Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (bei uns 3 Nächte) sehr gut geeignet und ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert!

Es gibt zwar kein Frühstück (das ist auch ausgeschlossen worden), aber 50 m von der Pension ist ein EDEKA mit Cafe. Dort bekommt man auch einen kleinen Imbiß. In ca. 10 Minuten kommt man bequem zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Do-Sölde. Von dort gehts in ca. 20 Minuten nach Dortmund-Hbf. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Sehr gut gelöst ist das "Schlüsselproblem" - Ausgabe nach simpler Eingabe des Codes, bei Abreise Schlüsseleinwurf. Exzellente Heizung. Ansprechendes Badezimmer. Wir haben einen Blick ins Etagenbad/WC geworfen. Sehr sauber, könnte man auch wählen (und Geld sparen) Sehr guter Geruch in der Pension, erlebt man eher selten. Generell war alles sehr sauber!

Ein Zimmerservice hat leider nicht stattgefunden (kein Personal??). Für uns nicht so schlimm, aber der Eigentümer sollte darüber nachdenken. Die Betten waren sehr weich. Geschmackssache. Wir haben dennoch gut geschlafen. Der Fernseher war bescheiden, überwiegend Verkaufssender. Na ja... Kein Schrank (wie in Beschreibung).

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Auto in Dortmund.

Gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, schöne Kleinigkeiten wie die Flasche Wasser und der Wasserkocher mit Nescafe. Ideal gleich nebenan ein Edeka mit Bäcker und in meinem Fall sogar ein kostenloser, freier Parkplatz.

Gute solide neu eingerichtete Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

- sauberes Zimmer - nicht verwohnt, neue Möbel, leicht zu pflegen, nichts angestaubtes - Badezimmer ist neu und groß - Wasserdruck sehr gut in der Dusche

- Viel befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Zimmer - Eisenbahnstrecke ebenfalls - Betten für meinen Geschmack zu weich

Nice and clean, but remove the AirWick freshmagic.

Really new and clean! Close to Lidl and Edeka. Can recommend going to Edeka’s bakery for breakfast.

Could be more sound proof. You can hear every time someone is in the hallway. There was a REALLY nasty smell from a AirWick thing.

The apartments are clean, comfortable, located near Dortmund Airport. Very comfortable beds, clean room, excellent, very clean shower. Nice scent in the lobby. Convenient contactless locking, key transfer through a special safe when entering with a password. Highly recommend and will stay here next time.

Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows could have been a bit firmer. They were very large but shapeless. There was a sink in the room, easy for brushing teeth in room. Room was clean, bathroom was very clean even though it was shared. Receiving keys with pincode was very straightforward. I could easily find parking on street.

I knew it was shared bathroom, but it was a bit inconvenient that shower and only toilet on the floor were together. Luckily no one knocked on the door while I was in the shower. This did happen while I was on the toilet, so I stepped out for a while so someone else could use toilet before I took my shower. It was around 7.30 AM, so not the busiest hour for bathroom use. Getting the key and depositing it again went very smoothly, but I did feel slightly uneasy that there was no one on location in case it went wrong or I had any other issues. The smoke detector was no longer on the ceiling, but laid on a top shelf.

Great, super clean accomodation

I had the Deluxe room, super clean place, easily accessible - 5 min walk from train station and even closer to the bus station . Lidl and other big supermarket close to the property. Spacious bathroom and in the evening the room was heated. Quiet place and helpful, friendly staff. Definitely worth it.

Wished I could connect my Netflix to the TV, since all the channels are exclusively in German.

Small, clean, quiet, sufficient place

A small, clean hostel in a quiet neighbourhood, quite far from the city centre. There's everything you need for a short stay and the price is really good. During our stay we didn't meet a single person, so I guess it's good for people that like minimal contact with strangers.

The kitchen is a bit hard to find, since it's on the highest floor and the kitchen door is honestly the last one, at the end of the corridor. There's no information where to find it, so you need to have a lot of hope and not give up until the end, exploring the building. The kitchen was not too well equipped - there was almost no cutlery. Also, there was an odd, unpleasant smell.

Superb

Location - 2 minutes away from the Railway Station, Lidl and bakery. Good connection with the city center. Very quiet and calm place. Rroom was clean and tidy. It was definitely worth its price! Self check-in was absolutely great. You can check-in anytime.
