The home owners where super sweet and our stay was lovely. Everything you could need for a holliday was there. A dishwasher, coffee maker, big closet, games (in German :p), Wi, playstation, books and a great surrounding. We went with our dog and the walks where beautifull. Overall our experience was great, even with the rain all weekend.

een prima en ruime woning in het souterrain (met trap bereikbaar). Goed schoon en ruim voorzien van alle gemakken. Vlak bij het bos voor het begin van de wandeling(en). Enig minpuntje: de verlichting is nogal fel en daardoor een beetje sfeerloos.

Wat een volledig ingericht huis. Schoon en netjes. Als er hulp nodig is, dan staan ze klaar. Heel fijn. Tot nu toe ( want we doen dit al jaren) de beste en het fijnste huis wat er is. Complimenten voor de eigenaren.

Mooie vakantiewoning op leuke plek
Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht. Prima welkom door eigenaar. Vanaf de woning een wandeling van plm 15 min naar centrum met leuk pleintje. Supermarkten zijn iets verder. Mooie omgeving.

Een mooi huisje in een hele rustige omgeving.
Vanuit het huisje zo de bossen in om heerlijke wandelingen te maken.
Guido en Claudia zijn hele gastvriendelijke mensen, hond Joko was al heel snel vriendjes met onze hond en konden lekker spelen.

Ferienwohnung für Groß und Klein
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (2J & 5M) eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und es gibt auch nix zu meckern. Unsere Gastgeber Guido und Claudia sind sehr nett und es gab sogar (kinder-)freundliche und sehr gut erzogene Hunde. Auch ein kleiner Lackkratzer am Auto durch Steinbewurf des kleinen Kobolds wurde uns ohne Aufhebens verziehen. Die direkte Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für kurze Ausflüge, z.B. Burgruine, Maare, Wald, Bienenlehrpfad, Marktplatz zum Eis essen... Wir waren noch einen Tag im Wildtier- und Freizeitpark Klotten. Auch schön für Groß und Klein. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Danke.

idealer Kurzurlaub
Eine sehr gut eingerichtet Wohnung, der es an nichts gefehlt hat und diese ist zudem noch in einer perfekter Lage, direkt am Wanderweg, speziell für unseren Hund ideal. Der Empfang wahr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es gab viele nützliche Tipps, super nette Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne den nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier verbringen.
Lediglich im Bad würde ich eine Dusche der Badewanne bevorzugen.
Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tollen Tage.

Bei heißen Temperaturen eine kühle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat gut Platz für 4 Personen. Es war schön kühl, da es sich um eine Einliegerwohnung handelt. Das Badezimmer hat leider nur eine Badewanne, das könnte für ältere und/oder behinderte Menschen schwierig werden. Für Tierhaar-Allergiker ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da Tiere in der Wohnung erlaubt sind. Auch ist rauchen erlaubt. Dementsprechend war keine so gute Luft in der Wohnung. Ansonsten war alles tip-top.

Absolut saubere Wohnung, unmittelbar am Haus die ersten Wanderwege. Sehr symphatische Vermieter, die wenn man sie braucht ansprechbar sind und sich ansonsten keineswegs aufdrängen. In der Unterkunft hat man Anschluss an eine Katze und zwei Hunde der Vermieter. Diese beiden absolut freundlichen, perfekt erzogenen Tiere, sind in der Lage Menschen die Angst vor Hunden haben, zu Hundefreunden zu machen. In Summe...ein toller Urlaub und ollten wir wieder in die Eifel fahren, wissen wir wohin.

We zijn verliefd geworden op het kleine, maar prachtige dorpje Ulmen. De ontvangst en de woning waren tiptop in orde. Voor de prijs die we betaalden, waren we aangenaam verrast van de grootte van de woning en alle accommodaties. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. We wisten dat huisdieren welkom waren (ook al hebben we er zelf geen) maar we wisten niet dat er steeds honden (en een kat) vrij rondliepen. Dit kan voor sommigen extra leuk zijn, maar voor anderen een belemmering (angst, allergie,...)

