Great for short term guests.

First of all: We had to book very spontaneous cause of our damaged car. Booked like 20 minutes before check-in which was very good and professional. The host / worker was very kind and explained the procedure very good. Distance to the beach and to harbour were 200 / 400 metres. Distance to the super market was like 500 metres. Room / shower and kitchen were clean. Equipment for long term guests wouldnt be enough, we stayed for only one night thats why everything was fine for us. Parking space was also available.

Amazing stay and conveniently located to everything.

It was conveniently located to everything we needed and very easy to get around. The host was amazing any hour of the day he was available to help with anything we needed. He organised a transfer for us on our last day as our original transfer didn’t show up and he was extremely helpful. The host is wonderful and knows a lot and will help with anything you need.

No living room but that’s okay as there is a balcony

Perfect location.

The apartments were in good conditions and the location was perfect (close to supermarkets, clubs and restaurants). The owner is very helpful and easy going.

Overall we were happy with the accomodation and we really appreciated the kind staff.

Very nice and helpful staff, we booked the room last minute and 10 minutes later we were already in our room.

The street was really loud all night, we couldn’t sleep very well. Also we would have appreciated if there were small lamps next to the bed, the ceiling light was quite aggressive.

Only positive thing was effort of young man, son of the owner, who wanted to sort situation and help somehow, he brought ventilators, tried to apologize - thanks to him but it was not enough.

Pag offers attractions for everyone. Landscape and nature is really impressive.

Location is pretty good - close to city center and markets. We had an apartment on ground floor, it's new inside and it's equipped well, parking lot was available as well. Warm water is available in bathroom all the time - that's not so obvious everywhere so it is important thing. Host does speak English and he's gentle, helpful young man. He picks up the phone every time and reacts quickly in case of needs or questions. Greetings!

Apartment looks like new but maintenance is missing. Some of the equipment needs to be repaired or renewed to maintain its "looks like new" impression. If no maintenance will be done on regular basis (between guests visits) then the apartment will loose its quality after couple of seasons.

Great apartments.

Everything is great. We were here 4x times and its still super holiday.. Apartment is in centre of Novalja. Everything from this place is close. Equipment is fresh new (furniture, bath ... ). Owners are dear and helpful. Everytime we have some drinks with them :) Next summer we are here again.
