Koszmarny hałas!

Przemiły personel, LOKALIZACJA, czystość, wyposażenie pokoju, dobre, różnorodne śniadanie, dostępny odpłatny parking na dziedzińcu.

Hałas, ciągły hałas na dziedzińcu, na który wychodzą okna pokoju - głośna muzyka, a następnie do wczesnych godzin porannych (3-4 nad ranem) głośne rozmowy i krzyki personelu sprzątającego lokal zaraz pod samym oknem, większość pochodzenia ukraińskiego, nie reagująca na prośby. Ogólnie bardzo ciężka noc.

Pobyt bardzo udany:)

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Przemiła obsługa. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

W związku z tym, że było bardzo ciepło i mieliśmy otwarte okna, w nocy było słychać sprzątanie ulicy Piotrkowskiej. Ale jak chce się mieszkać w takim centrum, to trzeba się z tym liczyć.

Miejsce godne polecenia.

Bardzo duży apartament, idealne położenie przy Piotrkowskiej z możliwością parkingu. Bardzo sympatyczna, uprzejma i pomocna recepcja. Do bardzo dobrego śniadania pyszna kawa. W pokoju możliwość zrobienia herbaty lub kawy. W restauracji w której serwowane są śniadania można zjeść pyszny obiad czy kolację. Dania pyszne znakomicie smakują i wspaniale wyglądają. Bardzo miłe Panie kelnerki. Na pewno wrócę za rok na Festiwal światła.

Brak windy. Schody chociaż bardzo ładne to wysokie. Przy rezerwacji nie widziałam w opisie że nie ma windy na 3 piętro. W recepcji dowiedziałam się że trzeba zgłaszać chęć niższych pięter, skorzystam następnym razem.

Lepiej być nie mogło

Lokalizacja w centrum wszystkiego. Z córką przyjechałyśmy w odwiedziny, planem było zoo i aquapark, trafiłyśmy przy okazji na festiwal światła, córka (2latka) zachwycona, okna wypadały na Piotrkowską co uważam za plus, wychodziłyśmy i wracałyśmy do pokoju kiedy była potrzeba, wszędzie blisko. Mimo, że była impreza w mieście to w pokoju było komfortowo, oczywiście że było słychać, że coś się dzieje, ale nie było to uciążliwe. Na pewno odwiedzając w przyszłości Łódź, będę brała pod uwagę nocleg tylko w tym miejscu. Duży pokój, czysto. Moim zdaniem idealnie.

Materac w łóżku 9/10, trochę zbyt miekki ale to kwestia gustu, duże łóżko (łączone z dwóch) jest niezbyt wygodne bliżej środka, wyczuwalna dziura tworząca się pomiędzy materacami

When I visit Łódź I stay at this hotel most of the times and it's always a great experience. Location is amazing!

First time there with a car: the parking at the hotel is very tight so if you own a bigger car you risk getting stuck or getting someone else stuck.

the hotel has beautiful location with amazing view and neighborhood of italian vibes. very clean and staff very chill. i liked hoe equipped the room was, there was kettle, cleaning soap, refrigerator.... also the room was very spacious like huge very nice

Exceptional

The hotel is located in a historic brick building right off the main walking street of Lodz, you can't beat the location. The room was enormous, with high ceilings, carpet flooring and tasteful furniture. There was a kettle and some tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and taken care of. Overall a fantastic place.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this apart hotel.

I liked very much the room and the location. Exept that the breakfast paid additionally was very rich, with a big choice of food. The staff was polite and i was satisfied despite of the small mistake done by one of the girls.
