The house is divided into two sections, the first part of the property covers 150 m2, and the second part which is divided by its own entrance covers 45 m2. The whole house can be used as one object. The first part of the property contains 3 toilets, one of them has a hot tub, and a bathroom with a hot tub and a rain shower. The second one has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two toilets.
The house is surroundedby beautiful nature where you will experience something new and very special. It's very quiet but the urban area is not so far away. In the morning you will wake up to the sound of crickets and birds singing. Because of the view that the house provides you, you'll want to swim or sail immediately. The Adriatic Sea is known for its clearness and that'swhy it has its special charms.
Makarska is noted for its palm-fringed promenade, where cafes, bars, and boutiques overlook the harbor. Makarska is also the center of the Makarska Riviera, a popular tourist destination under the Biokovo Mountain which is 60 kilometers (37 miles) long. The Cathedral of St. Mark is located at a distance of 1 km. Makarska Municipal Museum and ferry port, from where you can catch lines to the island Brač, are located 1.6 km from the countryhouse.
Makarska experiences a hot-summer Mediterranean climate and is one of the warmest cities in Croatia.
