On the second floor there is a peculiarity of the Villa Stella - a penthouse apartment of 70 square meters, a large covered terrace and sun loungers. From the terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay of Medulin and the surrounding area. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 centimeters) and a private bathroom, a sauna with a view of the sea, a room for daily rest, a mini-kitchen and an additional bathroom.
Villa Stella is set on 630 square meters of rebuilt and landscaped grounds, suitable for families with children and pets and only 7 minutes walk from the sea and the beach. The location is very quiet and no traffic.
