About this villa rental
Our villa has recently received a full make-over. This included painting throughout, new bedding in all bedrooms, 'Despicable Me' and Encanto themed bedrooms, an LG 70" HD TV wall-mounted in the livingroom with Soundbar and many more upgrades. We also have top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION – While Windsor Hills itself is perfectly located only 2 miles from Disney, our home is ideally situated within this 5 star resort. Just a short stroll to the clubhouse and across from the children's play area, this special villa will ensure you and your guests have a truly magical vacation.
Relax in this expansive 5 bedroom/5 bathroom villa with a private south facing pool and raised spa. It has an extended deck area – perfect for those BBQ evenings. This luxury house at Windsor Hills has a bright and airy family living space, complete with plenty of over-stuffed reclining sofas, love seat, and foot stools, and an entertainment centre with HD cable TV and DVD player for those cosy nights in.
ACCOMMODATION – This beautiful villa is large enough to sleep a party of 10! Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 king beds and 4 single beds. It has two master bedrooms, both include en suite bathrooms and large closet space. Every room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. All rooms are equipped with televisions with cable TV and DVD players.
DINING – You will have a fully fitted kitchen complete with French Door fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic glassware for use around the pool area. There is a breakfast nook adjoining the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar with high stools. For more formal dining you also have a dining area off the living room.
LAUNDRY – No need to worry about expensive trips to the launderette when you’re on vacation. The villa has a large capacity washing machine and dryer. Towels are also provided for your convenience.
GAMES ROOM – The kids (and adults) will have hours of endless fun in this fully equipped games room. You will have a brand new full size 8ft slate pool table, an air hockey table and Foosball. There are also loads of books and board games.
EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE KITCHEN SINK – We really have thought of everything. Your home away from home is packed full of everyday essentials. This home is situated conveniently to local shopping, grocery, and Disney parks. John was easy to contact and quick to respond. The house was as described and was neat and clean.

We just had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the accommodations were superb. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and resort amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: the master shower downstairs has a bit of a whistling sound, especially when someone is using the shower upstairs. Updating the shower heads to more modern ones would be a great enhancement.

The only problem we had was that we paid for heating in the hot tub and it just never seemed to be working properly. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't! So we really only had the hot tub hot for one day!

We were a group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids ages 6-12) and the house was perfect for us. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom either connected to it or beside it and that no bedroom shared a wall with another bedroom. This was helpful since some of our group were early risers and some were not.
The single beds weren’t that comfortable but since we only had kids using them it was okay. We appreciated the adult beds were king sized allowing room for a kiddo to sleep with us if they felt scared etc.
The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the club pool as well which was within walking distance. There is also a Wal-Mart a short drive away which made it easy to pop out and grab what we needed. This was really great for our Disney days because we could grab snacks to pack and if we ended up back at the house earlier than we expected we could grab dinner items to cook at the house.
Overall it was exactly as pictured/described, suited our needs, and was really the perfect location for doing Disney.

This house is in a perfect location for a Disney vacation! We easily went back and forth from the parks with little to no traffic. The listing is accurate and house was clean. The owners were very responsive and great hosts! The neighborhood is lovely. There is a great neighborhood pool that we didn’t have the time to use, but a quick swim in the pool at the house and soak in the hot tub was a great way to break from the parks! There are so many bedrooms and bathrooms! This is a great house for a large family or multiple families. A bathroom for every bedroom!

We had a wonderful stay over approximately 3 weeks. The pool heat worked very well and was a must have for the cooler days (not that the kids cared). The hot tub worked well. We were able to cook an entire Christmas dinner without issue with what was provided to use. The house was clean, with some very very minor cosmetic things that don't impact the stay. It is a short walk to the club house and larger community pool and water slide. Plenty of towels and throw blankets were provided. Easy check in and check out. John was very responsive to all of my messages. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean and well equipped as advertised!
There were no access problems and communications with the owner/manager were fast and responsive.
The location is also wonderful, being a couple of miles from the Disney main entrance.
The home poll and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The grandkids also love the main pool complex and had a great time there! This is my 3rd time in Windor Hills, and this rental was the best of the 3. Thanks!!!!

Host John was excellent to communicate with, home was immaculate and neighborhood is quiet, clean and gated. Close to parks and grocery. Thank you for a wonderful time as we celebrated our daughters high school graduation!!

