About this villa rental
The villa is located in a secure private estate very quiet and sheltered from the wind; facing south, it dominates the Bay of Agay and is on the edge of the Esterel Park with breathtaking views.
From the front door, before even getting inside the house, you already see the Mediterranean! you are in Agay, you are home.
You walk through the house, all in volumes, go to open windows and find yourself in front of the large mirror pool; and there, you do not know where to look! before you, Agay Bay, on your left is the nearby Esterel overlooking the house; it is difficult to say what is more beautiful, but it gives a deep sense of serenity and relaxation.
The garden is large and nicely raised with a lounge by the pool, a shaded terrace with plancha and sea and Esterel view for your meals, and a large area in a quiet for reading, sunbathing or napping.
The views from inside are just as magical as the house is all in windows, each of which has been designed to offer you a different view.
The house has a large 70m2 living space including a living room with TV, a dining room and a double well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine (thank you to bring your capsules).
It includes a master bedroom overlooking the bay with Italian shower, full foot bath, toilet and dressing room and four other rooms overlooking the garden or the Esterel, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
3 rooms have a TV and air conditioning completely silent. The entire house is heated or cooled by the ground.
Finally, our gym, including bike, elliptical and rowing machine is at your disposal

From my very first email with Christine to my last day at the property, the experience was about as perfect as can be.
The house is a dream: gorgeously designed, breathtakingly situated overlooking the sea, and filled with first rate furnishings. The pool is stunning: long enough to swim laps, but also set perfectly to just float in the quiet and stare at the sea. And those Esterel mountains are mesmerizing.
The hosts — Christine and Phillipe — are warm, responsive and helpful. The property manager, Gabrielle, was a dream. She was available 24/7 by text or stopping by. Like the hosts, she was friendly, enthusiastic and solved every issue quickly.
The town of Agay (new to me) is a little gem. We found quiet coves to swim in every morning within 10 minutes drive of the house. The town merchants were friendly, and a good selection of restaurants, bakeries, gelato, pharmacy, etc. I would come back here in a heartbeat! With warm thanks to Christine, Phillipe and Gabrielle for a dream stay.

3 couples and 3 children and we all loved the villa. The main area provided us with a lovely socialising, dining and chilling area and all the bedrooms were nice and gave us the space we needed. The outside area was perfect with room for everyone, sun and shade and a lovely pool and amazing views. We had everything we needed and loved every minute of our stay.

Super séjour dans cette villa entre ciel et mer avec un vue magnifique !
Le confort et les aménagements sont top, l’accueil sympathique, professionnel, avec une grande disponibilité pour les questions d’intendance pour rendre ce break exceptionnel.
Déjeuner sur la terrasse en février le luxe !
Une parenthèse idéale pour les golfeurs, les Golfs de Valescure et de l’Esterel, deux parcours 18 trous superbes, sont à 10 mn, celui tout aussi beau, mais plus difficile, de Roquebrune sur Argens est à 25mn. Nous reviendrons pour tester les 4, 5 autres parcours qui sont aux environs !!
Le majestueux site de l’Esterel offre également de belles ballades, ou randonnées plus sportives, qui sont accessibles à pied au départ de la maison.
Vraiment une belle échappée que cet endroit de rêve dans ces périodes où nous en avons plus que besoin… Un grand merci.

PARADISIAQUE !
C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos : un petit paradis dont on n’a plus envie de sortir. Vue sur la mer, vue sur l'Esterel, des levers et couchers de soleil exceptionnels. La plage à pied, et des promenades dans la garrigue exhalant les subtils parfums de la myrte, thym, lavande... Cette villa est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, confort et praticité. Bien entretenue et facile à entretenir, tout a été pensé pour que les repas ne deviennent pas la corvée des vacances : double cuisine et plancha en terrasse. Une télévision dans chaque chambre, climatisation, piscine nettoyée 2 fois par semaine et illuminée la nuit pour prolonger les soirées. On sent que les propriétaires ont à coeur notre bien-être, ils ont même laissé les placards remplis, ce qui évite de faire les courses dès notre arrivée ! Nous ne pouvons que leur dire merci et à bientôt.

Wonderful holiday home
Wonderful holiday home with great swimming pool, excellently and completely equipped. We didn’t miss anything, everything from casseroles to ironing board is there. Very friendly owner and very helpful, English speaking caretaker Gabrielle who answered every single question regarding our stay. Fantastic view to the bay of Agay and the Esterel, great location in a residential neighbourhood, Agay with its restaurants, shops and the beach within walking distance. We would book this excellent country residence anytime again.

New house with nice view
The house is in very good condition with an open plan and nice view from kitchen and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with high standard of whitegoods. 3 out of 5 bedrooms has direct A/C. Bathrooms are in good or excellent condition. Unfortunately the pool maintanance person was there our last day, so that was the only day we saw the pool in its full potential.
Gabrielle made the check-in process very easy with her good knowledge of English, and owner was very nice and wellcoming. Thank you for a nice week.

