On the other hand, if you are a sports enthusiast, another reason why Marbella East stands out is because of its golf courses distributed throughout the area. Among the most outstanding are Santa Clara Golf Marbella, a 6-minute drive away, and Marbella Golf Country Club, 2.8 km away. In addition, if you are looking for other activities, such as swimming, table tennis, paddle tennis or fitness, you can go to the Real Club de Tenis Marbella.
The historic center of Marbella and the major tourist attraction of Puerto Banus are 9.3 km and 18.2 km away, respectively.
This villa offers space and privacy in its three spacious floors, with 6 bedrooms ideal to accommodate up to 12 people.
The villa stands out for its heated pool area of 5x20 m with a good amount of sunbeds, next to a large umbrella, two excellent chill-out areas where you can enjoy cocktails or a coffee after a swim, and a dining table for 10 people next to a barbecue area, ideal to enjoy with friends or family! All this around a garden full of plants and more sun loungers where you can sunbathe on the coast. Next to the garden, another terrace, in this case covered, with a large dining table, ideal for events!
The second floor, in addition to the terrace, has 3 en-suite bedrooms, with double beds and TV; two of them have access to an interior patio with a table for five, and the third one to the main terrace of the property. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer and towels, and one of them also has a bathtub. The living room has a dining area for eight, sofas, Smart TV with speaker and desk. Completing the floor plan is a modern kitchenette with oven, refrigerator with integrated water machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The second floor of this impressive villa has another kitchen; a terrace with a dining table for four, a hammock and a chill-out area with sofa and armchairs, as well as excellent sea views; a living room with a dining table for four and a fireplace, and 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of them open to the rest of the rooms on the floor, which also has a small sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV. In addition to 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool tub and one with shower.
Finally, the top floor has a kitchen, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc., a double bed, a sofa, a small TV, a bathroom with shower and a dining area for four, all surrounded by windows from which you can see the sea at all times, in addition also has access to two balconies from which, of course, the sea is also present.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
In addition, the villa has a private parking space with space for three cars. Bath towels and bed linen are included in the rental price and will be in your vacation home upon arrival, as well as high-speed wifi and air conditioning. In the basement of the villa there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