We had a wonderful stay in John & Ciara’s villa for 8 days in May 2023. John was very pleasant to deal with – very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Windsor Hills location is excellent for theme parks and shopping and it is nice having the security of staying in a gated community. And this villa is very well located within Windsor Hills – it is walkable to the community facilities and close to the entrance so easy for driving in and out (and there’s a big Walmart 5 minutes away!). Check-in was very easy – at the security booth, at the villa and for access to the Windsor Hills amenities like the community pool and gym. We have stayed in this villa before and the updated décor is lovely – very modern and fresh. The kitchen is well equipped and the updated appliances (including huge washer and dryer) were very much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were heated to a very pleasant temperature and we spent most evenings there / outdoors in the lanai. We look forward to staying here again!

The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and of course Disney. The house had a lot of amenities along with the subdivision. We would definitely stay here again and already recommended to friends!

No issues - perfect stay

Checking in was very easy. We had an extra driver in our rental car and needed to add her name on the security. I messaged the owner and he was very quick to add her name and help out. The pictures on line were exact and we would happily go back. Clean, comfortable and only 5-7 min from disney. The pool and hot tube could have been a few degrees warmer (but I like it fairly warm :)

First, the owner is amazing and always got back to me right away. The pool heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival. I contacted John and he got back to me in a couple of minutes and provided an immediate resolution. One thing to keep in mind is that rental homes take a lot of abuse having different people in there all of the time. There were a few things that could use updating and extra cleaning, however, having stayed in so many rentals over the years, you just know to expect it. The house was clean and in good shape and was overall was a great experience. Great location too! Also, there is a back way into Disney property that saves you time with traffic. Some maps don’t show it, but from Windsor Hills you can take a left on Westgate Blvd, then a right on Entry Point Blvd. and that turns into Sherberth Rd. You will be on Disney property in a few minutes and will see signs to the different parks soon after. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely recommend this property!! There were 9 people in our party and it was very spacious. The house was very clean and just as described. Any questions I had, John was super quick at getting back to us. We spent more time just hanging out at the house on our vacation because we enjoyed the property so much. The highlights of the house were the spacious living room and dining areas as well as the themed rooms. My 6 year old LOVED the Encanto room and bathroom. We had 0 problems with the pool and we found the spa to be an actual hot tub which was AWESOME! The kitchen was also well stocked with cookware/utensils. We look forward to visiting this property again on vacation.

This review is not to be made public : For owners attention only
Initially , the house looked great but closer inspection proved otherwise. Having stayed in many holiday homes in USA and Europe this was the most unclean and in urgent need of refurbishment . The Minions room has filthy black fingerprints on closet door, the chest of drawers was broken, the carpet under the beds was littered with stickers and wrappers and black fluff. The upstairs double bedroom headboard was broken . Both upstairs bathrooms had hair and fluff on surfaces and floor . The downstairs front bedroom shower tray had cracks. The twin bedroom bathroom downstairs needed urgent cleaning and the shower curtain rail fell down every time it was touched . For some reason a large toilet plunger wrapped in a walmart bag was stuffed behind the toilet . There was no toilet brush although there was a recepticle for this. The main downstairs bedroom was in a better condition than the others but bathroom was not too clean . The glass in a picture frame in the dining area was smashed . The kitchen was well resourced but some of the cups, pans, baking trays and glasses in the cupboards were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use. There were not enough glasses; only 3 wine glasses and several various sized tumblers. One of the pool chairs was broken . The bottom of the pool was very dirty when we arrived and we could not clean properly as the skimmer handle had obviously been broken and some point and the handle was now too short . The pool man arrived the following Thursday (8 days after arrival) and used his own equipment to clean . I dont think the pool had been cleaned weekly prior to our arrival as the pool remained clean for the remainder of the 12 days we were there. The green algae around the hot tub needed cleaning as unpleasant to sit near. The lanai neeting was broken in a couple of places so we had frequent squirrel viistors in the pool area ; very cute but not really appropriate for them to run and poop over the furniture. However, our biggest complaint has to be the condition of the bedding : The comforters smelt and obviously hadnt been cleaned for some time and one sheet on the bed had a part dissolved laundry capsule stuck to it . BUT it was the condition of the pillows and mattress covers which we noticed when we changed the sheets and pillowcases which was truly appaling. The pillows were extremely stained and urgently need replacing . The mattress covers had bodily fluid stains on them and are frankly disgusting .

