Peaceful Location 20 Meters of the Sea

A villa in Skiathos which includes one apartment and one studio which is perfect for a big family of 6 or even a couple. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms and the studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a private swimming pool with amazing views of the sea and the town. Next to the swimming pool, there’s a large terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner as it has 4 deck chairs, a couch, and lounges are the outdoor furniture.

The kitchen has an hob/electric panel, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cutlery, towels, tablecloths, napkins.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bath towels, hand towels, linens and beach towels are included. Towels and linens are changed a week, maid service and cleaning a week.

The location is perfect as it has easy access to the town to one of the many restaurants that Skiathos has to offer. It’s only 20 meters located from the beach and 5 minute drive by car to the town.

What more can I say that hasn't been said by other reviews. This place is absolutely fantastic, it has everything that you need to enjoy a break away from everything along with only being a 5 minute drive away from Skiathos marina and centre. Katarina was helpful through every step of the booking and hosting requirements. We just spent the whole week sitting by the pool and chilling out watching the boats go back and forth from the Marina and taking a trip down the hill to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. Note: You will need a car or a quad to get about as the walk is only for those intrepid hikers out there. We will be back and hopefully so will others that we will happilty recomend it to.

Our stay at Katerina’s property was a wonderful experience. The property was everything we had hoped for. The location is exceptional and the accommodations were excellent. Katerina is a wonderful host. I recommend her property for anyone that desires a 5 star experience

Wonderful location, but really needs updating with new cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and a really essential fitting of a dishwasher in the laundry room. All three showers in desperate need of updating and disposing of the rusty old metal shower shelves for holding of bottles etc. Apart from the above - great.

I have stayed in the villa before in Sept 21 with friends and this time we returned with our adults daughters The view from the villa is priceless - a view you could never tire of Skiathos is the most beautiful island Katerina (owner) was wonderful and extremely helpful in everything she did and helped us with Helped with car hire and booking a boat trip (which was amazing) Met us at the airport and organised a taxi to take us to the villa and collected hire car from airport I would definitely return - the only downside was I only booked for 1 week Will not make that mistake next time

The villa is beautiful. Words can't describe the view, it's absolutely amazing. Katerina is so helpful, meeting us at the airport and waiting for us to collect the hire car. The villa is quite tricky to get to without a car so this is a must if you ate staying here. We came during the last week in October and The weather was lovely the pool at the villa was nice in the afternoon and the sea was still warm enough for swimming. The main tourist season was over and everywhere was quiet but there was still plenty open. Will definitely be back to stay at the villa.

Fantastic views of Skiathos town but nicely secluded. Pool was awesome and there were also steps down to your own private beach and jetty! House had everything you needed - a real home from home!!

I have been to Skiathos on numerous occasions,this accommodation was defiantly the best.The villa is very traditional but has everything you need.The outside space is what makes it special.The infinity pool was extremely well kept,the large veranda was a great spot to sit and watch the comings and goings of the ferries and planes landing at the airport.Katerina the host was very hospitable she met us at the port early morning and showed us the way to the villa,we were lucky that nobody had been in the villa the week before so could access it early..Communication was great throughout our stay.My son and partner stayed in the studio section which was ideal as it has its own facilities .I would not hesitate staying there again if we return to beautiful Skiathos.

The villa is lovely and our family of 3 had plenty of space, plus very clean, but what makes it special is the amazing sea view from the terrace and pool area! We hired a car which I would say is essential as it is a very steep approach from the road, but only 5 minutes drive to Skiathos town, but also the best way to see the island. Katrina is a lovely attentive host and she kindly left us wine and a few groceries for our arrival. She met us from the airport and led the way to the villa which was really appreciated as it was dark when we arrived. Thank you Katerina for sharing your lovely villa :-)

We had a fantastic stay for my 60th birthday. The villa and infinity pool are great and Katerina extremely helpful including with our car hire but the best things about the villa are the amazing views.

Villa Lazareta, great villa and location, the Villa had everyting we needed along with a large terrace and infinity pool, based across from the main port you will benefit to hire a car, although only a 5 min drive to the town. The Villa position is secluded and not too close to its neighbours, with its own footpath leading down to the sea. The location enables you to enjoy the tranqulity whilst across to the port watching the various sailing boats back and forth, then with easy access to the town during the evenings to one of the many resturants that Skiathos has to offer. The view at night is just as impressive as Skiathos 'lights up'. We will be happy to return, thanks to Katerina for ensuring we had a fantastic time.

Thank you to Katerina for a wonderful holiday, Katerina met us at the airport organised a 6 seater taxi for us within minutes of our arrival, very professional.What a beautiful villa, very clean, wine and drinks in the fridge waiting for us after a long journey.Perfect location we hired quad bikes for the week.We had our own pool and small beach at the villa along with a massive terrace.Looking forward to next year and doing it all again thanks Katerina x

The property is very well maintained. The villa was very comfortable for my family of 4. Our cousin and her daughter shared the adjacent studio apartment. The pool is beautiful and the property has its own dock. We arranged to be picked up and dropped off by boat from the villa for an outing to a neighboring island. Thank you, Katerina, for a wonderful stay!

Sorry for the lateness of the review. This villa and owner are fantastic. My husband & I stayed here for 10 nights and nothing was any trouble for Katerina . We love to walk and did not want to hire a car, obviously this might be seen as a silly thing as it is a long walk into Skiathos town and to the shops but we decided that it would be part of our holiday to enjoy the walk and spoil ourselves with a taxi after our night out in the town. We have been to Skiathos many times before and had never stayed in this area. If you did have a car it would be so easy to see the island. The villa is so lovely, has what you need for a perfect relaxing holiday, the pool and view is amazing. I would recommend this villa and love to stay there again.
