Schönes Hotel zum Entspannen

Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe mit Balkon und Meerblick. Wir sind schon das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden.

Die Liegen um dem Swimmingpool sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und etwas durchgelegen.

Heel kort een avond en de volgende ochtend bijtijds weer weg naar een afspraak.

Mooie locatie, goed bereikbaar. Mooi zwembad, niet gebruikt omdat we laat aankwamen.

Enorme parkeerplaats waar weinig auto's stonden. Bij aankomst bleek dat wij 15 euro voor het parkeren moesten betalen. Was niet bekend bij ons? Auto buiten het hek gezet. Vond de receptionist die wij troffen niet vriendelijk. De tweede nacht hadden wij een hotel bij de luchthaven van Alicante. Was goedkoper en een verschil in vriendelijkheid, gratis parkeren in de kelder. Dit was een aanrader.

Mejores vistas, ubicación en Mazarrón

Sin duda el personal, tanto el de el comedor, recepción ,animación, socorrista son un encanto,siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad con una sonrisa y una paciencia infinita con todos los huéspedes del hotel.

El servicio del bar de abajo de la piscina, tardaba muchísimo en atender, en servir ni te cuento y en cobrar más aún, fuimos tres días y al cuarto dejamos de ir por el servicio un día estando tres personas subió a quejarse a sus compañeros de que estaba agobiado porque tenía que hacer tres mojitos que necesitaba ayuda, te servía agobiadisimo siempre,una noche para dos mojitos esperamos 45" y solo estábamos cuatro personas en la terraza.

Great stay and fantastic staff.

The location was great and the view from the room was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with so much choice. Spotlessly clean and very comfy beds.

Paying extra for tea and coffee making facilities in the room and chose to park on the street as hotel car park was an extra €10 a day. Most of the balconies do not get any afternoon sun which was a shame given the view.

Estancia relajante

La habitación aunque un poco austera era cómoda, y las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas. Las instalaciones nuevas y bien acondicionadas y muy bien organizado todo. El personal muy profesional.

El buffet con muy poquito más sería extraordinario. Tiene bastante variedad. Pero los postres decepcionantes. Y se echa de menos algún ingrediente de calidad, por ejemplo nunca vi ternera, pero sí mucha panceta.

A wonderful, relaxing family holiday in a beautiful location.

You had everything you need. Staff really friendly and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment if you want it but also not non stop. Plenty of choice for food.

The only small complaint was that the lifeguard could have been more present. Didn’t see him much during our stay.

Within the grounds of the hotel ,they have a separate restaurant which is called ' Brutal ',we ordered some prawns ,which when finally arrived,they were crude and not cooked correctly,waiters are not friendly, although the final bill was expensive for what we had eaten,would of been cheaper to of eaten in the main hotel . Only one other restaurant away from the hotel,in the port ,and you must pre book in advance,apart from that ,you need to take a eight euro taxi to the main port of Mazarron, therefore a better choice to choose from.

We have been visiting mazarron to see our Spanish family for over 35yrs the hotel for me is the layout pool, sun beds,entertainment something for everyone,bar,reception,dining,our room and balcony perfect and car/motorcycle parking gated and safe for the future visits and all staff happy to help.

Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to friends,

Rooms are great size and balconies facing the pool and sea. Pool area was good.

If you want a coffee from the bar area you can't until after 10.

Lovely hotel shame about the food

Food was good but spoiled by everything being cold, even freshly cooked on the grill it was put onto cold plates so by the time you got back to your table it was flat cold.

The breakfast would have been excellent with the choice ,but the hot food was not hot. It was the same as the evening meal.. I did report it and the veg choice was much better but still not very hot.

do not stay here if your English

Staff were not nice at all due to us being English. Not polite at all, treat you different to the Spanish. Arrived at the hotel didn’t show us anything just said that’s your room number. Room smelt constantly of sewage. If your not all inclusive you can’t get a light lunch you have to eat in there Buffett.

Breakfast amazing such a choice staff lovely eat as much as you wanted choice indoors or outside

Tea coffee facilities free of charge .. included in price rather than daily rate .we were surprised to not find this facility in our room .. we had to leave early so had no breakfast or hot drink. We asked but told we should of asked earlier to get a packed bfast no written notification explaining this .

Nice stay, lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The evening entertainment was very loud and went on until very late. Not good if you have an early start. They are very welcoming with the dog, but there was no where for the dog to pee. No grass anywhere on the hotel site. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. The local area is very run down, lots of rubbish and broken glass everywhere even on the beach.
