Breaches Barn is a lovely detached property on West Park Farm, a working beef and arable farm. This property can sleep 13 people, and has 5 bedrooms, along with a single bed and trundle to the Gallery Landing. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with woodburning stove with utility, and 3 bathrooms. To the outside is a private lawned area with tables and chairs. Up to four well behaved dogs welcome charged at £60 each per stay. This barn conversion is perfect for families looking for a perfect Hampshire escape.
Amenities: Central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private lawned garden with BBQ and furniture. Up to four well behaved dogs welcome charged at £60 each per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a pond on this property which is part fenced, children should be supervised. Note: Please note that towels are not provided at this property, so please bring your own
