The picture and description made it sound like a beautiful, tranquil beach front property. Angles of photos totally misleading. From our balcony we faced the back of hotel property with equipment, junk, bins, etc. as our view NOT the pool and beach that was shown in property photos. Inside was much more dated. So many locks to get anywhere in the property (which tells you something about the area). WORST of all was the night club across the street from all the bedrooms. It was jumping EVERY night from 10 pm until 6 am. It was almost impossible to sleep even with earplugs. I hung towels across windows to try to muffle the noise. Had to sleep with TVs on every night to cover the outside revelry. I was a zombie every day from lack of sleep. THAT should be made clear in description. Talked with owner, who did quickly repair some other issues, but nothing they could do about club. This was not a cheap rental, listed as high end, but did not deliver. I was truly embarrassed that I took my friends there. One person had to sleep on a chair in the living room because of noise. Not something I would do again. Totally misleading. I have pictures. No concession from host.

The pictures dont do justice. The beach is just steps away. Nice shower to rise off with before heading upstairs. The starter groceries were nice little bonuse. Everything was clean and well stocked.
The only issue was one corner cabinet door was off the bottom hinge. It wasnt a big issue as we didn't cook too much.
The water pressure was iffy but the temperature stayed warm. Overall a great place in a great location

This unit locates at a very convenient area. At the center of Carolina, you can walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. It has a fantastic ocean view from the living room. Beach and swimming pool is right downstairs. The host provides enough towels, beach chairs/umbrella, and some food, coffee, and drinks to start off.
There are a few things that I don't like:
* The dinning table is not level and a bit low when used with the dinning seats
* The light above the dinning table is too dark
* All bedrooms are facing a busy street and there is a nightclub that plays loud music whole night (11pm-5am)
* Need better blinds for all bedrooms, considering the rooms are facing a street full of night life, you should use blackout and noise cancelling curtains (like some hotels do)

Nice and clean condo. Great beach location but quite a bit of late night/early morning road noise the Saturday night we arrived. Would want to have noise cancelling headphones next time and I would stay again. I do wish they had a code system for pool/beach access points. Only 2 fobs makes it hard for 5 people to coordinate who can go where/when. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was just what my family needed for our trip to Puerto Rico. We are quite familiar with Marbella in Isla Verde as we have stayed in these condos before. This unit was lovely and great space. All the comforts we would need. We look forward to staying there again on future visits to the Island.

The condo was very nice. Master bed was comfortable, views to the ocean decent (building in front of unit), the starter groceries were a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and grocery nearby. The only downfall is the locals who drive down the road blasting their music and drag racing between the hours of 9pm-4am. There's also a bar across the street where people will loiter and be noisy. It seems that the windows are single paned and allow a lot of noise through. Also during our stay, there was construction that started around 7:30 am, so between the music and construction, we didn't get an uninterrupted night of sleep on our vacation. There's also some bright lights across the street that don't allow the bedroom to get too dark. Bring sound machines and a sleeping mask. The information for check-in was not extremely clear when trying to find the place in the middle of the night. a simple arial view map would have been easier. Note to arriving and renting a car: if you can get in line for your car first and have someone else wait for your luggage, you will save hours of your life.

We picked this place due to location. Amazing. 10 minites from the airport. Quick access to beach and pool. Less than 30 minute drive to Old San Juan, El Yunque rain forest. Clean, cute, great views. The eggs, milk, bread, cheese, rum, pinapple juice, bananas and coffee was an AWESOME touch. Thank you!

Me and my 4 friends really enjoyed our stay in isla verde! The location is just perfect, with tons of restaurant options in walking distance. The place itself is nice, beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room. And the host had left some snacks and drinks for us which was really nice after a long day of traveling. Getting around the building itself with all the keys and fobs was a little annoying after awhile but it looks like that’s just pretty standard for that area. I would say the building was pretty loud based on the construction right outside the unit and the street noises but it stopped pretty early in the evening. We were mostly at the beach anyway. One more thing was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms- it kept feeling like someone could see in which was kinda uncomfortable. I will say having chairs and a cooler for the beach was super helpful for us. Overall we all had an awesome time and really enjoyed our stay here!

If you are looking for space for your group close to the beach and with a pool, this is it! Property has a lot of beach items so you don’t have to rent, beautiful pool, and the beach is awesome. Cool perks is the house was stocked with a “starter pack” with beverages and food to get us started.

We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The weather was beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Awesome views and easier to figure out where to go by the second day. Hope to come back in the future!

Space - the isle verde area overall has street noise and you can hear the airplanes take off since so close to the airport - but overall a great spot. (I do agree with a previous renter and would recommend replacing the bathroom doors. An easy fix and lack of privacy was surprising) weather was amazing and we had a wonderful week with friends and family.

- the apartment needs to be fumigated for roaches (saw a few)
- the large sofa is sunk in and it’s difficult to get up & when you sit on the chaise lounge it leaves lint on your clothes.

