The house enjoys a privileged situation, finding only 15 minutes from Málaga International Airport and 5 minutes from the beach on foot and 10 minutes from the main golf courses, shopping center, the train stop (Los Boliches) to few meters and a bus stop at the door.
The house has a jacuzzi, where you can cool off on hot summer days. Open living room with fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is ideal for family meals outdoors and has a charcoal barbecue. It is near the port and center of Fuengirola, you can visit the picturesque village of Mijas or simply stroll along the beach just 5 minutes walk. One of the bedrooms and the living room have cable TV, available channels from various countries. The ground floor has a movie theater and billiards.
The environment:
The town of Fuengirola is just minutes away from major cities and has all the amenities you could require - shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. There are several excellent golf courses within walking distance, like the beaches of Mijas, Benalmádena and Torremolinos, aquariums (Sea-Life), water parks and horse riding and luxurious and exclusive resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The location of this house is ideal for a quiet holiday with the option to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Costa del Sol only a short drive away.

Throughout the year there are all kinds of activities on the Costa del Sol, where you can find specific information about cultural events, leisure, rural and hiking tours including the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales renovated in 2015.
