Estancia nefasta - la peor experiencia que he tenido.

Absolutamente nada.

No me gusto que el apartamento no cumpliera con las expectativas como las que mostraba en Booking.com, estaba sucio, la limpieza era muy mala especialmente en la cocina y la lavadora. El apartamento contaba con mal olor en todas sus instalaciones, ademas que contaba con muchos daños en el cuarto secundario, no servían ciertos instrumentos, habían charcos de agua que cada vez se hacían mas grandes, en varias ocasiones informamos, sin embargo nos dejaron en visto. El apartamento contaba con desperfectos y hacían falta ciertas piezas del establecimiento, como adornos. El edificio olía mal y las instalaciones daban una mala impresión, nos sentíamos inseguros. Tuvimos problema con el agua caliente. La iluminación del apartamento era muy mala, especialmente la de la sala. No me gusto que no resolvieran nada, no es posible que en Booking.com coloquen algo que no es, ademas que soliciten un fondo de 250 euros por si existe algún desperfecto, cuando la casa esta en serios desperfectos.

einmal Lissabon reicht uns völlig!

wir hatten trotz November wunderbares Wetter und haben sehr nette und hilfsbereite Portugiesen kennengelernt! Auch das Essen war überall sehr gut und hatte ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz ungünstig, da sie hoch auf einem Hügel (sehr nah an einem Aussichtspunkt) liegt. Wir haben ständig den Bolt-/Uber-Service genutzt um von dort weg- bzw. zurückzukommen. Obwohl wir die sehr nette Reinigungskraft persönlich angetroffen haben, ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung reichlich Spielraum nach oben.

What was not bad about the apartment: 1. It has all needed amenities, such as a dishwasher, a washing machine. However, the apartment is not maintained so well. 2. Location: a walking distance to the metro (15 min). However, quite steep.

What was quite bad about the apartment: 1. Check-in: terrible. We could not check in at 16pm. We were waiting 40 min for cleaning team to come and another 1,5h to clean up the apartment. Besides that, yes property manager did not provide us with the code to the key box, so I had to call/text again and again to get that info (received it when we were in front of the building), even taking into account I paid for rent and deposit in advance. 2. Issues with water heater: it was working occasionally (despite the fact that I checked with the property manager whether that issue was resolved and received a “yes” as a reply ) 3. Wi-fi: a poor connection as the apartment does not have its own router and connecting through the neighbors (apt. 6 or 10)

Nice place with a lack of attention to the people renting it

Passable

The bed was comfortable. And clean too.

No one was available on the phone.After handing over the keys of the Apartment. One lady was assigned to us for check-in So we called her and the staff as well at night for an emergency so many times but no one picked up. A thanks to an old lady who is staying in the same apartment she helped us in the night. 2 - The Washroom is also very small.

Dirty apartment but a nice view

The guy who gave us the keys was very friendly. The bugs in the apartment were obviously not blood-sucking type. The view was good.

The place is dirty. For example, the bathtub is covered with permanent grey dirt that someone has tried to scratch off since there are white scratches in the dirt. There were bugs (and bug feces) but the bugs were obviously not blood-sucking type. There were also mold and moisture damages especially under the windows. Moreover, 2/3 of the air conditioners were out of order. The light under the ventilation hood in the kitchen starts blinking if you turn the tap water on - the water and electricity should not be connected, and it seemed hazardous. We complained via WhatsApp about the deficiencies but we did not get a reply. Moreover, we needed to contact Whome again after 2 weeks to get the deposit of 250 eur back (you need to pay this sum at the beginning of the stay and it should have been returned after the stay).

Great apartment in quiet part of the city

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Aircon in all rooms. Location was great for us - quiet but still close enough to town center. Great views over the city from the apartment (8th floor and on a hill)! Check-in process was smooth.

The apartment is in some need of repainting and DIY. Beds were a little too hard for our liking.

On our last night, a huge sight of relief at not having to carry loads up that hill ever again!

Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen (appliance-wise) and plenty of storage in the bedrooms for 2 people. Location is walking-distance from 2 metro stations and other transport; 20 minutes to waterfront. Plenty of shopping around for groceries and household items (napkins, paper towel, soap, toilet paper, etc.). Lovely view from windows Quiet most nights until 3am -- refer to dislike. Free entertainment by locals hanging around the convenience store and plaza, as seen from the living room window (way more interesting than TV). AC in bedrooms and living room.

This apartment is located at the stop of a very steep hill that may not be manageable if you have mobility/respiratory issues. We are 2 ladies used to hiking.....this truly was a daily workout for 9 days. Small bathroom with slippery old bathtub, toilet position vs sink is hazardous, shower equipment wobbly, need to let shower run for a while before getting hot water and then caution as it is scalding; protruding electrical wires!! Shutters in queen bed bedroom, not fully closing; neurotic rooster going at it all day, EVERY DAY from 3am; and dog barking all night -- luckily only for the last 2 nights of our stay. Without a car, not much to do in the evening but watch reruns; we did not feel too safe walking in the neighbourhood after dark. Only boiled eggs on stove top; pan was gross. Lacked rags, dish towel, utensils, scissors not cutting Broom should be trashed; black socks were white after sweeping floors....... Photos on web site are of a time when the apartment most likely was new; now shows age/use.

I wish there had been laundry soap for us to use. Milk in the fridge would have made breakfast and coffee much easier.

Lovely apartment in a great location between anjos and alameda metro, 10 minutes to centre

Amazing views out bedroom and sitting room, cosy little apartment with heating and A/C

Could do with a lick of paint to touch up the place but everything else was perfect

Very good

Location is ok and easy to take the public transport. The view of the city is magnificent. Equipments in the appartment are very useful, even laundry balls and dishwashing blocks are ready to use.

The location can not be accurately localized on Google map, the customer needs to mark it manually in the zoomed in map, otherwise it would be difficult to find the apartment. Some housing facilities need to be repaired or replaced.

Spacious apartment with amazing view

Amazing view from all rooms to Lisbon. Great and spacious apartment, modern equipments, clean rooms, comfortable beds easy check-in and check-out, free coffee and tea

few things (minor issues like shower-holder, leg of the chair, nothing crucial) were broken but after notifying them, they promised to change it

Good memories of Lisbon.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment with a great view of the city. Really good value. Everything necessary within a walking distance.

In big city one would not expect to wake up in the morning to the sound of neighbourhood's crowing rooster :)

Pretty good apartment but way up high on the hill. Thank goodness for Uber !

The appliances worked good.

The hot water didn’t always come out until I ran the water for about 10 minutes and then it went back to cold. More dish cloths would be better.
