About this house rental

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out.
This luxurious holiday home has a total of 4 bedrooms making it a comfortable living space for 13 people. A children’s bed is also provided in the house. There are various leisure activities available. The house is located in Sourbrodt.

The town centre, general supplies store and the restaurants are at a distance of 1000m each. There is a ski lift 3 km away. The Public swimming pool both indoor and outdoor are at a distance of 10 km each. You can catch public transport 15 km away.

The house has a large completely enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. Free WiFi facility is available. Table football, Table tennis table and Billiards are a few activities available for leisure time and sauna for relaxation. Free parking space is also provided.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het huis is prima, was schoon toen we aankwamen. Wij hebben alleen 1 minpunt, de eigenaar heeft een hond en laat die in de tuin zijn behoefte doen. Wij hebben gevraagd of hij de hond niet ergens anders kan uitlaten of aan het eind van de tuin, maar dat deed hij niet, we moesten het maar opruimen met een schep....

Een zeer compleet, groot, goed schoon huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten! In een prachtige omgeving, we hebben veel gezien en gedaan. Bij slecht weer zijn er in huis veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden. En een heerlijke verse bakker op loopafstand in de straat. Het meer van Robertville is in de buurt, prachtig en goed verzorgd!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte qui est bien équipé juste dommage pour la météo. Comme il a plu quasi tout le week-end, on a pu s’occuper à l’intérieur (sauna, billard et kicker). Le propriétaire loge juste à côté et à été très accueillant...

The house was very spacious and practically. The children ate in the kitchen, the adults at the big table in the dining room. Spacious salon with good seats, TV and everything on and on. The football was a hit with the kids, ping pong table is in a very dark and cold barn, but is of very good quality. The fireplace insert was not really practical. It just did not heat ... The sauna was very spacious and clean, we enjoyed it every day. Important drawback is the additional cost for a week during the Christmas holidays increased to almost € 500. Yet it was not so cold outside and we were very careful with the heat. It gives you a bad feeling when returning home.

Despite the bad weather we have had a wonderful stay in this house. The garden we can not judge that because we can not use. The house is cozy and in order, we have used the kitchen to cook for 8 people. The rooms are fine and the beds are good. The sauna is very clean and pleasant. The only thing that has disturbed us was the hige final bill for water and gas. 85 euros for a weekend we were still a lot, especially since we have lit the fire.

Had a lot of fun. Nice and cool in the house and very large. Children could enjoy running around in the mega large garden and the setting was lovely. Swimming in the lake and a walk. Owner manager was also very friendly. Definitely worth repeating.
