The finca is a dream. The view is awesome and it is well equipped. Yes, it is kind of old, but that is part of the charm.

This villa was truly paradise. We booked a family vacation for 10 people, including several who had never traveled abroad before. Getting from Palma to the villa was very easy with a taxi service. The villa was absolutely incredible. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of outdoor space to hang out or relax or have some alone time. The path down to the beach was absolutely incredible – we were there every day swimming and enjoying the bar. The owners of the Villa were so communicative and answered our questions quickly. They also provided some really helpful tips on places to eat, things to see, adventures to have. In Alcudia, there is a cab service that is very easy to use.so even though this villa isn’t very close to the town, it’s easy to get to by cab or walking. Overall, an excellent stay!!

This home will always have a huge place in our hearts! We united family with ages spanning 5 decades for a summer vacation in July, and everyone had the time of their lives. There is so much space, and so many different places to relax and take in the day, that it suits everyone's needs, even with a large group. Words can't describe just how stunning the view is 360˚, and at all times of the day. The easy beach access is incredible, and the location makes for a quick drive to restaurants, supermarkets, the Old Town, and any excursions based out of Alcúdia. Jeroni was also very helpful and accessible with information and recommendations. The house can get a little toasty when the temps get above 90˚F, but the fans in the rooms are very supportive, and it's easy to make use of the crossflow of air with the wealth of windows and doors, (plus you are steps away from the sea). From the artwork, to the furnishings and details, to the property itself ... everything was full of charm and warmth and made you feel wonderfully welcomed. It was very, very hard to leave.

Wonderful home, very close to a perfect beach for kids with a great little restaurant for lunch. The house could is spacious and offers spectacular views with a well stocked kitchen. The house stays hot at night and the bedroom windows could really use screens to keep the bugs off the kids—they were devoured. Other restaurants nearby are fantastic and we could have certainly stayed longer.

This place had it all! Seafront location next to the beach with stunning views of Cap Formentor across the bay. 360 degrees of patio. Welcoming kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. We rode bikes every day and didn't rent a car. Plenty of room for ten bicycles in the garage. The sound of gentle waves on the beach lulled us to sleep each night.
We cooked most of our dinners and also walked to nice restaurants. Wine is very affordable in Mallorca!

What a place!! The pictures don't lie, it is absolutely stunning. We came together from 6 different countries to celebrate our long friendship, and we could not have found a better location.
A great beach, not very busy at all, SUP and toys to use, bikes for a short ride into town, lots of bed- and washrooms to spread out. Inside and outside was enough space to have room to yourself, but also big tables to all sit together and enjoy long dinner nights.
Communication with Maria was super easy, we felt welcome from the very first moment. And even got to meet her wonderful children as we left.
We all can absolutely recommend this beautiful villa! Hopefully we will be back ourselves one day!!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa,
Overlooking the ocean. Maria was very helpful and there are also bikes, floaties and surfboards available.
It feels very private and everything you need or want is only a stone throw away.
Would definitely come back.

Probably the best rental house we have stayed at. Came here with two families with kids (3 months to 5 years old) and had more than enough space for everyone. The house is beautiful and has direct access to a perfect swimming beach - especially for young kids. The views are stunning. The host is communicative and very helpful. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for sharing this very special place with us!

great location
Its a great retreat and the cool breezes keep the fantastic living quarters in a smooth temperature throughout the day.
The view was always interesting both of the beach and the waters were yachts and sailing crafts anchor throughout the days and nights.
I was a very remberable stay. Feeling good.

Incredible experience
This is an old family home perched above an absolutely perfect swimming beach. We have rented many houses all over the world and could not have enjoyed our week here more. Located on a quiet street just up the road from the historic town it’s a great base for exploring the region. The house itself has the feeling of an estate set back down a long drive it commands a view over the bay that is second to none. This is not a brand new McMansion it is a real, lived in and well loved home you feel many generations have enjoyed making memories in. It was very special to get to stay and create a week of our own here and we would come back in a second.

Great big villa, great location, right above the beach
My family and friends stayed at this great big villa on the beach in 2021 and we liked it so much we booked again for 2022 but had to cancel for medical reasons. It is a great house in a great location, with beautiful terraces, right above a beach. Our teenage children loved it and the owners were great. Would highly recommend and wish we were able to go back this year.

Incomparable stay
We were a group of eleven people looking for a mix of "coworking" and "vacation". Accommodation requirements are a sufficient number of beds, enough seating to unfold the notebook and a good starting point for activities.
After some searching we came across this house.
Communication with Maria Antonia was very good right from the start! The open questions were answered before booking, so we booked with a good feeling.
A few weeks later, upon arrival, communication via mobile phone worked great. Maria Antonia and her husband took really good care of our concerns. We were able to check in earlier because our flight arrived early and we were given new umbrellas, towels, etc. All in all our needs were very well looked after. That for service.
The really indescribable part is the location and the view. You have a direct view of the sea and direct access to the beach. The beach seems to be an insider secret as there was always very little going on; At the same time, the beach is guarded by lifeguards. The water and sand are gorgeous; The view of the sea and the mountains are simply incomparable.
Otherwise, the house offers everything you need for a stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washing machine and dryer as well as sufficient material for leisure activities (bicycles, surfboards, etc.).
We can give our clear recommendation. It was great and we really enjoyed the time. At this point, many thanks again to Maria Antonia, her husband and everyone involved, who made it possible for us to have a good time!

