Hôtel Rayan tourist villa

Voilà un joli petit hôtel à la sortie de Flic en flac, tres au calme , et à deux pas de la plage (idéale pour le snorkling) et proche de tout les resto de bord de mer. Les chambres sont confortables avec une très bonne literie, et surtout très propres et très bien tenues par Juliana . Les petits dej sont copieux avec des fruits ,crêpes, yaourts , œufs, saucisses , fromage et bien servi par Serena ,la fille de juliana, toujours au petits soins. Merci aussi à Eddy ,toujours présent pour l'ouverture du portail et l'entretien de la terrasse. Bref , j'ai passé un très bon séjour d'une bonne semaine dans cet hôtel que je recommande. Merci à toute l'équipe. Vincent

Small friendly hotel

Small friendly hotel with a small swimming pool. However the location is unbeatable, 5 minutes walk to flic en flac beach and all the restaurants shops and bars

No vuelvo más. El Jefe un incompetente.

El servicio de los empleados excepcional. JULIANA magnífica.

El dueño del Hotel, solo estaba para recibir y cobrar. Desapareció los 3 días porque eran festivos en su religión. Muy desagradable. Dijo qué la terraza superior se cerraba por la noche y a las 15:15 cerró la puerta. Le envié un wassap para pedirle que la abrieran y mintió. Dijo que los empleados se habían llevado la llave a su casa. Y hasta el día siguiente no se podría abrir.. No recomiendo este Hotel, por el dueño. Otro problema fue que la puerta con 2 escalones para entrar tampoco la abría. Había que acceder a Recepción y entrada por un escalón de 50 cm. Imposible para personas con poca movilidad. Yo soy coja de un pie y estuve varias veces en peligro de caerme. En fin un fiasco.

Super!

L’accueil et le personnel de l’établissement est aux petits soins et très disponible. Sam est de bon conseil et m’a organisée des excursions bon prix. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas servi un peu plus tôt. L’emplacement est parfait. À côté de la plage et des commerces, on peut tout faire à pieds. Un arrêt de bus se situe à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à Sam et toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse.

Le petit déjeuner pourrai être servi un peu plus tôt.

Très déçus de notre séjour. Rayan Tourist Villa ne mérite pas d’être sur booking

Rien de bien, à part la gentillesse du personnel. Mais cela n’arrive pas à relever le niveau déplorable de cet établissement.

Le parking n’est pas privé, il est à partager avec des engins de chantier ( voir photo). La vétusté de l’établissement( voir photo de notre wc) La filtration de la piscine qui fonctionne mal, des insectes en permanence en surface et des dépôts au fond. Un seul transat au bord de la piscine pour tout l’établissement. L’intérieur de rayan tourist villa est sombre, vétuste, mal ventilé et les accès ne sont pas fonctionnels. Absence de prise de courant à proximité du lit. Le matelas est sale et les ressorts sont fatigués( voir photo).

Everything was perfect for a short stay. Its basically good deal with breakfast included for the price!

Proximity to the beach and restaurants/ shops nearby, one minute walk. Area is safe

Very nice Villa. Ideal for a quick stop for a traveller. Comfortable, clean room with daily valeting. Breakfast is simple but good. Property ia very secure and 24 hr staff on site. Staff are helpful. Owner is great and is attentive to his guesta requirements. Arrangements made for my day excursion from transportation to bookings at the aitw of attractions.

Superb

The hotel is in a quiet area, shops and restaurants however are close by, as well as a bus stop. The lobby is staffed 24/7 and the owner is available via WhatsApp if you have some further questions. I had some nice talks with him and he gave me a lot of insider tips about the island and getting around. The breakfast is all you need to have a good start in the morning. I had a pleasant stay.

Amazing location at a cheap price, clean and safe.

Sam and his small crew made us feel completely safe and taken care of at all times! When we lost our luggage at the airport he communicated with our airline and ensured its safe return. He organized the transport for us. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and pooldays perfect.

Very nice rooms! And very comfy beds. I stayed in 4 places in Mauritius where beds were horrible and I was so happy when I slept here. Breakfast is awesome. I had some problems with the shower but they solved very fast 😊 all personal is very sweet!
