This home has a private, zero-entry heated pool and dock (tie up your own boat or daily/weekly rental). 6-seat golf cart, 2-paddle boards, 2-sea kayaks, 6-bicycles and more are included. Two master bedroom suites with water views and soaking tubs plus a third bedroom with custom King Bed and Twin bunk beds. Our family had a great stay at the Ocean Dreaming home. The communication from the homeowner was excellent before and throughout our stay. The kids had a great time fishing from the dock and enjoyed the pool. If you’re a boater, this is a great location as the dock is really nice and the docking area is out of any wake zones and the home is very close to a public boat ramp. Also the bikes and golf cart are very nice touches for getting from the house to the beach. Overall was a great experience and hope to return soon.

We absolutely love this place. It is our home away from home and we had a perfect week. This was our third visit and it was the best one yet. The house is very clean and it has everything you need for a great experience. Wonderful pool area and the new dock looks great. We once again enjoyed kayaking the intercoastal waters and taking the golf cart to local restaurants and to the beach. Paul is great and he has a great property manager in Cheryl who is so friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough to express our true review of this place.

From the moment we arrived at Paul's beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach, we knew we were in for a treat.
The house itself is a marvel, combining elegance with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.
Every room was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere.
The standout feature for us was definitely the pool. It was pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect oasis to relax and cool off after a day at the nearby beach.
The pool area was equipped with comfortable loungers and shaded areas, ideal for enjoying a good book or sipping a cocktail in the afternoon sun.
Paul was an exceptional host, attentive and responsive as was Cheryl the wonderful property manager.
The golf cart that was provided was awesome for getting around the neighborhood.
The location of the home couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the serene beaches of Indian Rocks and minutes from great restaurants and shops.
The house had all the amenities we could ask for and more, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It was evident that Paul takes great pride in his home and strives to provide an exceptional experience for his guests.
We left with many wonderful memories and look forward to returning to this beautiful property soon.

Property was in a great location for going to Indian Rocks beach. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach and they provided everything you need for the beach: chairs, small cooler, umbrellas, beach toys if you have children. Property is in a great spot to paddle board and kayak. We saw dolphins several times from the dock and while paddle boarding. Really a lovely spot and vacation home. The house's layout was perfect for our group of 6 friends.

The home is everything as advertised and then some. The house is in a perfect setting with all of the amenities anyone could ask for in a beach location. The property was spotless. Communications leading up to and during the stay were regular and very genuine in doing everything possible to make it a great experience. Can't say enough great things about this home!

We rang in the New Year at Ocean Dreaming. The home was perfect for our family of 12 to share the time together. So many lovely amenities available for use on site, from kitchen and home items, to beach and transportation with the golf cart and bicycles. The outdoor space was perfect too even though it was not warm enough to use the pool, our crew had a great time fishing off the dock with lots of success. Even getting to see a dolphin. Close enough for nice walks to cafés, lovely restaurants, and many beautiful beach spots. Only a short drive to many other locations gives you options to be a tourist or just relax and try to sneak in with locals. During our stay we contacted Simply Hooked Sport Charter Fishing to arrange a fishing charter where our crew enjoyed a half day of fishing. Their massive catch was cleaned and then taken up to Jimmy Guana's where they prepared the fish grilled, blackened and fried, cannot get any fresher than this, so good! Communication with the owner prior and during our stay was perfect and easy. The only recommendation we would make is that if you will need the pull-out sofa as a bed for guests that you try to arrange for an air mattress instead.The mattress on that bed is extremely thin and the metal frame was felt through the mattress.The bed also made a popping sound when guests moved which can be heard upstairs. Luckily we had an air-mattress so we did not need to bring this up during our stay. Such a beautiful property and location.

