Perfect place for our long weekend. We were in town for a conference at the Orlando Convention Center and this was a great spot for us to stay. Quick and efficient check in process, clean dwelling, comfortable beds, and lots of space. Would highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our Family Disney Christmas vacation! It was clean, comfortable and very spacious! It accommodated all 9 of us very well! Great location for ease in traveling to and from the airport and all that Disney has to offer!

The check in process was great! Let me just say I definitely enjoyed my stay, BUT there are things that can be improved with this property.
Upon arrival I had to call because there was a weird urine smell, along with spots on the downstairs carpet in one of the bedrooms. They looked like urine stains from a pet to me and my sister. A gentleman came out and stated he didn’t smell anything and the owner had plans to replace the carpet, he then proceeds to say he did smell something but it was the cleaning products the cleaners used!
I also pointed out how the couch was a bit unsettling due to all of the stains and blemishes on the cough! It was a white sectional that definitely needs replacing. The gentleman also advised the owner would be switching out the couch eventually.
The gentlemen left an odor spray with us. There are scratches and scrapes that are noticeable throughout the home, the blinds to the outside pool definitely needs replacing because they kept falling!
Unfortunately this property did have ANTS!! now I don’t know if it’s a Florida thing or what but my sister and her children had ants in their beds and in the bathroom sinks! My sister advised she had been bitten in her sleep! There were also ants in the downstairs bathroom sink. I only found one ant in my room.
Despite what I have listed we enjoyed the space! The pool was nice and clean, the house overall was clean with the exception of a few red spots on a pillow. You can enjoy this home.

The home is absolutely beautiful! The white couch is worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hot tub works great. The pool was wonderful. This is a great location and I would recommend it highly for anyone to book in the future.

This layout of this home was perfect for our girls trip. There was space for us to hangout together. It also was spacious enough to have those private quite times to yourself. The house is somewhat outdated and need some minor repairs, but overall it was comfortable.

I ask that the pool heater be turned on which I paid extra for and it was not turned on until I had the call the day of checkin. The breaker continues to trip causing the hot tub to not work. As we entered the property at check-in there was trash in the driveway and in the pool area., as well as, a light bulb blown in one of the bedrooms. I called property management and had to speak with maintenance since property management was never in the office. I also sent an email and did not receive a response. We have stayed at numerous VRBO and Airbnb properties and stay every May at Storey Lake but this is by far the worst experience.

Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, in an area with so much to do. There for our daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect, from the home to the venue! Highly recommended!

We had fun
The property was beautiful and well maintained. All the amenities were as nice as advertised. My only complaint was that the gate to the community closed around 9:00 pm and we weren't given a key or code to get through the gate. The paperwork just said "Gate Code: Guard". We pressed the call button several times but the guard never answered. Anyway, the few times it happened to us, we just drove around through the opposite side of the gate. Not a big deal, just a little awkward.

Misleading and inconvenience
The only good thing is the house decor was gorgeous. Please get a new couch. It is absolutely disgusting. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes as when we got here there were brown and red stains on the couch. No small wash cloths were provided, trash bags, or extra toilet paper. They make the pool look big in the pictures but it's extremely small. Hot tub doesn't get hot. Kitchen counters and dishes weren't clean. The check in process is very inconvenient. Why do I need to drive 20 minutes away from property to check-in. One TV wasn't working in the upstairs living area, we had to move it into a different room.

Would not come back. The neighborhood was run down and the people renting around us were not respectful of others. The house was extremely dirty. Would not walk around the house without shoes on. Carpet was gross.

this property was great and I really enjoyed my stay. Plenty of space and very clean!! The only issue was the gate, our passes and many other groups staying on the resort didn't work. We had to wait for someone to come out of the exit gate and drive through.

Disappointed
As one reviewer stated "The property presents well online but when you arrive it’s a little different." I was hoping they were wrong, but they were correct. The photos look amazing, you get excited and then you walk onto the property and bammm. so disappointed.
We arrived with trash in the yard and doorway, walked into the home and the tile floor was very sticky. The home needs much TLC. We were shocked with the dirty walls, faded paint worn out carpet and filthy furniture. The kitchen is not fully stocked, the frying pans are not non stick and they are not even usable. The home does not provide ANY cleaning products, not even a days worth of dishwasher detergent or laundry soap. We have stayed at many VRBO's and all were stocked with a starter kit.
The facet was dirty with ketchup or something red and sticky, there was a beer cap in the sink drain, the countertops were filthy and sticky. I used a clorox wipe to wipe things down and was shocked with how dirty the counters were. There is food dried on the backsplash as well. I reported the facet and the sticky floors and they did come and clean. Also the sliding glass door tracking and floor was filled with dirt and mold. The sweet little old woman who came to clean areas was astonished with the dirt and kept apologizing. The pool area was filthy with glow stick remnants, beer caps and other debris. The pool itself was all yellow and had debris floating at the top and laying at the bottom of the pool. We reported all to the office and they had someone come the next day to clean the pool. We cleaned up the mess around and inside the pool but not around the property, as we wanted to use the pool.
When the pool cleaner arrived I asked why no one came between stays to clean the pool area and pool and he said that he was shocked as well and he could tell no one had.
As for the beds... HORRIBLE, it is like sleeping on the floor.
We were only on the property from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon. During this time we did enjoy the pool once it was cleaned. The yellow in the pool was from algae. But one thing you all need to be aware of. This area is a PARTY PLACE. There is NO quiet from 7p- 2a. There are people screaming, cursing and smoking pot (yes we could smell it). People were racing each other in their cars up and down the street. We do not recommend this area for relaxing and enjoying the pool in the evening or if you have small kids.

Weekend Staycation
We live locally and wanted a getaway we found the house to be very inviting and warm. There was plenty of room and we loved the pool. The only recommendation I would make is to allow the hot tub to be heated.

Awesome House
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Really clean and modern. The only thing that was an issue for us was the parking. The driveway is shared and the neighbors beside us thought it was a great idea to park 4 cars and block us from getting in or out. We had to ask them a couple of times to move their cars. It was a real inconvenience when I have a 12 passenger van.
