A beautiful property, with 2 large bedrooms, a gorgeous small pool and a great living area. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend.

Great stay with husband and friends. Close to all amenities. Excellent communication with owner. Property a little tired, shower in downstairs bathroom water was extremely slow in running away. The owner made up for the slight niggles we had.

Nice accommodation, good pool, very clean. Used the free shuttle bus to get round the resort, which was great.

Great comms with owner from start. Cleaned twice in week - spotless. Kitchen fully equipped. Great private space with master bedroom, kitchen and lounge opening onto patio area and pool. We had a fantastic relaxing time. Very quiet location about 15 minute walk to parca and the restaurants (not a lot open currently but every meal lovely).

The property itself was all that it advertised and in a very good location. Good privacy at the pool. Comfortable and nice modern bathrooms. Unfortunately the property above was being refurbished the week we were staying and the drilling etc started just after 8am and finished around 5pm. This was not conducive to a relaxing holiday and we would suggest anyone renting this type of property in VDL asks beforehand re any building work taking place nearby!

Dated property , peeling paint ,damp and cold as soon as a/c heating switched off. Sure it would be great in the summer definitely not a venue for the winter. Management agents good

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is very well located on the VDL resort. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The outside area is a good size with quality garden furniture. The communication with Edward was excellent and the check-in & key collection very straightforward with very friendly and helpful service. We would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a week staying at Ed’s lovely apartment. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice! It’s super spacious, the layout is excellent, and the pool area outside is ideal! The position is great, we were under a 20mins walk from both Maria’s and Vale do Lobo beaches, what more could you want?! Ed was brilliant to deal with, all the instructions were super clear and communication was very quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return, thank you Ed!

We've just returned from an incredible stay at this property. Right from booking, the owner was in contact with answers to my questions, and in advance of our stay provided an excellent guide to the whole property and process. On arrival the property exceeded our expectations. It is bigger than the pictures suggest, with a fabulous sized garden and pool area. Perfect for the three of us to chill out and cool off. There are sun loungers and thick towels provided, as well as some pool toys. It is clean and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen has every type of crockery and cutlery to do as much or as little cooking as you like. It has a full sized fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. The kitchen window opens up into a bar hatch for the garden which we loved! The two bedrooms are well separated from each other if people need their privacy - both with an adjacent bathroom / shower room. One has a few steps down into the main living space. There is a huge wardrobe and drawers in both rooms, and the twin beds are comfortable. One room has doors opening onto the patio but we kept these closed - it meant we didn't need any air conditioning on, even though it was available. The living / dining room is light, bright and spacious, with big solid tables in both spaces to accommodate indoor dining. The location is blissfully quiet and private. There are no other villas windows overlooking the patio area, and everything has been designed for maximum privacy. We sunbathed and splashed about with no worries about disturbing anyone. The gardens surrounding the property are lush and full of beautiful birds too, providing a great backdrop. For things to do, you can wander around the resort to your hearts content - tennis and golf are in plentiful supply and we enjoyed the upmarket beach area. We hired a car which we could park directly at the front door, and used this to explore the area, as well as for shopping at the nearby minimarket and further away supermarket. The owner helped with directions and recommendations for all of this. We really can't recommend this property highly enough, and hope to return one day. Its a real home from home with a soul, not your standard holiday let, and a real credit to the owner.

My wife and I have stayed in Ed's villa probably as many as 10 times which says everything. Over that period Ed has upgraded the villa to its current high standard including the recent installation of a new aircon system. Furnishings and fittings are tasteful and of excellent quality. Highly recommended.

The appartment was a great price for the size and area. It was very clean and really nice and warm. It is perfect for my elderly relative as a bedroom and bathroom on the level. We enjoyed our stay

The living space was really well set out and perfect for this couple and grown up daughter. Plenty of privacy with the bedrooms being on different levels. Pool was sufficient for cooling down and a splash around - another couple of sunbeds would be useful. Area around villa is picturesque and well maintained. BBQ provided and supermarket 5 minute drive away. Walk to beach is pleasant and there are bars and restaurants near the beach. Would recommend.

Just back from a wonderful 12 nights in VDL. Such a spacious and well equipped apartment that feels more like a villa due to the outside space. We made full use of the pool, terrace and BBQ! Great value for money compared to other apartments we viewed prior to booking. Ed was very helpful throughout the booking and arrival process and we would be very happy to recommend.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The layout and spacious design really suited us. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the kitchen serving access to the terrace though the large window, the recently refurbished terrace furniture as well as the pool itself. We had a lovely week making the most of the facilities offered by the villa as well as those provided by the Vale do Lobo resort. We stayed here for 5 days with our young daughter in May and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed, with lovely modern bathrooms, and the pool terrace is perfect for relaxing with a book! The location is great, walking distance to lots of fantastic restaurants and bars and only a short drive from Loulé. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at the villa. We were two couples with a baby each and the villa bedrooms being split over 2 levels really helped us. Edward was great with contact and it was really helpful that we could check in early and check out later because of flight times. The villa was perfect and a great location the shop, clubhouse and Praca were all a 20 minute walk away. The only thing we would improve if we could would be an extra two sunbeds as they only had 2. Other than that this is a great villa for the price.

We made the most of the lovely area, walked to the beach restaurants, dined at the smart local golf club, drove to pretty picturesque villages and relaxed by the pool in our private patio. We particularly liked the quiet and secluded outlook from the apartments patio area and appreciated the barbecue for alfresco dining. The airy bedrooms and open plan dining area suited our needs well, and the two newly refurbished bathrooms added a touch of luxury for our holiday.

We have stayed in this villa on several occasions. Its location comfort and facilities suit us. The refurbishment of the bathrooms and kitchen enhance what is an excellent holiday property.
