Semi-detached house "Nikolina". Above Lovran 2 km from the centre of Lovran, 7 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3'000 m2, lawn 1'000 m2, plants. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.8 km, pebble beach 2 km, public bathing area 2 km, concrete beach 2 km. 3-room semi-detached house 80 m2, south facing position. Living/dining room 25 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Unterkunft mit Traumaussicht. Zufahrt jedoch sehr steil. Man braucht für jede Besorgung und jeden Ausflug das Auto. Besitzer sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben hier 2 wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Geradezu überragend sind die Eigentümer-Gastgeber S. und M.: immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam, unkompliziert, großzügig und kommunikativ. Für uns war das Haus ideal zugeschnitten. Küche und Bad sind komplett erneuert. Ein Traum die Terrasse mit vollständiger Möblierung und fantastischem Ausblick ins Grüne und aufs Meer. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und würden bei passender Gelegenheit gern wiederkommen.
