Good

Spacious, comfortable house with 2 patios. Nice and clean, comfy beds. Quiet & relaxing area.

Just a few little things such as bin liners, more toilet paper, hand soap washing up liquid. Little things which would make a massive difference in our experience. Kitchen equipment is rather basic and the frying pans look terrible!

nice place but get rid of the cameras

easy parking, large place, walking distance to restaurants and the ocean.

there are cameras inside the house. I couldn’t tell if they were on but it was creepy.

Quite place, good for 6 people company, very nice rocky beach 500 m from property.

Jakuzi did not worked… For our kids this was dissapointment:)

Centrally on Tenerife located, quiet and comfortable apartment in Costa del Silencio

Somehow we felt very much at home and comfortable in this apartment! And this comfortable feeling is not something you have often! Everything worked, nice shower - two bathrooms, super good wifi (!) suitable for Netflix, coffee machine, quiet & peaceful, ... Parking was never really a problem and even on new-years evening it was relatively quiet. From the previous guests there was all kind of products available like for example oil, sugar and salt. Typically these product you can only buy a quantity you never need during a week.... The water cooker did not work; one message to the host and a brand-new one was delivered the next day. Good service. Around the corner is a small supermarket, at approx a kilometre a bigger Dino. Centrally located to the motorway which enable you to drive quickly around the island. The airport is literally 15 minutes drive away.

Without a rental car you are a little remote from all the activities which Tenerife has to offer. The advantage is that Costa del Silencio is actually quiet. You notice when you turn off the main road to travel the last 5 kms that suddenly there is hardly any traffic. Disadvantage is that you don't have a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Complaining at a high level: The double bed is rather small for two adults.

Perfect for quiet stay, no clubs or tourists walking near the house.

Place is big, very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Dishwasher fridge 2 TV, AC, washing machine, barbeque, hairdryer, iron etc, all included and worked. Also some small stuff like tea, coffee were present. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Highway, gas station and supermarkets 5 mins by car. We enjoyed and would go to this house again. I recommend looking for La 3.60 restaurants when visiting this region. 10 mins walking from house. Playa Amarilla Rocky beach has really cool views and nice beach bar. 7 mins walk from house

Neighbors get pissed if you talk after 22:30 on the terrace, someone printed a paper saying "stay quiet" anothers emptied one tire on each rental car. No negative feedback about the house itself. All very good

Perfect local home to base yourself for a relaxing holiday

Size of property was great! Lovely local neighbourhood with excellent restaurants. Good sized supermarket nearby. We bussed to the more touristy destinations with no problems. Taxi ride also only €20 from Fanabe. Easy!

Local beaches aren’t the best on the island but everything else makes up for this.

We booked here as we have family who stay near by

Jacuzzi wasnt clean prior to arrival. Terraces don't offer much sunbathing time. Quite enclosed. Power went out. Property suited us for a short stay but it is quite tired.

It exceeded my expectations

A really comfortable facility with a large usable area. Well equipped. Two terraces. Quiet neighborhood. Nearby shops, bars and a bus stop. Recommended.

Excellent value for money at Casa Vazquez; we recommend it to everyone

The main things we liked about our stay at Casa Vazquez were: the nice hosts, the location, the BBQ, the front & the back yards, big rooms and 3 bathrooms. The location was exactly what we needed: a quiet and peaceful area, away from the crowded typical resort towns. The hosts greeted us at the estimated arrival time we gave them, showed us around the property and handed over the keys. They were very nice and checked in on us a couple of times, to make sure we were all good. We had a small issue in the first night after check-in (we couldn't find enough blankets) and they came over in less than 30 minutes to give us more. The property is quite big and very well divided. Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite). We really loved the window blinders, we managed to sleep in thanks to them the morning after we arrived in Tenerife because they kept the bedroom dark. Travelling with a young kid (3 and a half years old), we had peace of mind that the young one couldn't mess around with the windows, so that was perfect. Downstairs, there's an open kitchen and living room, along with a dining area.
