Beautiful time on Beaver Lake. Grandparents, parents, kids (from California, Colorado and Arkansas)-we all loved it. Plenty of space, indoors and out. Great swimming off the boat dock. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. We liked ping pong and fire pit and sitting on the beautiful decks. Definitely a place we would all love to revisit!

Spent the week with our children and grandchildren. House provided lots of room and a well equipped kitchen. Kids ages 3-7 enjoyed fishing off the dock, water was so clear they could see the fish nibbling at their bait! They also loved swimming and playing on the Lilypad. Boys also loved playing ping pong on the covered deck. Highly recommend this house!

Had an awesome family reunion at this property. Owners were very attentive and helpful. The large kitchen with all the pots/pans/utensils and double fridges made a huge difference. Loved the dock and beautiful lake. Was just perfect for our needs.

This property was perfect for our family. It was at the end of the road so we didn't have to worry about traffic speeding by with the young toddlers, and it was a gradual slope to the water so we didn't have to climb 100 stairs. All five rooms were furnished for adults to sleep comfortably, so I didn't have to stuff my 6'6" son into a twin bunkbed. There were also daybeds in some of the rooms which allowed my grandchildren to stay comfortably in the same room as their parents. The spacious decks allowed plenty of room for our large family to gather comfortably. To top things off Lisa goes above and beyond to insure a pleasant stay for her guest. My granddaughter left her beloved Bunny behind and Lisa mailed it to her understanding how important stuffed animals can be to a 3 year old. An absolutely outstanding place to stay with family. We are scheduling a return trip.

House was big and for our group of 10 ideal. Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Great outdoor decks, fire pit, dock etc. host was very responsive and fresh chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. Close to marina to rent a boat or just go there, watch and eat pizza. Close to Eureka Springs with shopping, restaurants etc. will definitely be back!

We have been staying at this place since 2013. Our first visit was very impressive and the property was clean and maintained. After a new owner we noticed the maintenance and cleaning were going downhill. We love the location so continued our vacation at the house. We were so pleased the last 2 years with what the newest owners are doing. It is getting back to where it was when we first starting going. This year there was new living furniture new furniture at the dock and a basement bathroom remodel. If you want a relaxing vacation a quiet cove with an awesome dock this is the place to be. We have already booked for next year.

Great location in a quiet cove
We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect location in a quiet cove for swimming. We loved the fire pit table and outdoor living spaces. The dining room worked great for game nights. Eureka Springs was a quick drive away. The house was a great size for our group of four families with small children.

Family Vacation
Our family stayed here for 4 days in July (2021) and had a wonderful time. The dock and quiet cove with clear water was just what we needed! Perfect spot for adults and children with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor games. The host was responsive and answered all of our questions before and during our visit. The covered dock has two slips so we brought our own boat rather than renting one which was very convenient. The kitchen with 6 burner stove, 2 ovens and double fridge/freezer provided all we needed to bring everything and cook all our meals at the house. Tons of outdoor space for washers and tailgate games plus lounging in the covered decks. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful
House was older, and a few things didn’t work ( burners on the stove & front door lock). It was waterfront with lots of room to spread out and stocked well with blankets, towels, and kitchen supplies. We had a group of 10 and it was a good size for that. Would stay again! Thanks!

Could be such a great house but...
By the description this was the perfect house for our family to gather at but from the treacherous road leading down to the property to the natural gas smell that greeted us things continued to go downhill. The playground which was a big draw for us was in total disrepair. The ladder that would lead up to the platform was laying on the ground broken and the one swing was unusable because it only had one chain attached and the other connection was missing. There was a 2x4 board with 4 screws sticking out of it just waiting for a little one to stumble on it. We were informed a week before our arrival that one of the showers was out of order but quickly found that we also had an unusable leaky sink and a toilet that would not flush properly so on the floor with 4 bedrooms we had one working sink, one working shower and one working toilet for 8 adults and 4 children to use. To add to the convenience the toilet was through a bedroom so could not be accessed during the night or naptime. In fairness repairs were made to the sink and toilet on the Monday before we left on Wed. And we were down 3 adults by then. The hood vent and light over the stove did not work. The main oven would not hold a constant temp so we used the small warming oven to bake in. We had a constant gas smell the entire time. We made the large covered deck our dining area because of the size of our group. There are 3 nice ceiling fans but only 2 worked and one of those was missing its light cover. The deck needed a good power washing but the furniture was comfy.
Overall, this could be a great place for a large group to vacation in but the owners need to give it some serious TLC. We were offered a credit of 2 nights free on a future rental for our inconvenience through the local Callisto’s Properties but we declined.
I will not recommend this property to any of my family or friends and can not recommend it to anyone in its current state.

Before arrival we were notified that the downstairs shower in the master bedroom was broken and could not be used.Upon arrival, we found that the upstairs Master bedroom shower ONLY produced COLD water. The bathtub was OK and had hot water. As a family group we were able to use the other downstairs shower BUT if there were individual couples staying, it might cause an issue. The kitchen had a few flaws where the stove hood lights and exhaust fan did not work.Other than these flaws, we had a great time and the views were fantastic. We had plenty of room and the boat dock was excellent.A bit of a hike up the hill from the dock to the house which was difficult for older folks.

