Péssima experiência

Reservei um quarto individual nesse hotel pela localização ser próxima ao aeroporto . Como reservado me hospedei sozinho porém, no dia seguinte, o check out era até meio dia . Minha esposa chegava às 9.30 no aeroporto e eu iria retornar a acomodação para fazer o check-out. O hotel , de forma absurda, alegou que se eu retornasse com ela as 9.30 am, , seria considerado um segundo hóspede e quiseram me cobrar 50% de uma diária a mais , apenas por eu retornar para fazer o ceck out acompanhado da esposa que acabará de chegar no aeroporto . Trata-se de total desonestidade, tendo em vista que não havia pernoite , não havia um segundo hóspede e ainda assim quiseram cobrar, mesmo eu alegando que se fosse o caso, poderíamos, se quiséssemos fazer uso do café da manhã para mais uma pessoa e pagar por isso . Acabei indo embora , sem tomar café, sem fazer o ceck out na hora desejada . Péssima experiência, falta de bom senso, desonestidade e oportunismo do hotel , não só pelo valor de 50% da diária a mais pretendedia por alguem que nao era hospede , mas pela falta de respeito e oportunismo desonesto que sobressaiu a questão financeira mas pela postura e falta de bom sendo e total desrespeito . Experiência péssima. Me senti desrespeitado e pela postura quase que extorquido.

Great stay. I would recommend it.

Very convenient across airport, they have fast check in and out, delicious coffee, juices, water right at reception for free. Cups, sugar, sweetener, spoons. Filter with cold water. No need to buy drinks unless you want to. Bathroom is clean, not noisy, you can’t hear airplanes noise much. It was great as we had a 5am flights. So we were up at 3am at at the check in at 3:30am. Very close. I recommend it.

Great location in easy walking distance from the airport terminal, with late night (24 hour?) check in. Very practical for a few hours sleep and breakfast.

I’m very disappointed with the guy that was working in the Night Shift, he wasn’t polite, nice and didn’t helped me at a

good location, super close to the airport. good if you have to stay overnight to take the plan early in the morning.

Avoid if possible.

Clean. Close to the airport (walking distance).

No English speaking receptionist. Very noisy, no idea if the sound came from another room or outside but there was a lot of noise until 1 or 2 am. We booked for 1 night and had to leave already at 4 am for our flight. Arri al was at 11pm. Not much time to sleep. So very annoying that you can hear every step from the floor outside.
