About this chalet rental
Authentic Savoyard chalet very warm and comfortable will leave you speechless! Dating back to the 18th century, it has been completely renovated.
At 1,100 meters above sea level, its large 50 m² terrace facing south will offer you a panoramic and unforgettable view of the Tournette massif. Our chalet is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people to spend a relaxing holiday in peace.
Our chalet has an exposed stone facade on its lower part and is decorated with wood on its upper part. When you open the door, you will immediately be seduced by its warm interior with careful decoration. You will enjoy a large living room with a very functional American kitchen. You can eat on the terrace equipped with a picnic table and deckchairs.
We provide free Wi-Fi to keep you in touch with your loved ones and cable TV with DVD player, among others.
You can rent linen on site. We will organize a cleaning service on request.

Le chalet est adorable et décoré avec goût. Rien ne manque, on se croit à la maison. La vue est dégagée et magnifique, et à cette période, les monts sont enneigés. Les propriétaires sont très avenants, à l'écoute, et prêts à nous rendre service ou à répondre à nos questions sur la région.

Schönes Chalet mit moderner Küche und modernem Bad und sehr guter Ausstattung. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In 5 Minuten erreicht man eine skibus-Haltestelle oder in 20 Minuten die Passhöhe mit Einstieg ins Skigebiet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, abends und morgens das Panorama genossen. Kommen gerne wieder

le chalet est un véritable nid douillet ! Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme chez nous. il est vraiment tout confort. idéalement situé, dans un cadre magnifique, du matin au soir, le chalet est inondé de soleil. prendre son café avec les premiers rayons de soleil ou boire un apéritif le soir avec les derniers rayons du soleil est juste incroyable. on ne se lasse pas de regarder les montagnes !

Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour : calme, équipement, proximité (bien qu’il faut une voiture), panorama et disponibilité des propriétaires.
La connexion wifi un peu faible mais on l’utilise peu finalement. Chauffage au sol agréable et literie confortable.

De notre arrivée le samedi, accueillis très chaleureusement par Mr et Mme De Oliveira à notre départ le samedi d'après, tout était au top.
Accueil, chalet, aménagement, propreté, équipement :EXCELLENT !
Bref... un séjour qui ne donnait vraiment pas l'envie de repartir chez soi !

Un vrai bol d’air
Magnifique petit chalet avec une vue splendide et au calme. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et tout pour nous sentir comme chez nous. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Nos jeunes filles ont adoré leur chambre et les jeux mis à disposition. Merci Maryse et Sébastien.

le meilleur gîte que nous ayaons loué
Une vue magnifique dans un gîte parfaitement équipé. Beaucoup de documentation très utile sur les activités à faire dans la région. Propriétaire accueillant et très souriant, très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Franchement il n'y a que du positif à dire concernant ce séjour.

Chalet au calme, parfait, avec superbe vue.
Joli chalet ni loin d Annecy, ni loin des premiers beaux spot de rando à pied ou pour notre part de VTT.
La vue est superbe et les propriétaires sont toujours présents si vous avez besoin de qq chose ou renseignement, tout en étant très discret.. Bref nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons très certainement.

Séjour au calme en pleine nature
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans un endroit vraiment parfait pour se reposer et se ressourcer. La maison est très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il y a de la place et les équipements sont très bien. A cela s'ajoute une terrasse extérieure avec une vue magnifique. Sébastien est sa famille sont très agréables et de bons conseils.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet à la vue de rêve ! Aucun vis à vis si ce n'est des paysages somptueux qu'on ne s'est pas lassé d'admirer. Le chalet est très confortable, hyper bien équipé (il ne manque rien) et les propriétaires chaleureux et sincèrement dans l'accueil (pas le business !). Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse !

Location parfaite
De notre arrivée, émerveillés par le calme de l'endroit et la beauté du chalet, nous avons été conquis et sûrs de passer une semaine géniale à Chalmont.
La suite nous a donné raison. Lectures au soleil sur la terrasse bien exposée, pistes de ski à dix minutes, boulangerie à tomber par terre au village, propriétaires extrêmement sympathique qui nous renseignent dès qu'on en a besoin. On se sent privilégié d'avoir pu passer cette semaine à la montagne dans ce sublime endroit.
Bref, ne pas hésiter une minute à louer ce chalet!

Fantastique house in the mountains, very clean, outstanding views. Lots of great activities in the surroundings. Close to the lake of Annecy and the ski stations. Nice hosts and lots of information is provided in the house. We recommend this holiday accommodation to everyone.

The chalet is approached up a single track road about 2km from the village of Manigod. The views from the property are truly amazing and it is very peacefully situated. Inside the property is small but well fitted out though some wardrobe space would have been useful in the main bedroom. But as we were there as a couple it wasn't a major issue as we could use the bunk bedroom. Access on either side of the double bed however is extremely limited. The main living/kitchen area is very comfortable and the big windows give plenty of light and make the most of the views. The large terrace is a lovely place to sit and relax as well as being able to dine outside looking at the mountains. Our main dislike was having the bathroom downstairs opening directly into the living room which was not ideal. There was some noise disturbance while we were there as the owners plan to build a large cabin next to the current one and drilling work had started for the initial groundwork. It is unclear when the work is due to start fully. The village is very quiet and everywhere was closed when we stayed there apart from the bakery. The nearest shops etc are about 6 km away and easily reached by car which is essential in this area. We really enjoyed our stay and the highlight of the property has to be the view.

Great place to stay over
It was a lovely small chalet for a family. Our kids enjoyed spending time in manigod. The view was amazing. Easy to drive to ski resorts and annecy. Owner was veri helpful and they were a lovely family..

"A beautiful little chale...
"A beautiful little chalet in a very quiet tranquil location. All we could hear was the sound of cowbells! The view from the terrace was amazing across the mountains. The chalet itself was spotless with everything you could ask for - a real home from home. Lots of wildlife too. Wild boar at night, lizards darting about during the day and eagles flying about. Despite it''s relatively remote location, it was only a short drive to the bakery in Manigod for breakfast pastries and there was also a small supermarket and a bar. Even better, it was only about 25 minutes to La Clusaz and Annecy. We had a wonderful holiday - the owners were very welcoming. They do not speak English so you need to know enough French to get by!"