The house needs a lot of maintenance attention.
The lake and town are wonderful. The house could be; however, it is in need of several fixes and overall maintenance. We were frustrated with the numerous problems the house presented including plumbing and electrical. Two issues are even potentially dangerous. I would recommend calling the management service before booking and ask specifically if the downstairs shower and stove vents have been corrected. Overall I don’t think anyone has checked to see how things work in this house for over a decade. All the light bulbs are the old incandescent ones including all the burned out ones. I can’t recommend this property at this time. If things are corrected, then this could be a good vacation location.

Enjoyable
We had a lovely stay. However, only 1/2 of the refrigerator worked (!!) and we had been given the incorrect WIFI code. I did call one of the contacts the next morning and the WIFI code was figured out but the refrigerator was on the blink our entire stay which was difficult with the number of family members celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary together. I was told it was "fixed" the day before we came but it was not. No reimbursement was offered to us.

Perfect for mulitple family of all ages reuinion !
Do not hesitate to book this VRBO. It is even more beautiful and spacious then the pictures show. We had an amazing time. The playground and safety gates and balcony were perfect for the little kids. Very comfy beds for everyone in our family. It is right on the lake with a beautiful view ,especially from the top balcony. We spent hours swimming and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed steaks on the grill and smores by the fire pit. The VRBO is vey easy to get to and is close to all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions in Eureka Springs and the Beaver lake area. We also enjoyed being welcomed by freshly baked chocolate chip cookies from the owner when we arrived. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO ,but this one ranks at the top !

Annual Family Lake Trip
This was our family's first trip to Beaver Lake and it was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group of 16 - large rooms and great outdoor spaces. The walk to the lake was easy even for our little ones. We had our own boat but loved spending the evening watching the sunset from the dock. We will be back!

Hope to go back!
We truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for the ten of us and very comfortable. Access to the lake is easy (of course that means the drive to the house is steep). We spent much time on the dock - beautiful sunsets! Our other favorite spot was the front porch, even in the pouring rain!! Read all the owners suggestions and bring your own foil, plastic wrap etc. The dishwasher is on it's last leg, you'll want paper plates.
When you have a problem, that's when you find out how good the home owner's really are. The water heater failed while we were there. The owner's did everything in their power to get it up and running. Things like this happen and it was so nice to have someone responsive and concerned to contact. Thank you!
We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for big family Thanksgiving!
Very comfortable for our party of 10, and we could easily have fit in several more. Beautiful view of lake and surrounding scenery from house and deck. Lots of things to visit in area, including wonderful Crystal Bridges museum and fun shopping in Eureka Springs.

Great place to stay right on the lake!
Our extended family met there for a 4 day/3 night stay and we had a great time! The house was beautiful
and spacious. We relaxed at the house most of the weekend and only went into Eureka Springs once. We spent
a lot of time at the dock on the lake swimming, kayaking (we brought our own kayaks), and fishing. We enjoyed
it so much that we plan to reserve the house again around the same time next year.

Really lovely place
Just a lovely house, great location (very close to Starkeys marina, in case you are boat inclined), and the owner is very nice and was helpful with questions. I would happily go back.

Fabulous!
We really enjoy this home & property. The home is welcoming and comfortably furnished. There are great outdoor spaces for gathering, a large lawn for playing on, and of course the private swimming dock. We love it here!

Beautiful, interesting and comfortable lakeside hideaway
As you're driving down the rugged, winding and narrow road to the property, you can't believe you're on the right road. But when you find it, it's pretty amazing. Huge master bedroom and lots of other bedrooms, all well-appointed, perfect for a large group. And yet the Paradise Road house has a cozy feel, with a large family room, open kitchen with every appliance needed for a commercial kitchen, or a simple breakfast. Also, huge decks facing the lake, plenty of wildlife on the wing and a swim dock to pull your boat up to. If that's not enough, owners are laid back and helpful. What's not to like?

beautiful home, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen
This home was perfect for our family for our Christmas holiday. We had 9 adults and 8 children, and there was room for everyone to be together or to find a quiet spot when things got a bit hectic! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our Christmas dinner. My son-in-law done most of the cooking and he really liked the 6 burner 2 oven stove. The kids loved being outside and being right on the lake is an added plus. Everyone thinks we should have Christmas in July next year so they can really enjoy the lake! Everyone definitely wants to come back and I am sure we will. Thanks so much for putting up a Christmas tree and other decorations. Also thanks for the plate of cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This home was perfect for my 4 grandchildren--ages 1,2,3,& 4 plus my two grown children and their spouses. We watched deer from the huge patios plus the gazebo! We cooked out every evening and roasted marshmallows. This house was perfect for us!

Hogue family vacation
There were 9 in our family and 2 friends that spent a week at this beautiful lake house. The kitchen is wonderful, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The best part of our stay was spending time on the lake; hanging out at the dock, kayaking, floating, fishing and swimming. There is lots to do in the surrounding area also. We zip lined, went on a haunted hotel tour, rented scooters, golfed, rode horses, and took hikes. This was one of our best vacations ever!

A Perfect Family Getaway
I house was as great as I hope it would be. The was a personalize message and plate of warm cookies waiting on the counter for us on our arrival. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were also good spots to take family photos. The kitchen was amazing! It had all the pots and pan that might be needed. I would definitely book this again, without any hesitation.
