I was thoroughly impressed with the interior design of the establishment. The decor seamlessly encapsulates the essence of Miami’s vibrant culture, creating an inviting and authentic atmosphere. The expansive backyard, complete with a stunning pool, further enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, Mercy was exceptionally kind and helpful during my check-in, ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to my stay.

Stealing staff and loud music

Impossible to reach the reception by phone. We left glasses and someone from housekeeping or hotel kept it… me& my partner stayed one night, hotel is ok, but the staff is ignorant.. we left glasses in the room and when we called a few h later after the check out, we were told to call in the morning.. called in the morning then they said they can’t check it as the housekeeper is busy. Called again later- no help. Sent email, nothing. Later got an answer saying they didn’t find but we are 100% confident we left on the table… enjoy your “tip”. Will never return to this chain again.

The ADA room was down the rear of the property away from the main building. Not great in rainy weather. I would like to see a studio kitchenette installed in the main area - microwave at least.

Belle auberge avec piscine, belle décoration et emplacement. Personnel sympa dispo 24/7, bar avec réduction pour les résidents de l'hôtel. Vending machines et fontaine à eau accessible. Grande chambre

Tâche de sang sur les draps, les agents d'entretien montent sur les lits avec leurs chaussures, cadre de lit sale, pas nettoyé du tout entre chaque vacancier. Pas de rideau au cadre de lit, dommage. Pression de l'eau du robinet très faible, wifi instable. Location de vélo trompeuse : pas de vélo comme celui exposé dans l'entrée mais 2 vélos sales et sans frein classique. Le bar échange des verres gratuits contre des avis 5 étoiles de l'auberge de jeunesse............ sans commentaire

Fun place to stay

A localização é excepcionalmente boa, a cama é confortável, tem ar-condicionado e o banheiro do meu quarto era limpo.

Tive um problema com cancelamento de reserva. Tive que reservar uma segunda vez e, mesmo a primeira reserva tendo sido cancelada, gerou duas cobranças. Falei com a equipe da recepção. Me passaram um e-mail para eu solicitar o estorno, mas ninguém nunca me respondeu a mensagem.

Super Hostel in ❤️ of Miami Beach

Super location, Quick bus 150 from airport drops less than 2 blocks ans going back is literally stop across the street. Great staff, cool vibes and good value for a clean comfortable Generator. I have stayed in many ans this is best so far.

Lists of rain but the outside seating was always wet. So great if could be dried at least sometimes.

Well served by the bus, freezing cold aircon

The hotel looks pretty new and the room was spacious, clean, nicely furnished. Pretty silent with very comfy beds. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop for: the Miami trolley, the airport bus, the Big Bus Tours bus and other useful lines, this was great for moving around and exploring the city. The pool area as well as the indoor common areas are nice and well equipped. The fact of having a restaurant in the building is a nice plus.

The temperature in the common areas was freezing cold due to air conditioning making it really uncomfortable to stay there, considering the crazy difference with the outside temperatures. This is really the best way to get a flu. We had no chance to get a beach towel, even by asking a few times in different days. The restaurant in the hotel is not the best and definitely overpriced. The bath items are divided (one room for the shower, one room for the toilet and the sink is outside) not ideal for me.

Great, safe location steps away from beautiful Miami Beach.

I stayed on Miami 2 days before staying at the Generator. I decided to extend my stay by one day because the weather was great and found a bed at the Generator. The amenities and vibe can't be beat. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had "housekeeping" in a hostel before staying at the Generator. I needed a towel and the front desk told me housekeeping would bring me one. Crazy! The pool and outside area are great for lounging and they actually have a solarium so if you want to feel like your outside but want to enjoy the cool of air con. It is more expensive than most hostels but they make up for the price with superior service and amenities.

I didn't think the food for happy hour was really discounted. It was more like smaller portions at the same price as the normal dish would be. Drink prices were kind of the same..smaller portions.

El personal del restaurante que había no era muy agradable Ofrecen bicicletas para arrendar pero solo tenían 2 y obviamente nunca estaba disponible Ofrecen Toallas para la piscina pero al parecer no hay suficientes porque en una ocasión me dijeron que no les quedaban Hice consulta previas vía booking y se demoraron demasiado en contestar Y el personal de recepción daba pocas respuestas y la verdad poco amigables excepto una de las chicas Un día el ascensor lo dejaron en mantencion y tuvimos que subir y bajar 6 pisos, además no tenían una buena planificación de asistencia a los huéspedes y tuvimos que bajar las maletas eso fue muy desagradable Una de las habitaciones tenía el lavamanos tapado, lo arreglaron después Tampoco existí la posibilidad de calentar algo … microondas, ni termo para tomarse un té o algo así

El personal es muy calido, la ubicación excelente y en relación al precio calidad probablemente lo mejor que se puede conseguir. Es la segunda vez que voy y volveria

La habitación estaba muy bien pero todo el espacio habia sido acaparado por los otros huespedes por lo cual me quede sin espacio para mis cosas. Una estanteria o algo por el estilo, con espacios reservados seria util, sobe todo para las cosas sueltas del dia a dia. La limpieza ni estuvo mal pero pudo ser mejor. Para una habitación compartida el baño particularmente deberia lavarse todos los días.

Amazing option in Miami Beach, would come back.

The hostel is well located, with easy access to various parts of Miami Beach, close to the beach, easy to arrive to/from the airport. The pool is a highlight and the amount of gathering spaces. Bed was super comfortable and lockers were big.

The only thing I could suggest is the ambience music on the lobby, which is too loud, disturbing and/or preventing conversations. And the music in the swimming pool (the same) is also loud in the rooms in the external area. But the disturbance of those items are minimal. Just a tip for improving in the future.

Muy contento con mi estancia en Generator Miami. Me gusto mucho el Hostel, decoración, amabilidad empleados, y todo muy limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendable. Si vuelvo a Miami alguna otra vez, volveré a Generator Miami sin duda alguna.

Der Parkplatz kann nur für drei h max bezahlt werden, Online, bedeutet, nicht vor 24 Uhr schlafen, da die letzten drei h bezahlt werden müssen. Von 3Uhr bis 9Uhr ist frei. Die "Schlafbuchten" eine Zumutung. Auf engsten Raum, vier offene Betten, dafür habe ich 200$ bezahlt, Plus 108 $ Parkgebühr. Bei vier Betten, 400 $ pro Nacht, denkt selber. Ich habe mit zwei anderen gesprochen, sie haben c.45 $ áNacht bezahlt, vier Nächte und im voraus gebucht und ohne Auto. Der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu garnichts, ich habe gelernt ...

Un hostal con un gran ambiente, con servicio muy amable y muy bien ubicado.

La ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de supermercados de un starbucks y sobre la calle en que está ubicado se puede tomar el tranvia que es gratiis y transporte al dowton Miami y tambien el bus para el aeropuerto.

Podrían mejorar la frecuencia con que hacen limpieza en las habitaciones.
