Memorable, enjoyable and welcomed by beautiful hosts.

We had great communication with Sanjeewa right from the start and were warmly welcomed by our friendly host. Our room was clean and spacious with excellent views from the balcony. Our breakfast of the sweetest tropical fruits, avocado, eggs, toast and smoothies was delicious. Only a short walk from town, or a cheap longer tuk tuk ride. One of our group was feeling unwell and was kindly looked after. We recommend and would visit again if lucky enough to return to Kandy.

Good

We received a room with a side view of the mountain, but the common balcony was exceptionally beautiful, especially for sunrise. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. The room itself was good, nothing exceptional. We would have appreciated a breakfast included as well. Also note that the accommodation is not super easy for drivers to find, but the staff can help lead their way.

Two night stay near kandy centre

Amazing views of the surrounding area around kandy, it is a little bit outside the main city (20 mins walk or 5 mins tuk tuk) but it is quieter. Room was spacious and clean, and the host Ramani took good care of us. Her employee Sanjeewa also deserves a special mention as he was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us out throughout our stay. Would recommend

Comfortable stay in Kandy

The place was neat and the view was spectacular. We spent all day exploring Kandy and the area so barely have time to interact with the owners. But the room was nice.

The most beautiful accommodation

Beauty Hills was by far the nicest and cleanest accommodation we have had here so far. The view over Kandy is breathtaking and the rooms are huge. The beds were also very cosy and above all very, very clean. You have peace and quiet here and can get up the mountain super quickly and cheaply with a tuk tuk. Everything you want or need to see is in the immediate vicinity. I can only recommend anyone travelling to Kandy to stay here.

The best place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka so far

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The view is magic — I loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings. The host, Rahmini (unsure of spelling), is a delight and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-fed (her Sri Lankan breakfasts are sensational and very generous!). Her assistant Sanjeewa was lovely, very helpful and responsive. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and well-kept. The rest of the property was gorgeous, I loved the wooden furnishings. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place located on a quiet forested hillside just out of Kandy centre — I really enjoyed the lush walk into town.

Air conditioning in the rooms would be wonderful, but I knew there was none before I arrived.

When I checked into the room, there was only 20% toilet paper left in the bathroom. Curtains and lights in the building are always closed. Difficult to get into the building, have to ring the bell every time and wait a few minutes for them to answer the bell. This accommodation gives me a strong feeling of unfriendliness.

Our best stay in Sri Lanka so far. The view from room was amazing. There is hot water in the shower. Great, that we had access to a fridge and kitchen. The whole House is clean. Location is great for us, near to the city Centre but on the hill so it was very calm. Near to the tooth temple. We ate breakfast and it was very good. Only wi-fi wasn’t working.

Clean and spacious room with a huge patio. Mr.Sanjeewa was very helpful and willing to help at anytime. Our rooms got a very nice and relaxing view. Breakfast was very good. Sanjeewa helped us in everything from start to end. He helped us to get taxi and was polite, helpful and professional. We just love our stay in Kandy. Thank you so Much. Defined recommended.

Kandy center is very noisy and overcrowded, tukers and sellers are chasing tourists. The best choise is to stay on hills

Very nice family and staff. Kitchen only for coffee cooking. Hot water You live together with brave monkeys on the big veranda. Big room and bed size. You can see a wonderful sunrise from your bed. very much space in the reason of a big cupboard and also shelf s. Only 20 Minutes walk to a wonderful sea view Restaurant. Breakfast 5 $

Pleasant stay in Kandy!

The room is very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and abundant, the staff was super nice, the view was beautiful.

Be aware that it's not possible to reach the place by car, it must be left on the main street (no parking) and you need to do around 200 meters on foot uphill.

A wonderful experience.

Located in an elevated position with lovely uninterrupted views of the hills. It is only a short walk to some local eateries and shops to meet your daily needs, and only a 10 minute walk to the iconic Slightly Chilled Restaurant and Sunset Bar. My en suite room was a good size and immaculately clean. The food was fantastic and plentiful. My stay of one week was so wonderful I decided to stay another four weeks! The staff especially Sanjeewa ensured everything was done to make my stay a joy.
