Welcome to Wellington! Stay in the heart of Wellington's CBD and the major shopping area. Find yourself just minutes away from the Beehive and other Government buildings, the Waterfront, Queens Wharf Events Centre, Te Papa Museum. Shopping and the must-do Wellington Cable Car are both just a lift away across the road.

This Two Bedroom Apartment Suite is ideal for families, business travelers, couples or larger groups. We welcome young families with well behaved young children too. It is perfect is you are looking for a home away from home experience, with full kitchen and laundry facilities.

The relaxed living area contains a Couch, a Sofa Bed (let us know if you need a 3rd bed so we can have it setup), LCD TV with Freeview & Chromecast. A fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge and dining table to prepare your meals and have some quiet time in the apartment.

First bedroom is relatively good sized and has a queen bed.
The second bedroom has a Double bed and is on the cute and tiny side; it is an internal room but gets natural light from the window above the door that opens to the dining / living area. The lounge has a sofa bed.

There is a convenience store right at the Ground level, and the bigger Woolworths supermarket is just a lift away across the road.

Restaurants and Cafes abound in the area.

If you need parking for a regular sized car, please advise as I may be able to arrange one for you in the building's covered garage for $20/day. Let me know in advance.

There is also abundant pay parking available in the area and a public car park right behind the building. Street parking: free from 8pm-8am; outside these hours, parking fees apply, $5/hr on weekdays, $3/hr on weekends, with a 2 hour cap (you would need to move your car to another space after 2 hours).

The must-do Wellington Cable Car has its station just also a lift away across the road. The waterfront is just a stroll away.

Special conditions:
- We have high regards for our great neighbours in the building, as such, it is of great importance that their privacy and peace is maintained throughout your stay. Please, NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISES.
- Keep noise at a minimum when waiting for the elevator, especially after 9pm or when leaving during the early hours of the morning

- Please leave the unit clean as you found it: dishes put away in the washer, furnitures in original places and rubbish put away neatly in the bin.

- No smoking anywhere inside the building
- No pets
- Falsely setting off the smoke alarm may incur you a hefty fee

It was good to be able to have a parking place in the middle of the city. And the price was good. The owner did contact us and show us how to navigate the parking. The location is very convenient. Managing the walking route through the hotel does take a little bit of figuring out. That is just Wellington and nothing to do with the property. There were instructions. There is a convenience store nearby for essentials. We would stay there again with no problem.

This is a great location for a stay in Wellington. Close to Lambton Quay and all the shops and restaurant there. We especially appreciated the charge port that had the cords for every variety of phone-device - super smart and I have never seen a host do that before. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location. Unit was clean and had a good kitchen Grace was very friendly and helpful . There are are few things that could be improved There was no way of getting fresh air into the unit.Windows were jammed shut. With 3 adults living in there it got a bit stuffy. There wss no light switch by the entrance door, so unless the light was left on you needed a torch to find the switch. Too many artificial flowers .....

The host was awesome and met us in Wellington to hand over the key. The apartment was perfect for our needs, comfortable clean and well appointed. We definitely would like to come back and stay longer next time.

Loved how clean this apartment was, it had everything you need provided, towels,coffee etc. It is very central and easy for country couples to get around, the car park behind the building was very cheap. Would I stay here again? Absolutely Yes. Only next time I will know what a lock box is and where to find it LOL

You can walk to everything. Superhost. Great kitchen set up with start up coffee and tea. Comfortable beds. Great view. I can't say enough about the apartment. The only problem I had was we only had 2nights. Highly recommend wellington.highly recommend this apartment

We arrived very late by train, but thanks to the owner's excellent directions, we had no trouble in finding the property. Even though it was late the owner very kindly met us and showed us in. The property was equipped with everything you could possibly need, even good coffee and tea.

Great accommodation, very well equipped apartment. Very central location and easy to access everything by foot.. I can't thank Grace and Francis enough as they went out of their way and delivered the keys around 130am as our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very welcoming, with lots of little details taken care of - milk in the fridge, tea/coffee/hot choc, first aid kit in the bathroom (which we unfortunately needed!), toiletries provided. Lovely and warm in this freezing weather, easily the best bookabach we've stayed in.
