Hotel nur für kurzaufenthalt / 4**** Hotel muss überdenkt werden / Umgebung passabel / Nein danke!

Man kann vom hotel direkt zum unten gelegen Eikaufzentrum einkaufen / Nahe zufahrt zur hauptstrasse die zum verschiedenen orten führt.

Das Hotel hat keine schöne lage..liegt oben einen Einkaufladen. Das frühstück war für einen 4 Sterne Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend, das Brot fehlte in den ersten Tage und danach kam es immer zu spät wenn wir mit dem frühstück fertig waren. Verschiedenen Wurstwaren, Käse und Croissant ware zum teil nicht vorhanden.. Das Pool haben wir nicht benutzt war auch nicht anziehehnd.. ausserdem hatten wir probleme mit der Klimaanlage die kühlte nicht richtig obwohl man es einige male geprüft hatte.

I can't praise everything, everyone gets 10, the whole hotel, all the staff, from the cleaners, receptionists, in the restaurant... I recommend it to everyone... also the city of Pula, friendliness, homeliness, prices, services, location, beaches...go there and enjoy

It was ok.

The modern bedroom was very nice, with a balcony and clothes line was very useful.

The bedroom was under the restaurant and everything a chair moved we could hear it. In general the bedroom didn’t have good sound proofing. The breakfast was acceptable. For the price we paid, I expected a better breakfast offer.

Excellent service, friendly staff and comfortable beds

Great selection of food for breakfast. We are gluten intolerant and provided us with gluten free bread, biscuits and wafers.

View from our room - we could see the garbage area of the store next door.

Would definitely stay here again.

The staff Olivia and Georgia were amazing and very helpful.

I will probably rent a car the next time I return to make getting around a little easier. Although walking distance into the village of Pula was a plus!

Amazing hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff.

This property was incredible, an amazing location, walking distance in to Pula for the evening and about 45 minute walk to the beach. Very safe parking. I cannot talk highly enough about the staff, they were fantastically helpful and amazingly friendly. The pizza restaurant on the roof had great food and the drinks were amazing value also. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and good coffee. We were very fortunate to have the rooftop pool to ourselves most afternoons which was an added bonus.

Just more of a note that the pool had limited beds however on a busy day the staff did provide more beds.

Superbly presented, clean hotel

Everything about this hotel was clean, modern, functioning really well, and superbly presented. Don't be deterred by the first impression of it being above a suburban supermarket. It was a short stroll to the old town centre. Wifi was also the best and fastest we found in Sardinia

Tasty holidays in Pula

Staff was very helpful and firendly (also with our air conditioning request). Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is great, variety of food and drinks with great quality. Hotel provides spa services. We went for a massage and it was worth of the price.

The hotel has centralized air conditioning. Our room could be colder.

Stay in Pula town with a 4 star service

The location is great since it’s in Pula town and 10 minutes walking distance to go out to dinners without driving at night and at the same time away from all the noise of the crowd. Alberto was super nice taking care of us and serving the breakfast and Sabrina preparing our coffees. Georgia at reception was super nice booking our restaurants and giving us tips for beaches The hotel is new and modern and you can use the spa and hamman. They had twin beds which was important for us. The hotel is on top of a supermarket which may not sound great but actually is super convenient to grab water and food for your day at the beach. No issues to find parking in the street

Great stay at a nice hotel and spa... Awesome staff!

The staff were amazing and the rooftop bar and spa was a nice touch! Breakfast was also really good and it was convenient to have a supermarket below the hotel.

Room was a bit small and the balcony view overlooked the highway.

We were very Happy with our stay.

We only stayed two nights, as we were on a round trip. The hotel is a brand new structure, from 2019, and also appears that way (positively meant). We were put in a room without a terrace/balcony but asked to get one and was instantly moved to a room with a ground floor terrace. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very sumptuous and nice and with fresh fruits as well. The rooftop pool is really nice with a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel is not as close to the Beach as we had hoped, not to reached by fået but if you have a car, you will be able to reach the lovely beaches easily.

unbelievable over touristic town, restaurants are expensive and mediocre, rude and unfriendly people

On 90 degree heat the air conditioning didn't work in our room for two nights out of the four we stayed there due to the inability of the staff to figure out (or maybe they didn't care) to learn how to work the a/c which is controlled through the front desk staff. They should have discounted the room, at the very least. They offered to transfer us to another room, but that room had the same problem. All in all, we felt ripped off by the refusal of the staff to call for a mechanic to fix the a/c. Not until I made a big fuss at the reception desk did anything begin to progress.
