Staff were excellent and went above and beyond

Nice modern hotel with everything you need. Staff were excellent and very helpful. You can hire a car directly from the hotel, which is very handy. Foreigners need to be aware there is no full insurance, only injury cover. Only Taiwanese drivers can pay extra for full insurance.

The hotel caters for tour groups, so we were woken up early every morning and kept up late at night by people talking while walking past our room. Would probably have been better if we were placed at the end of the hallway so we could have had more sleep as we came for a holiday, which means rest too.

Very good

Bicycle available for free. Variety of drinks options available during breakfast time. Tea bags available all the time at water dispensing machine. Very attentive staff. 7-11 is within walking distance. Toiletries provided. Ambience environment Lovely nature surrounding

Poor sound proofing. Bed and pillow is Not comfortable. Food choices for buffet breakfast is VERY LIMITED and the food looks stale. Breakfast time is only available for two hours (from 0700-0900)
