Very disappointing. The staff and management was very friendly and helpful

The food was decent.

The hotel is old, with no amenities, and in need of major upgrades. It is located next to an abandoned building.

I would recommend this hotel . Staff was wonderful. Rooms comfortable. Very very close to the beach.

The breakfast was awesome . Wonderful service . The room was really comfortable. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations. It was very close to the beach. Locals were friendly and helpful. 5 star service.

No major complaints.Under new management which was cool. Location restaurant did not serve dinner. Housekeeping was only by request. Location, staff was great. Even the people who live there were so friendly and helpful.

Fredricksted as a whole was perfect.

The hotel was great. The new owners are improving the hotel apparently and there was once or twice the power cut out. Nothing serious. I'd totally go back

Quiet and relaxing

The breakfast spot located on site, was definitely worth the money and time. I enjoyed both times I ate there

The bathroom in our room was dated compared to the obvious reno's inside of the room, but we didnt complain, the room was very comfortable, met our expectations as far as the type of trip we wanted to have, and have vowed to make it our spot every time we come back to the island.

I would stay here again, perfect place to decompress and unwind :)

It was in a quiet area by the water. the room was very nice, comfortable beds, AC, hot water and very clean. There was breakfast at the hotel and had close restaurants and shopping. A small walk to the beaches.

Very enjoyable!

This property, for the price, is wonderful. I wish it had the bar open, but other wise it was great for a work weekend/staycation. The room was simple, very clean, well stocked with a full size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, silverware. Very comfortable. The balcony was amazing to sit and have coffee or watch the sunset. The staff was phenomenal.

No bar option but they do have a lady come in and make great breakfast food.

Great location, Needs Updating

great location and the staff was wonderful!

The property is very dated, and there were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. One of our group had dead bugs in their bathroom. The overall stay was great as we were only on St Croix for one day. The hotel is under new management, and they were doing lots of updates when we were there. I am sure very soon it will be 5 stars all the way across!

Wonderful introduction to St. Croix’s West End

Very conveniently located. It was great to have a kitchenette and also a breakfast restaurant on site. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The property wasn’t beach front BUT we had access to the beach at a sister property, which was fantastic. This place is a quintessential beach hotel- casual, friendly, clean, not stuffy.

Everything was great, especially for the price.

great place to stay particularly if you will be there more than a couple of days.

The location is excellent and central to everything. The staff was very kind and helpful as our plans changed and changed back. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Can't really think of anything. There was never a moment when we wanted something and did not have it. The humidity did make us wish that we had more towels but it was really fine.
