Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, just a short block to the beach! Heated pool, private dock on bay for fishing. Super close to restaurants and bars (just a short walk to the Beach House and Wicked Cantina restaurants and so many more). Take the free trolley around the island or the short drive to Sarasota's Saint Armands Circle with great shopping and fine dining.
Sleeps 6+, 1 King, 1Queen, 1 Twin and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Linens included.
Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! You will love the island!

This very private, stand-alone condo has only two adjoining units, but has access to the large heated pool. Beautiful, soft colors throughout this two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental invite you to rest and relax after a day of fun in the sun. Ceramic tile flooring will cool your hot, sandy feet when you return from the beach. A King master with private bathroom and Queen and twin second bedroom with adjacent bathroom will offer a good night's sleep. There is also a large balcony with room for outdoor dining and lounging. Now featuring our professional linen service. For your convenience a washer and dryer, wireless internet access, and cable television are included in the list of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay - great location, with beach access only steps away. This is a perfect property for families. Kitchen was clean and living room cozy. The beds were SO comfortable too! We didn't use the on-site pool but it looked nice. The unit is a bit aged but we were out all-day most days so didn't bother us at all and communication with owner was excellent. On site parking was a bonus and you can't beat the location with access to coffee, dinner places, bridge street and beach. Traffic can be challenging Thur-Sat if you plan to drive to other locations.

The location of this property is really great. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The full view of the bay is hindered because of new building going up, but there is still a partial view of the bay and the bench on the pier is a great place for watching dolphins. There are a lot of extras for the beach including coolers, chairs, wagon, toys, etc.

The property had a great view of the intercoastal. The deck/porch was used by us every morning to watch the sunrise over Cortez. We viewed dolphins swimming in the waters and found the location to be nice and peaceful. The pool was clean and refreshing. We swam in the pool almost everyday. The Bradenton beach was across the street just a 2 minute walk down the road. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities needed. We would stay here again

Quiet bayside location, 3-4 minute walk to beach. Part of a small, older complex which has been well maintained. This unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The heated pool is a big plus, IMO, and looks as though it has been recently retiled. Good communication with owner. Would stay again.

We stayed here for the 4th of July and could not have been more pleased with our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make it feel like home and communication with the owner was great. Loved the provided beach toys and chairs and easy walk across the street to the beach. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and Island Scoops ice cream. Everything was very clean and would definitely recommend.

LOVED this island, and our stay at this condo. The walk to the best was not more than 5 minutes, and it was never very crowded since it is not close to the public accesses. The home is decorated nicely, and modern. Can't wait to come back to AMI again! The porch is much bigger than the picture shows, which is so nice!

I spent two weeks in Bradenton Beach in this lovely condo. There was a large master suite and a second bedroom with the second bath adjoining. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The furnishings were very nice. The condos had a heated pool protected from the wind. This was a good place to sit and read or swim when there was a cold snap. The condo had a small deck with chairs that was good for morning sun or afternoon breezes. The beach was very close with easy access. Great restaurants are within walking distance, and the grocery is a three minute drive away. You don't have to leave the island. I brought my dog and found the Holmes Beach dog park to be a great a dog park. We also drove down to Venice Beach to the Gulf dog beach too. Tracy was easy to reach and the management company was also helpful. They came and fixed the broken outdoor lighting in one day. The condo is a 1980s era building , but well maintained. The neighbors we met there were a mix of owners and renters, some retirees and some escaping the cold at home for a few weeks.

Very clean and well furnished condo. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed our stay there with one exception. The hot water pressure was very weak and made it difficult to shower easily. Cold water pressure was fine. Suggest owner look into correcting this problem. Otherwise, I highly recommend this condo for future renters, and would return there again if water pressure problem has been corrected.
