Excelente ubicación muy recomendable

Me gustó todo, limpieza, ubicación, trato y amabilidad de la sra Luz, relación costo beneficio. Lugar muy silencioso y acogedor cercano a todo a pie. No es necesario auto. La playa Dominicus queda a menos de 300 metros. El centro y calle principal está a una cuadra al igual que la parada de buses para bayahibe y la Romana por solo 50 pesos (1usd). Cercano a Mini markets, colmados, Bodegas, farmacia etc . Calles seguras, tranquilas dónde es un placer caminar viendo casas residenciales típicas del caribe. Las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas, tienen baño limpio con suficiente agua fría y caliente, buen wifi, tv, abanico o ventilador de techo y pequeña cocina muy completa solo le falta un microondas. Cuentan con una mesa y sillas a la entrada

Solo necesitaba un microondas y me hubiese gustado que la cocina tuviera una ventana para más ventilación.

Room # 5 was dark, if we had the curtains opened we would have no privacy, the mattress was not comfortable.

Great apartment to stay in Bayahibe even for a longer time

Mrs Luz was friendly and kind eventhough we had trubles comunicating. She doesnt know English and we did not know much words in Spanish. The apartment was very clean and just a short walk from the beach.

Maybe to put airconditioning in the living room/kitchen, because of the mosquitos and cooking it was very hot there. Mrs Luz could know a few words in english or use google translate for easier checkin.

when we got there they had booked out our room so we had to go somewhere else also the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable

Forget bland resorts, choose this charming and unique hideaway!

Such a lovely little neighborhood, and our apartment was so charming and unique. I thought I had stepped into my Italian nonna's beach house in Europe! So many fun beach decorations and the bedrooms have their own color themes. No bland rooms here! Wonderful large fridge. TV with options if you had time for that. We had a huge balcony that I could've spent the whole time enjoying with a large table and relaxing seating area. It's an easy walk to the beach and we walked as far down the beach as we could enjoying the tide pools -past the public beach and all inclusive resorts. There is just the one public beach area to sit in, but the water is beautiful there. Wonderful host!

Totally nice lady who will give you tips for your stay and helps you to have a good experience in jarabacoa. The house is clean and you will have enough privacy if you want to

Great place!

Houses upstairs are really impressive and amazing; studios downstairs are ok for the price and remain a good deal. Close to the public Beach and the shops and restaurants

A pool could be a great asset! The rest is perfect.

I would stay again

We had a nice stay after all. Good location, nice kitchen and beautiful garden. Nice staff.

I would prefer to be able to pay the air conditioner based on electricity consumption instead of a fixed price. Fan was enough for my was not pleased. The woman at check in didn’t speak Spanish but it was easy to communicate.

Great place, highly recommended

Perfect! We loved the colours of the room and decoration. There was also a kitchen with utensils to cook. Very clean and cosy room. We booked for three nights and extended for three more. You can sit outside your room (a table with chairs for each room). At the front of the property you have sun loungers and chairs. Location is perfect. Beach is very close (2-3 mins walk) and it's amazing! We used to go twice a day as it was very close. Fan and air con in the room, it doesn't feel suffocating (the days are very hot) in the room like in some other places around Dominican Republic. You have few restaurants just round the corner and a mini market Mya where you can get all essentials. The housekeeper lady was really nice. Communication via booking with the owners also good. Would definitely recommend. For couples, families, anyone really! It's a good place to stay in.

Good area but needs some updating

Lovely stuff l and nice outdoor space with garden in a quiet area.

Very old fashioned to my taste. Don't need no luxury but this needed some serious update. Looks like it was designed in the 90's and never done anything to it, never changed a thing. The furniture looked worn-out and dusty, pillows yellowish tone, horrible old towels, kitchen utilities dirty and rusty, had to rinse everything. No chopping board, blunt knife, no kitchen towel to dry hands, no washing up liquid or sponge, rusty cutlery that I didn't feel like eating with. The aircon wasn't included was another $8 surcharge per day, nevertheless wasn't necessary as there was a ceiling fan which did just enough.
