About this villa rental

This three bedrooms villa, with delightful sea view over the coastline that from Scopello stretches to Palermo, is the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and nature. The surrounding terrace offers comfortable seating, and a dining area, perfect for taking advantage of those warm sicilian nights. The property is only 1km from the village square with its supermarket, coffee shops, bars, restaurants. from Castellammare del Golfo to the Zingaro Reserve. The living/dining room with fireplace, on the ground floor, has windows looking out over the garden and sea views, a small built-in kitchen services a lovely outside area with a large gazebo furnished with a wooden dining suite for al fresco meals. Two steps lead up to the master bedroom and bathroom. A short flight of steps leads up to a room with three single beds, a double bedroom, toilet and shower and a splendid panoramic terrace.
The position inside a well kept fenced area which is accessible only to other villa owners, guarantees a high level of tranquility even in the summer months. This is a lovely villa in a prestigious position with easy access to sea.

Villa da sogno!!

Villa da sogno!!

Villa a picco sul mare. Stanze spaziosissime. Soggiorno con impareggiabile vista mare e terrazze con vista mare e stelle. Posizione strategica per raggiungere (in macchina) le meraviglie della Sicilia. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica.

Posizione molto bella, casa altrettanto, purtroppo un pochino "lasciata andare"

La casa è molto bella in una posizione fantastica a due minuti dal mare. Purtroppo la parte esterna della casa ( giardino ) è un pochino lasciata andare, dato che probabilmente il proprietario non la utilizza più se non saltuariamente, quindi piante e strutture si stanno un pochino degradando. Detto ciò vale comunque la pena, il mare è ad un passo ed è davvero bellissimo, la casa grande e confortevole.

Great location. Clean and no major problems. But enough little nits and flaws that might signal inattention to maintenance or customer care. Door handle falls off; stove top burner doesnt work; no table umbrella for table on that sunny rooftop patio with the gorgeous view; gated community with a gate that sometimes works and sometimes doesnt, and cheap, stapled bamboo blinds replacing that nice looking decorative pergola shade canopy shown in the photos. None of the aforementioned items individually or collectively spoiled our time, but its heads up that it could signal bigger issues down the road that could be more bothersome. Great view, great beach, great location: keep your expectations of the property in check and all will be fine.

Schöne Lage in einer Anlage mit privaten Feriendomizilien. Gut ausgestattetes, etwas betagtes Haus mit viel Platz. Die Palme auf dem Bild gibt es so nicht mehr. 5 Minuten auf etwas wildem Weg zum Meer mit toller Kiesbucht zum Baden. Herrliche Landschaft, inkl. Nationalpark und sehr gute Salumeria in der Nähe.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: im Haus und im Garten. Trotzdem ein paar Kritikpunkte: -Wenig Ablagefläche in Küche und Aufenthaltsraum wegen vieler aufgestellter Privatgegenstände der Eigentümer. - Pfannen in schlechtem Zustand. - Abwasser (auch WC) versickert stinkend im Garten.

Wir, eine 6 köpfige Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern, haben 10 schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus ganz in der Nähe des Zingaro-Parks verbracht. Der Hausmanager hat mit uns oberhalb von Castellammare einen Treffpunkt ausgemacht, ist den Weg zum Ferienhaus vorausgefahren, hat uns dort freundlich mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt und uns ausführlich über alles informiert. Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz, verfügt über eine gute Küchenausstattung, Außensitzplätze zum Essen in Küchennähe und auf der oberen Terrasse. Zum Meer sind es ein paar Schritte. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt. Alles in allem ein gemütliches, erholsames Plätzchen. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen

Die Villa Blue Bay ist wunderschön, toll gelegen in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Nähe zum Meer.

Wir waren 4 Personen und uns allen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Herr Aldo Morici, ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Mensch. Von der Übergabe des Feriendomizils bis zur Abreise war alles gut von ihm organisiert. Die Villa ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen und unweit von einem kleinen Kiesel-Strand entfernt (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Umgebung ist sehr schön - direkt am Zingaro Nationalpark. Der Ortskern von Scopello ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es ein wunderbares Baglio, mit einem tollen Restaurant ("Nettuno"), wo es ausgezeichneten Fisch zu moderaten Preisen und guten sizilianischen Weinen gibt. Nachteilig ist - dies liegt aber an den Zuständen in Sizilien - dass an den Straßen oft Müll in Plastiktüten herumliegt, teilweise auch tote (vermutlich vergiftete) Hunde. Es gibt dort viele herrenlose Hunde, die in Rudeln herumlaufen (allerdings nicht in der Anlage), jedoch harmlos sind. Ich kann dieses Domizil wärmstens empfehlen.

Overall a pleasant stay. Property Manager (Aldo) was prompt and fastidious for subjects on booking and check-in/check-out. He speaks English very well. Clean and tidy with 2 bathrooms. Property is well located close to village of Scopello and Zingaro Nature Reserve. Market (store) nearby and well stocked with some decent wine and meat and vegetables for the BBQ. Secure Quiet negative points (minor) no internet access beach/seaside access could be difficult for some the Amenities mention a Washing Machine but I did not see one. (maybe I did not look closely) I would recommend and would stay here again. grazie molto !!
