Para trabajo o pasar la noche, excelente

Habitaciones bien equipadas y cómodas, tiene todos los servicios que uno pueda necesitar incluyendo agua caliente.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es pequeño, el desayuno estaba incluído pero igual me lo cobraron.

El agua caliente. Salía poca agua en la ducha y el agua salía recaliente en tibia y no se podía bañar uno. Tocaba con fría y así es muy aburrido

The breakfast was delicious. The location is central. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms were impeccably clean.

What a cool place. Staff is super helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. The hotel is well kept, with these cool sitting areas located on each floor. It is located in a colorful, vibrant neighborhoodarea in the center of the city. An old neighborhood that is a friendly and comfortable slice of Colombia worth enjoying.knowing. Of course, less than a 5-minute walk to Bolivar Plaza and you can have a more upscale modern look at shopping, eating, and just hanging out in Colombia. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I am in Armenia

Simple hotel wit friendly staff and convenient location

I stayed twice at this hotel in the center of Armenia. I left my heavy suitcase there and just took my smaller backpack to travel around the coffee region. The staff were very friendly and kind. They helped carry my stuff up and down all the steps, offered me a little cup of coffee at the reception, helped me order food to be delivered., and phoned for a taxi. The price was very reasonable. The room was fine and the TV got Netflix, a very nice bonus. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was a small sofa where I could put my luggage.

There were two minor problems. The room had no air conditioning and there was just a very small fan high up on the wall, which was quite noisy and didn’t offer much cooling. Armenia can get pretty warm. The shower did not have hot water unless you turned the pressure way down, so the small amount of water you got was fairly hot. Despite these problems I found the hotel suited my other needs and would recommend it for a night or two.

Friendly reception staff and clean rooms. Not far from bus terminal. 24h reception I believe so great if you arrive late by bus.

Always hope to stay here.

I like the friendliness and location. Has always been my first choice in Armenia.

Prices have risen a lot. I had to find a new hotel this trip

Great place, fair price!

Staff is really nice and helpful. It is pretty clean. Room was very comfy and had a big TV with USB input so we could watch our own movies. Wi-fi worked well, so they fixed the problems I read they had about it being slow. Really really not much to complain! Great place!

They were in some kind of renivations so at 10 AM started really loud noises. The area is maybe not the best, it is safest as a gringo not to walk too much after dark.
