It was great, clean and quiet. If they can have a tag for the main door.

There was no breakfast.

Using the stairs because of the fingerprint system on the main door.

Very good

Loved the chill spot on the balcony and the shower, overall experience was good we'll be coming back

Check in was difficult and we had to take the stairs all the way to the 8th floor

Absolutely NOTHING!

SAVE YOUR MONEY don't book here. Booked 3 nights stayed for 1, had to book somewhere else. The place is very dirty, owner said someone is coming to clean. No one pitched. No privacy, blinds not closing. Lesson learned, read and consider the negative reviews before booking.

It was just fair

The cleaning lady was helpful and the securities

I didn’t like the fact that the keys was not arranged before the arrival, the cleaning lady assisted me and had to call the owner and ask about my stay at the hotel. The house had dust, on the side table, by the tv stand, by the coffee table

i could not manage to stay. as I could not open the lift and was told to bang the door when I open it because my finger

i could not manage to go up to the room, due to the fact that no one could open/authorise for me the lift on 8 floor, and I had big lagage bag with me. They don’t have staff to help clients after 16:00 they using hotel cleaning staff to arrange for their clients. The owner of the property is very rude he dropped my call when I was inquiring what was going on and he never answered anymore 😖they are extremely unprofessional and for the packing I was told to go and arrange with someone outside they will call or just say I came here at the hotel 😖😖

i don’t have anything to comment about on that as I am mentioning I could not go

It was a major scam. Very disappointing!

The rooftop lounge was outstanding.

The entire stay was disappointing for the price. We were not allocated the room we booked for. The room was so tiny. The room had cockroaches all over. The wifi was not working. We were promised we will get it—never did. We had to use the stairs the entire duration. No fresh towels; electricity almost went out.

No dish cloths, oven trays were not washed. Blinds on door could not close, dirt under the bed and balcony chairs were not clean.

pleasant and private.

Good view of the city. Close to Maboneng if you are into the art and food scene. There is also a kitchen with crockery and other eating utensils if you want to cook.

It is as not clean.

The host did not mention that my pregnant partner and I would have to climb the stairs to the 8th floor to get the keys from the lockbox.

My stay was pleasant and I don't mind to return again.

The location was convenient for me.

I didn't like taking flight of stairs from the ground floor to the eighth floor with a heavy backpack.

The place is very clean and the balcony view is amazing

No parking was offered, infect the people working there said I should have booked with them and they would have gave me a parking and access tags but since I booked online they say this is what happens and apparently people usually lay complaints about that

Amazing experience

I liked the place, the decor is beautiful, spacious and amazing I must say. Fell in love with the place the moment I walked in, the balcony offers amazing views and the building also has a club of which my girlfriend and I enjoyed. There's also a lot of activities to do around.

The only disappointing thing is the access from the lift as I didn't have an access card and ended up using stairs from first to eighth floor so that I could access floor 8. It's a big inconvenience because even when you get to floor 11 which is supposed to be unlocked always so you can use the stairs to go down to 8, that's not always the case.
