Please start to train your service and kitchen people!

The Front Desk Lady was very competent and helpful and friendly! Kudos to her. But a hotel failing 2 of 4 times to prepare the breakfast, and a waiter who doesn’t serve the guest at all - is really disappointing!

Professional staff and clean room. It seems like the best value for money hotel in the city - the free breakfast is really good. They were able to storage our luggage whist we explored the island so we ended up staying three times!

The staff were all very friendly! There was a cafe downstairs and the food is good, I like their drinks a lot. The room is very spacious

The place is kinda old. They didn't provide for the dental kit and I had to request for it still despite of staying for more than a week. This place is good for an overnight stay only not for a long term stay since the amenities are not complete.

all god except from that IT PERSONEL

staffs are pleasant and great except for 1 ( the IT was rude he emposed that i am ignorant which i am knowlegable about the technology and I even practiced my skills in this line of business - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. he wants to get into my laptop knowing that i am a customer and i have my rights to keep my privacy spacially financial information in my laptop he even touched my keyboard to see if theres a lock on my laptop. He cuts me when I talk during the conversation and he even admit that the issue is compatibility because the technology he used for the wifi or internet system is old so why he needs to get into my personal stuff. His gestures are arrigant smilling when i am pissed off. the management needs to do a sunction to this rude IT personel feels his previledge because of his position.

the internet connection is not stable but they gave an interim. IT PERSONEL IS RUDE AND ARROGANT

A hassle free, safe, and enjoyable stay at Harbor Town Hotel

Front desk officers are very accomodating, polite, and considerate. The same qualities are true to all other hotel staff and security guards. Its restaurant is cozy and the staff are also very nice. Location is also good especially if one is traveling between Iloilo and Bacolod because the hotel is just about less than 5min to the port. I can say that I will definitely recommend in full confidence the Harbor Town Hotel to any traveller wishing a hassle free , safe, and enjoyable hotel stay.

Excellent Friendly staff the only thing it has going for it.

Very over priced could have a much better hotel Nothing worked in the rooms Air conditioning Hot water Sink blocked Only stayed one night there. Check into 4 star nearly same price.