Wonderful villa in Mal Pas
We stayed on Maria Antonia’s villa in a small circle of friends for a wedding celebration.
The property is absolutely fantastic and the views from the terrace were some of the best we have ever seen. Maria Antonia was a wonderful host - always very friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs. We had a beautiful celebration in the villa and everybody really enjoyed their stay. The beach next to the villa was also one of the best we have been to on the entire island.
We are already looking forward to the next opportunity to visit this gorgeous property!

Perfection on Majorca
My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon at Maria’s house, and we could not have been happier. The location is amazing, a nice quiet neighborhood with the beach just steps away, and the most incredible views of the surrounding landscapes. There’s a nice little bar on the beach just outside the house that will rent you sun beds and an umbrella for the day. There’s a couple little bars and restaurants just a short walk from the house and then the many bars, shops, and restaurants in Alcúdia and it’s port are just a short bike ride away. We truly had the most special trip and are already making plans to visit Maria’s house soon.

Pure heavenly perfection
The pictures of the advertisement make this house look fabulous but they simply don't do reality justice. Walking into the place with its amazing views, the mediterranean breeze, the scent of the pine trees in the garden made us feel like we stepped into another world. Adding to the comfort is the direct beach access with clear water perfect for swimming, endless terraces providing ample space with sun and shadow throughout the day and of course the elevated site on the cliff.
Above all that, this propertiy delivers a homely feeling that only those houses have which are or have been lived in and that pure vacation rentals simply cannot achieve.
To top it all off, Maria Antonia has been a wonderful host, radiating the welcoming spirit that made us feel like we were truly invited and cared about. Thank you so much!
Living here with a group of 12, which the house holds easily, it never felt tight or too busy, and having a birthday party of 30+ people, we experienced comfort and a sense of well being that made us never want to leave.

A stunning home.
Torre de Sant Pere is a stunning beachfront family home in an excellent location and with an exceptional view. It is a traditional home that is well appointed and comfortable. The owners Jeroni and Maria Antonia were responsive and helpful in the lead-up to our stay, then welcoming and attentive during it. They have renovation plans which will no doubt further enhance the experience in due course. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a family holiday by the seaside.

Just wonderful
The House was very clean and has very good beds; the view is the best you can find and all our expetations very fully met. We had just a wonderful stay. The direct stairway to the beach is privileged and gives the chance to also get some good Drinks at the beach. Thank you very much to Maria Antonia.

We rented this villa for a family reunion at the end of June; we were 15 in total including 1 baby in the provided crib, and we had plenty of room to get away from each other if we needed to! There is so much to talk about, but the three most important features are:1. The villa is HUGE! Sleeping rooms are spread over the two main floors and the wonderful bedroom in the tower; the terraces wrap around the entire villa on both levels; there are tables and seating areas spread throughout and meal seating 15 can happen virtually anywhere.2. The views are spectacular! The villa sits above Playa de San Pere with uninterrupted views to the north/northeast across the Bay of Pollenca to the Formentor Peninsula and east along the edge of the bay towards La Victoria. From the very top of the tower you get a 360-degree view. Drinks on the terrace at sunset are mandatory!3. The location is perfect! Beach access is down 40 steps right off the terraces; the beach itself is sheltered with a shallow gradient, so safe for children. It is not particularly busy, but has lifeguards and a restaurant/bar with plenty of rocks for snorkeling. All of the essentials are within walking distance: Mal Pas itself is sleepy and calm with the center of town (with 3 restaurants, a dive shop and a small supermarket) around a 15-minute walk away, there are a couple of other restaurants and a pharmacy on the way into town. The bus stop is at the marina with service 3 times per day into and out of Alcudia where you can connect to anywhere on the island. Alcudia itself is walkable (half an hour) and well worth a visit especially on market days. Those were the big ones, so what else? The villa is beautifully decorated and most of the paintings hanging in the house are by Marias mother, which only adds to the amazing character of the place. Maria and Jeroni were very accommodating and even went as far as to purchase a brand new barbecue when we expressed concerns with cooking for 15 just using the oven in the kitchen! Maria was very responsive when we had any questions and Jeroni set up one of their windsurf boards for our use.Recommendations? Balearic Transfer for airport transportation (look for online coupons). Sin Embargo for best food in Mal Pas - freshly made and delicious with wonderful staff, unfortunately closes at 5pm. All in all we had a fabulous trip and have no hesitation in recommending both the island, Mal Pas, the villa and our lovely hosts.

Our family of 13 stayed in this lovely villa for a week. The view is magnificent, the villa feels private but is located next to a public beach, one can walk along the cliffs and sea, and the town nearby has lovely shops and a market. We took our children to see the Roman ruins, cave with stalactites and stalagmites, a water playground in the sea along a large public beach in Can Picafort, and unique restaurants. There is a mountain restaurant about an hours drive away with delicious food and a spring-fed pool for swimming (Es Guix Mallorca). A nearby excellent restaurant is Mirador de la Victoria. The villa has been in the family for a long time and has some original decor and furnishings. There is a patio that wraps around the entire villa with seating areas on all sides. There is an entire area on the lower level that feels like another home. There is definitely space to spread out. We had an amazing cook; her meals featured local food and were superb. We were so pleased that we had her cook for us instead of our going out for dinner. We had enough food left over for lunches.Because of the steep stairs at the front and back of the villa and the fine furnishings, this villa is suited more for children aged 6 or above. The villa is an excellent setting for a group of couples or for families with older children. The description of the villa was accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained.I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family!
