Welcome to Crystal Bay Villa

This amazing villa near Ayia Triada (Holy Trinity) beach features a spacious outdoor area with large private swimming pool and covered garden areas perfect for al-fresco dining while admiring majestic sea views and taking in the fresh, sea-scented air.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, we can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and children (2 x travel cots allow for a further 2 younger infants). The villa offers luxury facilities & amenities, including, walk in shower rooms to master-bed room (en-suite), upstairs and downstairs family bathrooms & WCs, and a fully upgraded and modern equipped kitchen with air conditioning / heating provided to every bedroom as well as the sitting and dinning areas. .

We are child friendly and also offer high chairs for families that may require these items and our bedrooms offer flexibility and can be configured as twins or large doubles to suit family needs.

The villa comes with all the modern comforts you could wish for including fiber broadband wifi which extends to all rooms as well as the outside pool area.

Sun sea or lounge and surf, its the perfect place for families or a group of friends to relax and enjoy memorable moments in a private & quiet area of Paralimni/Protoras on the east coast of this wonderful island.

The property is located close to Pernera and the beautiful and famous resorts of Fig Tree Bay and Ayia Napa with the town of Paralimni only a short drive/bus hop away, and is surrounded by numerous beaches, private bays, coves and small fishing shelters all within walking distance.

Located within a small exclusive development consisting of only 9 other similar luxury villas on a private and quiet road, it is perfect for families and only a short hop to the beach (500m) and walking distance to the coastal boardwalk which hugs the coast and passes through the many small family beaches, offering coastal bars, coffee shops and restaurants along its path as it leads south east towards the main resort of Fig Tree Bay (approx 5km) and makes for pleasant evening strolls by the sea.

For those looking for more activity, the main resorts of Kapparis/Pernera are a 10-15 min walk offering many more restaurants and bars while the old historic town of Protoras with its central church square, village coffe shops and taverns along with the larger tourist areas of Fig Tree Bay and Ayia Napa are all within 10-15 mins drive, making the villa location ideal for beach, relaxation by the pool or action packed stays - you choose.

Paralimni Marine Protected Area - area of Marine Environmental Interest

Cyprus has successfully implemented many projects and research programs around coastal areas focused on marine biology, ecology, aquaculture and fisheries, often pioneering marine research and having close links to the fishery industry, divers, and other sea users.

We are proud to have our nearby local beach located within the coastal zone of the Paralimni Marine Protected Area and on our doorstep.

While the research programs offer important knowledge and understanding to better manage our coastal environments the positive impacts from increased marine biodiversity also allow sea users to benefit and the area offers a wide range of non damaging, passive monitored outdoor activities and water sports such as diving, under water adventures, sea kayaking, river trekking, rafting, canoeing and sailing with “Begafigo” the Famagusta District Sailing Club only a short walk from the villa.

The main international airport, at Larnaca is 45 min drive away and the capital Nicosia, only an hours drive.

We had a relaxing stay in a beautiful fully equipped villa with a magnificent pool. The Villa was maintained to a very very high standard and was spotless on arrival!!! As for the pool it was always hard to decide whether to make it down to the crystal clear waters of the beach that were only a stone’s throw away from the villa due to the pool being so beautifully kept and spotlessly clean with such warm waters from as early as 9am. lovely, large with the perfect depth to accommodate both the young and the better experienced swimmer. Everything in the pool area was to very high safety standard, including depth markers of each level of the pool and safety rules and procedures clearly signposted. There was even a life safety device in case of emergencies. It just gave you that little extra level of reassurance and also that the owner of the villa is very professional in taking every measure possible to provident and aid in any type of unforeseeable incident. This level of safety & security did not just stop at the pool, as this was the only villa in the complex that had electronic garage gates that can be opened and closed at a touch of the remote fob button. Even the side entrance that is on most other villas opened to any passer by to wonder in was secured with a very easy to use half height sliding gate. Every room was fully air conditioned including the huge living area, with roller and Venetian blinds on every window to block out the sunlight when needed for that much missed midday siesta. There was full facilities including internet with signal booster in almost every part of the grounds so you are never without signal, an absolute must no need to say, to TV with satellite channels if requested to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen area. As mentioned the living area is just enormous and if inviting friends round as we did several occasions, will adequately cater for the largest of group with dining tables and chairs both inside, outside on the front veranda and a further TWO sets of EIGHT seater dining tables and chairs pool side. Serious hosting folks!!! The aspects of the villa are well maintained including grounds with the service manager popping round every few days to make sure all is ok. If there is any issues just call and he appears.. like magic (lol) I can’t praise this property enough, from the immaculate condition its grounds and gardens are kept right through to the interior and level of cleanliness and condition

As a party of 6 adults and 4 kids this villa accommodated us perfectly. Located in a quite area near Paralimni. The location of the villa was in a quite cul-de-sac but there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The private pool was very well received as was the short walk (2mins) to the coast. We found the villa to be very well stocked with all the necessity amenities you could imagine. A great place to stay. We weren't disappointed!