Awesome location, great condo, would stay again!
The condo is as advertised, cozy, very well stocked and in a great location! The management team is easy to access, responsive, and thoughtful. I traveled with my husband snd 3 kids and everyone enjoyed the home.
The only thing I would warn of, is that the condo is on a main busy road. Again, great access to everything, but also meant it was noisy outside (until later at night and sometimes early in the morning). I recommend they consider noise reducing blackout curtains. Having said that, I still give 5 stars for the great service and well stocked condo. Would stay again!

Great location!
We spent three nights here in June 2022. Loved the size of this condo and the views. We really appreciated that there was a cooler in the condo to take with us on day trips and to the beach. The beach chairs were also really nice to have! A couple of boogie boards would be a great addition to their stash of beach toys.
The beach in front of this unit is really beautiful. I'd love to return and spend more time here.
One note for the owners: Our first time trying to get into the condo complex was very confusing. I think that providing a map showing where the gated entry is along with some explanation of how to get in and out of the parking garage would be really helpful.

This was a nice condo if you need to be in the San Juan area. The only complaint I have is that only one towel per person was provided. It should be noted that it is on a loud Main Street so if you are looking for a peaceful quiet condo this isn’t it. The beach was pretty nice and convenient. There is a ton of security which is good but also let’s you know it’s not a super safe atea.

Great location!
Three generations spent a week at this property in early March 2022. The location and proximity to the beach is fantastic! The listing and photos are completely accurate in terms of what the property has to offer. It worked very well for our group of seven. Overall, this was a great property. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had no need to rent a car. Because this is a condo and not part of a resort or hotel property, We missed not having beach lounge chairs or a large beach umbrella. The property did have a basket full of sports equipment, but some of it is in need of replacing. Most of the sand toys were cracked or broken. Bed pillows definitely need an upgrade as well.

Couples Getaway
We were a group of 3 couples. This condo is so beautiful and very clean and spacious. Fully equipped with dishes and plenty of towels. Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. One of the bedrooms has 1 bunk bed and a twin bed. The 3rd couple put the twin beds together to sleep comfortably next to each other. The only downside was the bedroo.and bathroom doors, they were very thin with vent holes all the way up and did not provide a sound barrier. So you could hear all activities going on even when doors shut. But that is it. Property is amazing! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great location and stay in Isla Verde
The property was perfect for our group of 5. We definitely could have had another friend or two along for the ride and wouldn't have felt cramped.
The apartment was very cute and clean, and the view from the balcony looks exactly like the pictures. Pool was very nice and lit up at night, which we liked.
Our hosts were extremely thoughtful, they left us some items in the fridge to make breakfast and even a few local beers for us to try! Communication was on point the entire time, and they kindly let us leave our luggage in the room after we checked out so we could enjoy some more time in PR.

Marysol Isla Verde
Magnificent overall view from the balcony of this beautiful condo. Feels very much like home with the decor and friendly neighbors. Felt safe in the area as it is a popular touristy area, yet filled with locals as well. Only issue was the doors to enter/exit the building went down on my last night stay and we were forced to walk down to the parking garage in 3inch heels in order to get into the building. This was a safety hazard for many reasons in my opinion and is a reflection on the condo property, not the unit itself but I felt it best to state this issue.

The apartment was clean, had everything needed. Cozy unpretentious family friendly layout. 10 minutes from the airport, great location to use as a starting point to enjoy the island. Everything you need is close by, most of it within walking distance. The beach is awesome! You have direct access from the building. Management communication was excellent, check in was smooth, security in the building was on point.

2 couples and a sis in law
Location was so convenient and amazing! In front of the beach with private access. Across the street were bars and drug stores. Close distance to some amazing food. We rented a car and that’s a must. We had our own private spot that was parked feet away from the entrance to go up to the elevator. There’s a private pool, but I wish they accepted food and drinks inside because we had left over liquor from the beach and wanted to continue the party out by the pool but we couldn’t, it wasn’t allowed. Other than that, we were impressed! We’re definitely booking again.

Disappointing trip no AC
The property was neat and true to the pictures. The location was good but the road outside is loud. But the air conditioning was out all all three nights causing the room to be over 80 degrees. Numerous calls and messages to the owner did not resolve the issue. The experience at this property was disappointing and i would not book again at this property or with this owner.

Wonderful vacation
Our second stay at the same property was enjoyable. Unfortunately there was construction on a unit above ours but we informed management and they moved us to a unit in a different location. We appreciated them working well with us. The view is wonderful but make sure to either get a west building unit or a unit on the west side of the east building. The east side of the east building is an obstructed beach view. The beach has easy access, buildings are secure, parking is easy, and management was friendly and available. The bars across the street stay fairly loud late into the night and the windows don’t do much to block sound so if you’re a light sleeper that may bother you. Overall a wonderful trip and an accommodating management company.
