä. Auton sai parkkiin ilmaiseksi hotellin tontille. Hotelli ja huone oli siisti.

Huone oli todella pieni ja siellä vain välttämätön sisustus yöpymiseen. Äänieristys oli huono. Muista huoneista, ulkoa ja vesiputkistojen äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen häiritsevästi.

Very clean!

We personally didn’t like this place at all. Pictures doesn’t match the rooms.. very small and tacky bathroom. Breakfast was generous but quality was 6/10. Disappointing.

A good place to rest before hiking

Hassle-free experience, great value for money. Location is superb, just park your car right next to the front door. It was very calm. Beds were quite nice even for a bit bigger person. Breakfast was excellent: there were eggs, Karelian pasties, porridge etc. We started the Karhunkierros hike with good energy levels in the morning.

The shared bathroom/toilet could use some modernization, but it did the job. A night lamp would be nice in the rooms. The fridge was a bit loud at times also, but you don't need it necessarily.

Good tourist hotel

This is a 'contactless' hotel, there are no staff when you arrive, just a key code. However, the hotel is clean and well equipped, just what you need for a short stay.

good breakfast and easy check-in. Good place to stay in the center of Kuusamo and as a departing point to other places.

Recommended!

Central location near restaurants and grocery shop. Good breakfast whit all the basic items. Beds are nice too. Clean tiny room whit out shover.

Public shower needs new shower head. Squirting all over the place.

Fine breakfast, location next to the supermarket. Town is small so everything is nearby. Had a nice walk around the lake.

Ok price, misleading info upon booking

Breakfast was ok, but only available up to 8:30. Room was clean.

I booked an Economy Twin room. On Booking.com the room information states that a private bathroom is included. However, it is not, only a shared bathroom. When I informed the staff about this they only offered me another room with private bathroom at a higher price. I would have expected a free upgrade due to misleading information upon booking. Especially since other rooms were available that night. In addition, the error has still not been fixed and the room info on Booking.com still incorrectly states that a private bathroom is included in Economy Twin room.
