Stay is ok, great view but don’t eat there, don’t book anything else.

The view

The staff. We had such a bad feeling with the staff. They don’t smile. They don’t clean the room as they said. They wake up after the breakfast even if the breakfast time is late… they don’t try to facilitate you. Aaannnd little ending story, we rented a scooter one day at 6pm until the next day at the same hour and they asked us to pay for 2 days!!?? Be careful with them. And honestly everything is more expensive with them. I recommend you to go to Owa Lodge. Best place to eat and book everything. Its cheaper except the room and they are soooo nice. :) PS: breakfast is very basiiiic

Good accomodation for the price, nice view.

Very remote and hard to get to. Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms. No hot water on the first day, we were told they could only fix it the next day but we had to remind them otherwise they wouldn't have fixed it.

we enjoyed the slightly tricky walk over to Mawun beach. the view is exceptional. the staff are great - super chilled and simultaneously super efficient. the food was great value and tasty.

the pools were a bit murky

Pleasant

The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a dvd player and a lot of dvd's in the room. The view from the pool was incredible.

The top pool wasn't clean when we arrived. The road to the hotel was really bad. In our hotel room the shower head really needed replacement. There was almost no water coming out od it. The airco also didn't work most of the time.

Locations is the bomb if you are confident on a scooter 🛵

The view, the staff, the bungalow rooms at the front, the scooters that we hired and driving through the local beauty 🙏

The room we had for the first night was not what we were expecting from the pictures we saw on booking.com. We moved rooms and the experience from here on in was amazing 🤩

View was good. Pool didn't look clean enough to swim in

Goat track to get there, far away from any restaurant or eatery. Rural property, couldn't ride motorcycle there in the dark so I left and found a place closer to town

Stunning location in a really friendly village.

Not the place for you if you require good wifi or want to be close to town to access restaurants and shops etc

Good stay

The location is beautiful with a great view! Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast here was good, the member of staff who severed us breakfast was particularly nice. The roads here are manageable on a moped if you’re a confident at driving off road / dirt tracks.

The pools could do with a clean but this didn’t stop us enjoying them.

The view is beautiful, the swimming pool is nice. and the staff is friendly.

Actually, for a couple bedroom, we really do not like when there is no doors betwwen the bedroom and bathroom. It is not good for intimity and privacy. And the worst is there wes a very bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes, so with just a plastic cutain, we had also the bad smell in the bedroom... not very nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The dogs staying there are adorable too. The view from the place is amazing.

Very good

It had a very nice infinitypool with a beautiful view. The room and bathroom where very good and clean. The staff was nice. You can go surfing at the beach and probably would be alone.

The location was a bit disappointing because we didn't have a car. But with hitchhiking we got there quickly.

the roads need some work, especially for those on bigger bikes or coming by car. makes it tedious and tiring to travel in and out to go into town.

It was a nice stay but expected a bit more for the money

the stunning view, infinity pool, cute dogs and friendly staff, quick and uncomplicated check in and check out, provided mosquito spray, dvd player + dvds available

The wifi didn't work, no tv signal, the top pool had no water, the bottom pool was nice but also has seen better days, the entry road was pretty steep and broken, the cute dogs were pretty noisy at nighttime and every day in the early morning some little birds kept "attacking" the mirrored windows from the outside. The restaurant workers were friendly but the food was rather basic and some of the items on the breakfast menu were not available (nasi, cereal)

Nice rooms close to a pool.

less attentive people. took a long time to get a menu fx. no Wi-Fi available in the rooms only in the restaurant. Umbrellas didn’t work. generator didn’t start when electricity went out.

Beautiful view, lovely staff

The view is amazing and there are two swimming pools where you can enjoy it. Rooms are spacious and have a nice design, good facilities (e.g. tea/coffee maker) and the place is well quiet. But the best thing about the place is the staff, especially Kemal, who is the friendliest and most attentive person. He was always trying to help us with anything we needed and had great conversations with us, also giving us some insights into Indonesian and Lombok culture.

The great view comes with a price, i.e. it is kind of hard to get to the location, especially with a car. Internet is a bit weak but staff were making sure we had a strong wifi signal by providing the room with an extra router.

Great place to disconnect

The staff in Blue Monkey Villas is the best part of the experience, they will make your stay great. They take care of everything you need. Specially Kemal, he had become a friend, helping us with everything. The place is very relaxing, perfect for disconnecting. Thank you guys!

Nothing. You need to know that you are in the wilderness, so maybe you find some frogs and gekos, but them make the experience very different from others. You can feel the real Lombok.

It's a really good place, but it's far away from the middle of the city, it's hard to find grab or cojek it will be good if you know how to ride a motorbike but it's a very good place to relax, also the beach near from the hotel, the staff very nice people and safe place to stay if you travel alone

Little paradise on a hill

My bungalow has become a little cocoon for 7 days. I even extended my stay. I loved the houses, the view was amazing. The pool was right in front of my bungalow. It's up a hill, so you just have to be brave enough to drive up with your motorcycle. They repaired the road so now it's all good!