Wonderful rental close to everything!
This house had it all! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need! It was so nice not having to worry about packing pool toys or towels! We used the private pool and hot tub every day! The owner was quick to respond with any questions! We would stay here again!

Pool had dirt on the bottom
The overall place was nice, would definitely go back! The pool was pretty clean but the was some dirt on the bottom that I would have gotten with the skimmer but skimmer was broken, let owner know but never got cleaned. We used the pool and hot tub anyways. Also the water in the hot tub could have been hotter. Other then that the place was great

Will stay again!
The price for the home is exceptional. It was very clean and came loaded with little extras. We had no issues-this condo had enough room to have our own privacy. My kids loved the pool why the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We chose to heat the pool during our visit. The temp was perfect for the cool days that we experienced while there. Very warm and comfortable. The house felt very home-y and we settled in with no issues. We will definently be staying again on our next family visit. Thank you John we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!
This was the perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. The house was clean. We paid for pool heat that wasn’t on when we arrived but was quickly resolved the next day. It was spacious for two families. The kids loved the rec room which gave the adults space to chill in the living room. We would recommend this home for a family vacation.

Close to Disney
Although somewhat aged, I would recommend this property. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family group of seven. ( would recommend starting out with more than a “wafer” of soap)

Wonderful home!
This property location is very convenient to tourist activities. Very comfortable, clean and lovely. The pool and hot tub were great!
A few things need to be maintenanced: 1. The sliding doors to the pool area come off the track and are hard to open. 2. The washer has mold. 3. The pool lights are located on the wall in the livingroom(had no idea, just started playing with all the ligh switches). 4. What turns on the hot tub is a covered switch in the pool area. There is no indication or labels on these items.
Next time I will be sure to bring more people. Will stay there again!

Great Location-Cold Pool Warning
We had a great time at this property! It is spacious and comfortable for a family of 6 or more. We could have shared space together and also our own space to enjoy separately. While it is starting to age, it is still a pretty good value for what you are getting. The pool/hot tub are on an inconvenient schedule for those who are wanting to get in before or after a day's adventure. The pre-set temperatures were also not as effective for the November weather in comparison to properties we have stayed at in the past. It was definitely hard to swallow having to pay extra for this property and it working less efficiently than other properties we've stayed at in the past for no extra fee.

Very close to Disney
The condo is very close to Disney, like 5-10 minutes away. John is very responsive. The condo complex even has a water park. The condo itself is a bit dated, but the price is very reasonable. And the condo was clean.

Nice house and wonderful complex
Our group of 10 were very comfortable in this house. The pool was nice to have but the hot tube didn't get that hot. We also enjoyed the waterpark/splash pad/pool where you could order food and drinks as well as swim. VERY close to Disney parks. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!
House was incredibly clean. There were so many little extras in the garage that made our unpacking and downtime easier with kids! There is also a full sized crib which was amazing and lots of extra linens and towels! Owner was extremely responsive (he was even on vacation himself and still responding) and there was also a management company who were also very responsive for any need that arose (which was minimal). We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills over five times and this was a house we would absolutely book again!

Perfect
We loved the house. We were all able to spread out. The home was beautiful. We actually evacuated from Hurricane Ida. The owner responded quickly. Walmart was only 3 minute drive. I stay here again.

Comfortable Home
We had a very good experience after a couple things were ironed out. The house was nice and spacious, just what we were looking for. There was an issue with the washing machine when we arrived, but John and the property manager worked it out as quickly as possible. There were some issues with missing remote controls for the TV, but they were located after a thorough search. Seems like the previous renters hid some things. The sliding glass door worked, but we had to be very careful because it easily jumped the track. John was wonderful to work with and very responsive, which is ultimately why we gave the rating we did.

Decent Place
The place is nice in a wonderful community. The house is packed with many options to keep the family entertained. However, it seems a bit cluttered and lived in. Furniture and carpeting needs refreshing.

We had a great time. Private pool,and great beds!!
The space was great. The beds were comfy. The playground across from the house was great to let the grandkids go play in evening to burn the energy out. The grandkids loved the minion room. They had even a child’s bed rail to put on so the little one could have her own bed and not roll out. The grandkids having so much fun at the house and at the resort grounds. Never got bored. That made my trip easy and to hold those moments that has made great memories!!