We had a brilliant stay here and enjoyed every minute . The villa is well located with an amazing view. The facilities in the villa were great and everything worked well. We really enjoyed the pool.

Maison idéalement située sur les hauteurs d'Agay, non loin de Saint Raphaël . Maison contemporaine qui joue sur les transparences avec une vue, des La porte d'entrée, sur le bleu sans limite de La mer. Beau jardin fleuri avec pelouse autour de la piscine miroir. Maison tres bien équipée en tout avec une literie toute neuve très confort. On peut descendre à pied à la plage d'Agay surplombée par les roches rouges de massif de l'Esterel, magnifique et si calme de bon matin!
À vrai dire, il n'y a rien à redire de ce lieu et de cette maison, juste allez y

Dès l'arrivée éblouie par la beauté, devant la mer bleue, derrière les roches rouges. Nous, 8 adultes, avons bien profité de la grande piscine. On n'a jamais séjourné dans une villa vue mer avec autant d'espace autour de la maison. Aussi l'intérieur tellement bien aménagé, de haute qualité, bon wifi. Un autre grand avantage est la proximité des commerces, de la belle plage, beau petit marché le jeudi matin.
La semaine passait beaucoup trop vite.

We had a good time here. A spacious house with a big pool, and a very pretty view over Agay bay.
The house is very nice and spacious with a good house plan. Big kitchen and livingroom with huge windows. The view over the Agay bay is beautiful. We were 10 people, 7 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room for all of us. The pool is big and has an alarm. We had some problems with it going of, but it was brand new so I think they're fixing it. The beds are good, and we all slept very well. The owners and they're representative Gabrielle was so nice and helpful. The property is in an gated neighborhood, and property also has a gate. You can walk to the center, but I would recommend renting a car. The house was nice and clean. We had a great time at our first visit to France. The beach was nice, and just a short drive to several great places in the area. So we can recommend this property for a stay in Agay.

Beauté et confort de la maison : nous avons apprécié les grands espaces et les baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, les chambres et salles de bains très agréables, la double cuisine moderne et pratique, la piscine miroir superbe, le jardin calme mi ombre mi soleil, la terrasse pour les repas donnant sur le massif
. Multitude des activités à proximité : nous avons pratiqué le golf, les ballades à pied et en vélo (paysages fabuleux dans le massif ou en longeant les côtes), la voile, le canoé aussi les transats autour de la piscine !
. Côté pratique : commerçants à 15' à pied, St Raphaël à 20'/30' en voiture

Comme le souligne le descriptif, en tout point fidèle à notre expérience, le charme de cette villa repose sur la fascinante continuité qui s’opère entre l’intérieur de la maison et la vue —ou plutôt les vues — imprenables, qui s’étendent à partir de la baie vitrée, prolongeant la piscine jusqu’à l’azur...
Cette alliance très particulière entre l’esthétique sobre de l’intérieur et le confort des équipements à la fois fonctionnels et haut-de-gamme (literie sommiers et linges de maison d’excellente qualité, plancha, machine avec sèche-linge intégré, machine Nespresso, plaque gaz et induction, TV écran plat, Wifi, etc.) font de la villa un lieu élégant mais également ressourçant et accueillant pour des familles tout comme des groupes d’amis.
De plus les activités offertes sont très nombreuses, parmi lesquelles: randonnées à pied ou en vélo électrique (départ à une centaine de mètre de la villa), plages, sports nautiques, trapèze volant à l'école de cirque (C.A.LA). Tennis, golf...

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, les chambres très confortables et très bien distribuées
La piscine, le jardin et les terrasses incitent au farniente total...
La vue sur la baie d'Agay est superbe et le panorama sur les collines de l'Estérel est somptueux
Nous avons à la fois profité de la belle piscine, de la mer et aussi des superbes randonnées dans le domaine du Rastel et du parc de l'Estérel (à pied ou à vélo électrique!) ainsi que des sorties sur la côte La semaine a été trop courte! et nous avons hâte d'y retourner cette fois pour 2 semaines!!!

Un endroit absolument magique, veritable havre de paix entre mer et Esterel.
Maison extrement lumineuse et tres spacieuse, decor moderne , qualite des materiaux et equipements haut de gamme, jardin botanique aux multiples essences, tout dans ce lieu inspire au repos et a la serenite.
La proximite de la mer et des chemins de l'Esterel font de cet endroit aux vues uniques une garantie de vacances luxueuses totalement reussies , en famille ou entre amis.

Superbe Maison !
Avons passé une semaine dans cette maison bénéficiant d'une très belle vue sur la mer. La plage est un peu loin à pied (10/15 min) mais la piscine est magnifique avec un bel espace gazonné autour.
La maison est très spacieuse avec notamment une très grande salle de séjour, mobilier et décoration très design.
Parfait au niveau des équipements (cuisine, plancha).
Bref, que du très haut de gamme avec aussi vue sur l'Esterel que l'on peut parcourir à vélo, électrique !
Je recommande vivement.