I grew up in the area and love to bring my family down to see the grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it has always been a wonderful visit. The pool heater kept the pool warm and the kids got to enjoy it even on some chilly days. We also got a few visits from dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! I also love the local restaurants and had great meals at Guppys, PJs, and Chicago Jaqx.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Dreaming. The house has a great floor plan and an even better outdoor space. The pool is heated and has great views - we frequently spotted dolphins and manatees off the dock.
Check in was quick and easy. Both the host and the property manager were accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It’s clear that the owner wants guests to have an enjoyable stay and takes pride in his property.
We will absolutely consider returning!

I cannot say enough great things about this home! I hosted a girls' weekend here and this property went beyond our expectations. The location is perfect - just a short golfcart ride from the beach and IRB restaurants, as well as ~15 minute Uber ride from downtown Clearwater. We found that we spent the majority of our time enjoying the beautiful pool and fun outdoor activities (kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.). The home itself is beautiful - very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The host, Paul, and the property manager, Cheryl, were both so helpful and responsive. We had such a wonderful weekend - thank you!

This property is absolutely amazing and the owner and manager are fantastic as well. We’ve stayed twice now and plan on booking at least every other year. The house is very clean and in great condition and has everything you need. The golf cart is great for getting around. The kayaks are great for visiting the bird sanctuary and dolphin sightings on the inner coastal waters. The pool is perfect. Basically, we just love this place!

What else can I say about this house but none other than truly amazing. Check in was so easy and the property manager is the best. She helped me get acquainted with the property and is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The views of the water from the pool are fantastic. We lived in the pool all weekend. If you’re looking for a great vacation rental this definitely should be your #1 pick.

My parents and I enjoyed a week at this property. It is in a great location nearby everything. We really enjoyed the pool, the golf cart, and kayaks. The home owner & property manager were wonderful to work with. They were both very communicative when we inquired about anything. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (quiet except for the house next door- they like to use their outside radio quite often but only during the day)
The only issue we ran into was the upstairs shower did not heat up. Management immediately tried to remedy the situation but unfortunately it was not a quick fix so unable to get it fixed during our stay.
We would recommend this home to those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe home. All of the added amenities (at no extra cost) were a huge plus!!!

The property is very clean and located in a extremely quiet Intercoastal culdesac neighborhood. Owner Dena is very personable and works very diligently to ensure you have a wonderful stay! The golf cart is a great bonus for quick sunset and beach trips……and late night runs to the IRB Creamery on Gulf Blvd (take side streets to get there) - it’s open most nights until 11 pm! We hope to return to Dena’s house if we don’t purchase a house in IRB! Thank you Dena!

We came together here from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Arizona and Florida and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was wonderful even when the temperature dropped a bit and the golf cart was great to get down to the beach. We also took advantage of the kyakas and paddle board. There is so much to do and also it is comfortable if you just want to do nothing. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and we didn't need anything other than what we were cooking/eating. Was wishing we had more time to stay longer.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. No need to venture far, all we needed was right at the house - golf cart, pool, fire pit, kayaks and paddle board. We saw dolphins everyday, fished and just relaxed. Dena was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

This house is big and beautiful! Plenty of room for a family. I liked that it had 2 master bedrooms and baths. Jacuzzi tub and comfortable beds. Right on the water, used the kayaks everyday. 4-5 bikes to ride and golf cart was super handy. Pool was warm. Dena was always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place! Nice neighborhood, fish market, shopping, and good restaurants within 10 minutes. Beech just a few blocks away. Thank you Dena, your were a pleasure!