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad met 2 jonge kinderen. Ontvangst was zeer goed , erg vriendelijke mensen. Het appartement voldoet aan alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel ruim en heerlijk schoon. Op warme dagen erg koel. Hele mooie omgeving en het appartement ligt vrijwel direct aan het bos. Veder is de ligging prima , tussen Trier ( 50 min rijden ) en Koblenz ( 45 min rijden ) in. Veder heb je nog veel te doen voor de kinderen in de omgeving. Veel avonturenparken en speeltuinen en een leuk safaripark. Al met al een heerlijk appartement met vriendelijke eigenaren!

Alles da was man braucht - gerne wieder
Die Vermieter sind super nett und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Ausflüge und machen. Man ist schnell in Cochem, Nürburg, Klotten oder Daun. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern optimal. Im Ort kann man sich gut verpflegen, einkaufen gehen und es gibt mehrere Bäcker (diese sind leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen).

Aankomst was prima, vriendelijke mensen. Het huisje zag er netjes en fris uit, alles was schoon. Een minpunt was het bed, de matrassen zijn echt aan vervanging toe, helemaal doorgelegen, en het bed is ook vrij laag. wij ons prima vermaakt, op kleine afstanden met de auto is genoeg te doen.

Indian Summer in der Eifel mit Kindern und Hund
Wir konnten hier in den Herbstferien eine wirklich schöne Woche Urlaub verbringen. Das Wetter war herrlich. Nach vielen Urlauben in diversen Ferienwohnungen- und/oder Häusern möchten wir sagen, dass diese Wohnung wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet ist, insbesondere und auch die Küche. Die Leseecke im Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich und auch die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen ermöglichten uns einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erleben müssen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, verbindlich und sympatisch, wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern und dem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ermöglicht viele spannende Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wandern in Gerolstein, Besuche der Burg Eltz und der Kasselburg und zum Abschluss auch des Nürburgrings haben uns sehr schöne Tage beschert. Kurzum: Empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!!!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Fewo. Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig am Ende des Siedlunggebietes am Waldrand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man z.B. Cochem/Mosel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung.
Wir würden sehr freundlich begrüßt, es wurde uns die Wohnung gezeigt und es war sogar ein Sekt für uns kalt gestellt. Da die Vermieter direkt über der Wohnung wohnen, hat man immer direkt einen Ansprechpartner, was und auch direkt angeboten wurde.
Ein Parkplatz steht ebenfalls für die Gäste zur Verfügung.
Vom Parkplatz aus kommt man in die unten (Keller) liegenden Wohnung.
Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche war ebenfalls da.
Schade, dass wir nur ein Wochenende da waren!
Wenn es uns nochmal nach Ulmen verschlägt, werden wir versuchen hier unter zu kommen!
Wiederum würden wir diese Wohnung eher an eine Familie mit Kindern empfehlen, und nicht an zwei Paare, da das zweite Zimmer kein Doppelbett war.
Was für uns natürlich kein Problem war.
Für Familien stehen sehr viele Bücher und auch Spiele bereit, auch wir kamen auf unseren Geschmack.
Zudem stellt die Wohnung eine wii zur Verfügung.
Leider hat bei uns im Kinderzimmer der Fernseher nicht funktioniert, aber als wir das mitteilten, waren die Vermieter sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und haben versucht mit uns eine Lösung zu finden.
Fazit : Wir würden die Wohnung an ein Pärchen oder an eine Familie mit maximal 2 Kindern empfehlen.
Zudem ist Ulmen ein süßes Dörfchen :)

Vriendelijk echtpaar. Appartement ruim en lekker koel (waren er met 30graden). Aan rand van bos, was ideaal met de hond. Ruim badje stond in de tuin waar we gebruik van mochten maken. Bed matras was niet prettig, was wat gehobbeld. Jammer dat er geen stofzuiger voor ons stond waar we gebruik van konden maken ivm honden haren.

Je wandelt vanuit het huisje zo het bos in, Dit is erg fijn als je een hond hebt!
De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk. De eigenaren hebben 3 grote honden en een poes.
Deze rennen allemaal los rond om het huis. Dus je moet niet bang voor honden zijn.
De tv had een groot scherm maar een slechte beeldkwaliteit.
Verder was alles oke. We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad!
