a few small mixes to the above problems would make for a much better stay!

everything was clean, tidy and recently refurbished. Room was spacious and a good temperature. Plenty of pillows. I was able to go to upstairs kitchen and get anything else if needed. Cooking facilities and a good sized fridge in the 2 room apartment.

the toilet seat was not attached properly so was a hazard for my elderly parents, it was a new toilet but the seat needed replacing as it did not fit properly... the soap basket was also a hazard as it was attached rather weirdly to the shower wall and was not fixed, moving each time it was bumped. All the saucepan lids were the wrong size, but were able to make meals with the oven, hotplates and microwave.

Was a great last minute find : )

Well located, nice and comfortable room, friendly staff. Very well equipped kitchen and amenities.

A bit of noise from the room upstairs through the ceiling during the night.

Great value place to stay as a stopover.

Close food and facilities. Modern room. Simple and clean. They had the heater on for my arrival.

Poor. Not as expected.

Not much.

I paid the rate for a room with private bathroom, but there appeared only to be shared showers and toilets available, male and female. These had dirty basins. We could not connect to the wifi and when I called for assistance I was told rather abruptly that the Wifi was not working. There was no apparent carpark, we had to ask where we could park off road and it was very dark with uneven surface to walk back to the hotel entrance.

Despite currently renovating the property our stay was disappointing

Parking was close to the room, there was a large fridge, towels and toiletries provided

Provided linen didn’t fit the sofa bed, bathroom shower was dirty, kitchen cupboards had leftover mess from previous occupants, no blinds so the rooms were very bright due to street lights, a couch cushion had a bandaid stuck to it and there was only one bowl in the cupboard for us to use for breakfast (6 people were staying in the room).

Disappointing.

Clean linen and hot water.

Front door to establishment unable to be secured. Shoes sticking to dirty floors and stairs. Having to use full body weight against the door to get it to close. Unhygienic dirty toilets, sinks and bathroom floors. Dirty and dusty areas in the room I particular next to the bed.

Travelling to Sydney and needed a good bed good shower a bit of tv and a good sleep. Ticked all the boxes and only cost $80. Great value for money.

Overall it was good

Close to the town centre

No heating in the TV /lounge room which was quite difficult with the kids to watch or sit in the lounge room due to the extreme cold weather.

I did not stay. I checked out 10 minutes after initial check in. The room was unsanitary and unsafe to stay in. I inform

Nothing. The property is unclean and unsafe. The reception staff member was polite and I appreciate her professionalism when I approached her with my concerns about the state of the room.

The photos used for advertising this room are very deceiving. There was damage throughout the apartment including a smashed bathroom door that had no door handle and a dirty piece of paper towel stuffed in the hole where the handle should be. A window located in the living area of apartment had a broken safety latch and the fly screen removed (a huge safety issue when I booked to stay here with children and the room is on the second floor). The fly screen was propped against the wall in the middle of the bedroom. The beds were made but appeared unclean. The decorative pillows had fluff and pilling on them, hair was visible on several pillows, and bed covers. One pillow had steaks on it that looked like mould. The room was dusty (the fan blades and light fittings were caked in dust). Paint was peeling from the roof. Kitchen had been poorly cleaned with a dirty dish cloth, sponge and scourer left on the sink. A dirty wooden chopping board was propped up on the kitchen bench. Food debris stuck to the wall near the oven. Directly outside our room door, two dirty mattresses were propped up against the wall on either side of the corridor.

It was cold, Heater was not turned on. There was an issue with the heater when asked to do something about it manager advised nothing they can do. Rooms were smelly. Sofa bed sheet and blanket was not provided despite knowing it was part of our booking.

More stars if they did the small things and cleaned better.

Great shower. Lovely hot water. Good size TV. Close to shops. Good heating air con. OK sized living area. Microwave, toaster, jug, hairdryer, iron. cutlery. Proper size fridge.

4 towels for 6 ppl booked. Had to ask for more. No bedding for sofa bed, but we were so busy and tired we made do. 4 Bowls for 6 ppl booked. No dishwashing liquid. No dishcloth. Lacked maintenance, broken toilet seat, doors squeaked, bathroom mirror just sitting on the vanity not attached to anything, OMG whoever cleans the bathroom needs to lift the toilet seat.

Clean, comfortable and cosy - & good value

No frills budget accommodation that was clean, comfortable and cosy. On a cold night the heating did the job. Water pressure in the shower was 'knock you over' good.

Can't really think of anything. It didn't have views, a spa, desk etc but it's a budget room so it would be wrong to criticise the hotel for that. To be picky I never saw a space anything like what is shown in the picture.

Disgraceful

Nothing, I left after 30 minuites and requested a refund but have not yet recieved it.

The room was not what was shown on the website. The hotel was under renovation, there was now bar or food service. This was not advised at check in. When I went to reception 30 minuites later and asked where do I go for food and a beer I was told I would have to walk up to the main street and find something. As I had a bad back and could not walk I left to find other accomodation and requested a refund.

Basic no view and very small.

It had the basic needs for a night.

A family lived upstairs and you could hear the loud thumping of footsteps and a child running around till late. I couldn't sleep till it was quiet.

Pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the apartment

Street access, air-conditioned, spacious, and recently renovated. The manager and other staff were responsive and easy to deal with.

Take earplugs and a valium

Close to the main strip with plenty of supplies within walking distance. Rooms and amenities have all been modernised recently.

The acoustics is exceptional in this place. You can hear a mouse fart from the end of the hall. This is not the making for a pleasant stay combined with the rudest patrons who only seem to worry about themselves and enjoy talking loudly and banging doors all hour of the night and morning. Unless you are deaf as a beetle, don't care for sleep or alter your state of mind like snoop dogg, sleep in the car at a truck stop.

Hotel was unfinished. Clean but limited facilities. Ie., only one power point in the room & none in bathroom. No soap holder in the shower. Had to put on the floor. The TV screen was at an angle almost impossible to view!?
