We would rate this the best of our stays in a month of travelling from northern Italy. Lovely place

Centrally located situated in the best part of Catania, this spacious, well renovated property allowed us to experience the unique 'vibe' of a traditional (very secure) Sicilian city urban residence. Fully self-contained, with no utensil lacking, this is a great place to relax and enjoy

Incantevole

La Location si trova nel pieno centro di Catania ciò permette di raggiungere tutto facilmente. Appartamento arredato in modo elegante e fine ,dotato di tutti i confort ,ben insonorizzato dai rumori esterni,la pulizia fa da padrona.Grande cordialità del Titolare, persona squisita e gentilissima.

Excelent location, superbe appartment

Excelent location, very secured clean and nice services. Very helpful with all in the informations. We were able to do excursions almost every day thanks to the driver Alex and Natalie travel agent. We recommend with all our heart.

Appartamento da mille e una notte

L'appuntamento era arredato in modo eccellente, pulito, ampio e letti comodi. Erano presenti tutti i comfort tra cui persino una lavanderia e una sauna! Posizione centralissima, nella via principale, a pochi passi uno dei quartieri di ristoranti più frequentati. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile a dare varie informazioni. Se mai tornassi a Catania, vi alloggerei sicuramente di nuovo.

Can be much better

The location in the historical place of the city

The walls in the rooms and hallway show advanced wear, they need to be whitewashed and the shower in the bathroom apartment shows an advanced degree of decay and mold, and the water drains smell bad. I hope the pictures are clear enough regarding this observations.

Perfect appartment for up to 4 people in Catania.

Perfect appartment and location. The place is like an old palazzo, restored and renovated exactly as shown in pictures. Giuseppe a great host, with excellent communication. The location is very good, in via Etnea, one of the best streets in Catania, close to the center.

The owner is very friendly and sociable! For any question quick response and always happy to give good advice. Check-in was very quick and easy! We lived a few days in two apartments and I want to say that these apartments are wonderful! Very clean, spacious and high ceilings. It looks just like on the pictures and even better! As a work of art and in addition to this an excellent location on the most central street

Apartman u kojem se osjećate super, sve je tako lijepo uredjeno, stropovi su kao u muzeju... Udobno je, na glavnoj ulici odakle je sve blizu...restorani, trgovine, znamenitosti.. Iza je super park gdje možete ujutro trčati, šetati, ali i kafeterije gdje možete jesti i popiti kafu... Iako su recenzije upozoravale na buku sa glavne ulice, pripremili smo se na to ali apsolutno nije bilo nikakvih problema... perfektno smo spavali. Parking ispred ulaznih vrata je veliki plus... Giuseppe je poslao sve instrukcije, slike tako da je olakšao naš check in. Bilo bi dobro da toalet do kojeg se dolazi kroz spavaću ima poseban ulaz ... Ukoliko ste pušač balkon je bez stolica i stola, može se sjesti na pod, nije toliko loše... Klima, wi fi... super Preporuka...

Short stay so nice to be so close to the centre.

There was an alarm that kept going off both nights all night in another apartment. Strange set up in one bedroom with the door that also had access to another apartment screened off with a wooden screen

Excellent family accommodation in a part of Catania close to beautiful Villa Bellini and nice restaurants.

It was roomy, clean and well equipped. Airconditioning is a must for Sicily in the summer and this apartment had a great unit.

We noticed very low quality of bedding - pillows, pillowcases, and mattress.

We stayed in this room from June 29th to June 30th. We noticed very low quality of bedding - pillows, pillowcases, and mattress. In particular, the pillows were very old, dusty, hard, and after the night my wife developed an allergy to the eye, which we had to treat with antibiotics. The room was very stuffy, the air conditioning did not provide a low enough temperature, the possibility of regulation was blocked. Also, the bed was so short that even people like us (average height, up to 177 cm) had their legs hanging down, which was very uncomfortable. Also, it was very complicated to do check-in in this place, a lot of instructions, and we forced to use mobile connection in roaming to call owner.

Excellent locations to the historic center, local stop buses, coffee shops , bakeries, market, train $ bus intercity stations. Etc.

The street location is noisy, dye to being the main turistic street. An ear plug was provided to mitigate the noisy atmosphere during the night. Doble windows will make a big difference.

Location is central, walking distance to main attractions. Very spacious and comfortable apartments with beautiful typical Sicilian aesthetic.

Most comfortable stay in Europe so far.

Our stay was absolutely very comfortable. First of all the apartment is very clean, spacious and beautiful, exactly as the pictures. The location is ideal, very close to the city centre and almost all food options are near by. Beautiful balcony views, a very clean street outside adds to the ambience. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a family. The host Giuseppe is very hospitable and accomodating, from the time of landing till we left, they offered help at every point making it like home! I totally recommend this place if you want to stay in Catania

The location was great!!! Right on the center. The apartment is big and comfortable. Two big bedrooms with living room and kitchen with a balcony facing the Main Street . We had a great time!

Excellent location

The location is excellent. You are centrally located to explore Catania and are surrounded by shops/wine bars/restaurants. The apartment is a good size with large living area. It is quiet at night despite it's location and feels safe. Check in was straight forward - done remotely by the owner. However, you need to call the owner on arrival so if you don't have internet access/roaming, this might be an issue.

The shower was very mouldy and there is a stale smell in the apartment. There was also a lot of cobwebs hanging from the bathroom ceilings. It is worth noting you need cash for this apartment for city tax (not included in Booking.com payment) +/- parking if you use it. Parking is €20 per night which is steep compared to others, and must be pre-booked. The space is very small so if you had a larger car/4x4, I think you would struggle.

NICE, SAFE STAY IN CATANIA

Clean and spacious apartment, well equiped, with a shared sauna and a convenient lavatory. Very well posioned, close to Villa Bellini, giving you a sense of security in this busy and dirty town. Check in and check out very simple, no unnecesary interactions, very polite and helpful host. Supermarket close by, also a coffe shop downstairs.

it is very noisy as it is located on a busy street with lots of ambulances/police at night with sirens running and crazy people playing music at the maximum or honking for pleasure

First: The room can increase the parking space. It is in the small yard downstairs of the house. The gate of the yard will be locked at night, which is very safe! And the parking space is fixed, it is very satisfying to be able to park like this in the center of Catania. Second: The location of the house is on the main street in the city center. When you go out, turn right and walk straight for 15 minutes to the Elephant Plaza and Seafood Market. Along the way is the most lively pedestrian street, very convenient location. Third: The room is very spacious. I really like the beautiful European-style roof in the room.