Beach Oasis
Myself and a few of my girlfriends stayed at this beautiful home. Decor was adorable and even cuter in person. Comfortably slept 10 adults. Awesome location close to the beach- the golf cart came in handy for quick beach trips to allow us better chances of securing parking and keeping sand out of our car.
Pool was amazing. The dock even has a paddle board and kayaks to use. Owner communicated with me regularly. Beds were comfortable and spacious.
Recommendations: bring extra paper towel and toilet paper- owner mentioned cleaning lady would leave extra but not sure if she did/ or just still wasn’t enough for the weekend. Kitchen had all the pots and pans but we weren’t able to locate any foil so I’d recommend bringing your own if you intend on needing.
Lastly-one of the next door neighbors we encountered was not very friendly and demanded we turned down our music outside (which was not loud- you couldn’t even hear from inside the house) at 3pm during the day on a weekend. So be mindful if you have a loud group this may not be the place for you. Other set of neighbors were awesome and very friendly and we even stopped over for a visit with their pup.
Overall I’d highly recommend- we had a wonderful time. 😊

Perfect Summer Vacation
The property was just as advertised. Pool was a perfect hangout spot and had plenty of seating. Dock was a great feature and felt very secure with the little ones. Water toys were used a bunch. A small island is within distance to observe wildlife. House was very clean on arrival. Golf cart was a must and just a short drive to the beach. Everyone had a blast and wished we stayed longer.

Beautiful bay views close to the beach
Our family had a great vacation in IRB! The house fit us well and was well appointed with all we needed. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock each day. We got a ton of use out of the golf cart, super helpful. Only downside was not being beachfront, but the beautiful bay views and the occasional dolphin that swam by made up for that!! Favorite part of our trip was a day on the yacht that we rented through the owners - highly recommend!! The owners were responsive and super helpful!

First time vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach
We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this beautiful home. The location is perfect and we truly enjoyed relaxing pool side, fires in the fire pit each night, fishing off the dock and plenty of kayak rides around the bird sanctuary and beyond. The golf cart added so much fun and made it very easy to go to the beach and explore the area. It was our first time vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach and we will definitely return. Perfect Getaway
We spent 4 amazing days at Ocean Dreaming and can’t say enough good things. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved the pool and lounge chairs, and the fire pit was perfect for relaxing at night. All the amenities made our stay seamless. We were easily able to get anywhere we needed - dining, beach, exploring with the golf cart. Plenty of bikes for a nice morning ride. The owners were more than accommodating and so helpful if we needed anything. And when our flight home was cancelled, they immediately jumped in to help arrange an additional nights stay. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Great low-key getaway spot
Booked Ocean Dreaming for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was just the right size for 6 ladies to fit comfortably. The location is at the end of a quiet street in IRB and the golf cart was a really nice amenity for getting to the beach or the mini mart (otherwise you definitely need a car). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics and the grill is nice. House is very clean! Dena is among the best hosts and is super accessible if you need anything. The pre-stay communication is terrific. Would stay again!

Perfect vacation getaway!
We had an amazing stay at Ocean Dreaming! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures – the décor is lovely and the house is clean, comfortable and well appointed! Open kitchen, spacious family room, wonderful spa-like bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. The pool was amazing – we had lots of fun lounging, playing, and enjoying the beautiful waterfront views. The golf cart was a huge hit and made trips to the beach so easy. Our teenage kids loved cruising around, and Dena had plenty of towels, toys and beach gear for our use. Kayaking around the cove was also an enjoyable daily event. One of our highlights was a half-day boat trip with Captain Tom, so definitely ask for him when booking Ocean Dreaming. We hope to be back soon. Thanks, Dena, for being such a wonderful host!

Lovely Property!
We enjoyed our stay. The homeowner has all kinds of things for the tenets to use. The golf cart was very handy for those runs to the beach and nighttime ice cream. There were bikes and many pool and beach items. We would recommend this home for a nice vacation. The beds were very comfortable.

Excellent week in Indian Rocks!
My family loved our time in Indian Rocks at Dena’s property! The house was just as pictured. We loved all the space, and of course, the beautiful, spacious kitchen. The outside area was amazing! Sitting in the beautiful pool made for a great afternoon after the beach!The golf cart made things both easy and fun! It truly was just a quick ride down the street to the beach. The was always golf cart parking available. We also found a yummy place for our morning coffee at the Indian Rocks Cafe! (By golf cart, of course!) We will definitely keep this property in mind in the future!!
