* The first bedroom on the raised ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool view, has a 140 bed, with dressing room, bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub with chromotherapy, double sinks, raised mirror and WC.
* The second upstairs with a 140 bed and air conditioning
* The third bedroom with 2 single beds including 1 bunk bed and air conditioning *
An office: also equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed.

The kitchen with central island, its bar and 4 stools, with American fridge-freezer, 5-gas cooking piano and 2 ovens, plenty of storage, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave
2 bathrooms; The 1st in the ground floor bedroom, the 2nd bathroom upstairs consists of an Italian shower, a sink topped with a mirror and a washing machine
2 WC: The 1st independent and the 2sd in the ground floor bedroom
From a swimming pool:
equipped with a protective cover with garden furniture and electric barbecue (municipal obligation) and a wooden terrace of 60 m2

* The living room opens onto a 1st terrace of 40m2, then a second wooden one of 60 m2 around the swimming pool (protective cover), with garden furniture, deckchair, parasol and barbecue where it is pleasant to take the breakfast or aperitif.
