Fantastic updated bungalow. Nestled in an established neighborhood of the Houston Heights. Short drive to the Medical center, museum district, NRG stadium, downtown. Two bedrooms with pottery barn/restoration hardware linens and furniture. One king bedroom. One Queen bedroom. Bathroom with antique clawfoot tub and separate shower. Cooks kitchen with gas "commercial type" range, stocked with almost everything a cook needs. Living room with cozy West Elm sofa/Crate & Barrel chairs. Beautiful peaceful backyard . Outdoor dining area. Kids rainbow playfort (shared with house we own next door) in fully fenced yard. Dogs welcome VRBO host since 2006 Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am Note: We also own the house next door. "Houston Heights #23" Homeaway listing #4361424 It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Similar style/furnishings. VRBO only collects a portion of the 17% State, County and City Hotel taxes owed for each stay. Therefore, owner will collect the 6% county tax owed from the guest. An payment request will be sent after booking and guest must pay to keep reservation. *There is no tax on stays 30+ days May 21, 2024 NO storm damage. We Have power.

I spent spring break with my 9 year old daughter and our 6 month Schnoodle pup here. The home was lovely and charming. It was extremely well stocked - the host has clearly been doing this a while as anything we could've possibly needed was at the house and easy to find. The location is perfect and the neighborhood was safe. The occasional questions we had were answered very quickly. The home was clean, stocked with games and pup accessories. We will be staying here again next time we visit Houston.

We visit Houston every year and for all visits moving forward, we plan to book here! It is a perfect family-friendly bungalow in the heart of the Heights. We enjoyed lazy days walking Heights Boulevard, reading on the front porch, and having dinners on the back dining patio. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We felt like we had everything we needed and more!

Great place to stay. Very accommodating host and house very well equipped with anything you need. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and especially the location with such an interesting neighborhood. Walking our dogs in the neighborhood was a joy.

This lovely home is in the heart of The Heights with many restaurants in walking distance. The communication with the owner could not have been better. All of the comforts of home were included. I would recommend this home to anyone and hope to stay here again on my next trip to Houston.

Quality amenities and everything you would have at home; food processor, chef knives, spices and high end pots and pans, cooking utensils, hotel quality towels, foil, hair dryer, etc. Beautifully decorated, deck and large yard for enjoying the evening. Sasha communicated throughout the process and made everything easy! Great location in The Heights makes is easy to get to dining, activities, and events.

My wife and I brought our two dogs to this beautiful bungalow in the Heights for a month for work. Sasha was very helpful with the booking process and checking in. The house had everything we needed and more to make it feel like home. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is without a doubt one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The location is fantastic - we made it back from the Astros games downtown in less than 15 minutes. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. The home was very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you will need and more. Sasha , the host, was very responsive - the toaster did not work and we had a new one on our porch that afternoon. The AC worked great in the near record high temps . The back yard and deck were very relaxing and a great place to enjoy the evenings.
We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Houston .

Great house for 4 guests. Very inclusive of kids, and nice space. Well stocked and organised. Back garden needs attention, grass very long, and not suitable for kids to run around. Inside, everything works great and is comfortable.

My son and I were in town for the Final Four and we wanted a place that was close by but also away from all of the crowds downtown. Clean house and fully stocked/furnished in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. 20 minutes from downtown/stadiums/arenas and 20 minutes from the airport.

Sasha’s house had everything we needed down to toys and books for our daughter. Communication was immediate for any questions we had. The location is great- beautiful and quiet neighborhood while being close to bars, restaurants, and some retail choices. We will definitely stay again when we’re back in Houston!

Communicating with Sasha, the Property Manager, was easy. She was a prompt responder. When the dishwasher broke she got someone out there to evaluate the situation quickly.
We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great Heights location in Houston. There are some fun restaurants and shopping nearby plus all the amenities you could ever want just blocks away.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a week. It what everything that was described on the website. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with. The house was very comfortable with well stock items in the bathroom, kitchen, etc. Located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Getaway
This house was fantastic for our trip to Houston. Great property, great location. The home was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. The home had everything we needed/wanted for our family of 4, including toys and books for our kids. We walked to restaurants and a playground nearby. Loved it!
