About this apartment rental

The apartment, located in a period villa in the center of portomaurizio, is spread over an area of 150 m2.
the large independent entrance, with access from the garden of the villa, leads to the bright, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen to host up to 10 people comfortably seated.
Opposite the entrance to the kitchen is the living room and a double bedroom with a 180 degree view of the sea.
In the sleeping area there are two bathrooms with bathtub with shower inside, toilet, bidet and sink, the second double bedroom overlooking the garden and finally the double room with sea view.
In the corridor there is a laundry area including a washing machine and drying rack.

The villa is located in a residential area, with the possibility of free parking a few meters away, it is surrounded by a large garden.
Nearby are grocery stores, a small supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacco shop, pizzerias all within walking distance.
The beaches are 5 minutes walk from the house.

Het mooie appartement plus apart terras is zeer bijzonder, het is mooi en chique, met een super uitzicht. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn heel attent. Wel heel jammer was de geluidsoverlast in de avonden. De kermis bij de haven die alle avonden om 20:30 - 23:30 open is zorgt voor veel overlast. Strandclubs en restaurants van Port Maurizio zijn een absolute aanrader. Heleen en Gerard en familie.

We rented the mid-level of the villa for a period of 2 weeks in August. It's very spacious for 4 adults and would still offer plenty of room for 6, tastefully decorated with a beautiful large garden. The villa is located just a few minutes walking distance from the center of Porto Maurizio (10-15 minutes from the beach, on the way back it's a bit of an uphill walk). The landlord was extremely friendly and regularly checked whether we needed anything.

Wir hatten auf unser Abifahrt eine klasse Zeit. Die Wohnung war so groß, dass wir uns nicht auf den Füßen herumstanden, zudem in einem guten Zustand und gründlich geputzt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hatten stets ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen ist die Aussicht von der Wohnung und der Terasse auf das Mittelmeer. Geschäfte, Strand und Ortskern sind zu Fuß gut erreich- und erschließbar. Geheimtipp: Eisdiele "Gelateria Acquolina" in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Vielen Dank an die ganze Familie Michelis! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir waren zu siebt - 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten auf jeden Fall viel Platz. Es war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden. Man soll sich wirklich keine Gedanken machen was zum mitnehmen. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen und allen empfehlen. Bis zur sehr schönen Sandstrand mit Kristallwasser sind es ca 10-15 min Fussweg. Man muss nur bedenken, dass man in dieser Stadt sehr viel Treppen laufen muss, da sehr bergig ist.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Hohe Räume, viel Licht und sehr viel Platz. Was für ein Blick. In den anderen Wohnungen wohnen sehr nette Menschen, die uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben. Die mit Hecken abgeteilte Terasse ist zwar ein paar Schritte durch den Garten von der Wohnung entfernt aber sehr schön! Man kann dort wunderbar für sich sein und bis nachts den Blick auf den Hafen genießen. Wir kommen wieder!

Dieser Urlaub hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Kleinere Geschäfte waren schnell zu Fuß erreicht und bis zum Meer waren es auch nur gut 10 Minuten. Der Ausblick zum Hafen und der Umgebung war fantastisch. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr sehr freundlich und hifsbereit. Wir sind zu 100% zu frieden und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
